I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a new car for one of my friends from Morrey Mazda and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional, making the car buying process easy and stress-free.

From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was greeted warmly and felt welcomed. My sales representative was attentive and took the time to understand my needs and preferences, showing me various car options that fit my requirements. He was patient with my questions and never made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision.

Coming from Kamloops Mazda where service is abysmal, Morrey Mazda was a breath of fresh air. They were prompt, friendly and honest. Kamloops Mazda tried to up sell me on service that I didn't need, while Morrey Mazda fixed what had to be fixed in a short amount of time.

Had a very positive experience buying a car at Morrey Mazda. My salesperson was Michael, and he was a pleasure to deal with. At no point did I feel pressured to purchase anything I did not want to, and he accurately described the expected wait time from ordering to delivery, and was very responsive via text messaging. Furthermore, I was surprised and impressed that Morrey Mazda does not have any "hidden fees" added to vehicle purchases that many other dealerships do (e.g. The "documentation fee"). The price you see on the website is basically the price you pay (plus taxes and government levies of course). Thank you!

I've had Mazdas for years and have been a loyal customer at this location for several years as well. That's now stopped.
They called me several weeks ago for a car service, which I went in for. I had done the oil change already but they still said a service was due so, sure.
I had my service done on June 30. Firstly, I got a call from the manager expressing surprise that I had already done the oil change, even though I had told them that and it was stated on the work order so I didn't see the need for the call. He said that they would do the rest of the service but seemed to think it was a waste of time (not expressed, but that was the impression given). I then got a call from the mechanic stating that the car battery was low and needed replacing. As the price they are charging was almost $300 to replace it I decided to go elsewhere.
After collecting my car the front left wheel was vibrating slightly, but I put it down to them rotating the tires. The wrench light went on within the hour and I called them three days IN A ROW and left messages with their service department. I never got a response. Now ticked off, I drove in on the fourth day and they fixed the light indicator. The next day the tire pressure indicator went on and my front left tire was flat. It wasn't flat when I brought it in but had not been driving right since the moment I picked it up.
It should've been picked up on inspection, but they did such a terrible job this time I'll avoid them in the future.

We were lucky to lease our first car in Canada in Morrey Mazda. It was an amazing shopping experience. After careful consideration of many brands, we were convinced that Mazda meets all our needs the best. Especially thanks to EJ, the most professional and dedicated consultant we met so far. EJ explained everything thoroughly, arranged a great test drive for us and was very supportive during the whole process of purchase. We would highly recommend anyone wishing to purchase the new car work with the Morrey Mazda team!

Always excellent service here, and no pressure to up-sell you on extras.
I have had my Miata serviced here for over a decade. Mike McC is very knowledgeable and friendly. He solved a small problem with my trunk release in 2 minutes, no charge. Service rates are reasonable and come with a free car wash and mats cleaned too. I usually avoid going to Dealers but Morrey Mazda is not that kind of place. Thumbs up to their service dept.

Service department called 1 hour before my appointment to cancel. Tried to get help rebooking with my limited time available and after being transferred around departments 6-7 times and calling back after being left on an individuals line that just went to voicemail was told that there was nothing that they could do for me. I had a great experience buying my car here but have nothing but issues with the service department. Would not recommend!

Noticed my review previously got removed for some reason so I am reposting.

This Mazda dealership WILL NOT OWN UP TO THEIR MISTAKES EVEN IF THEY CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR. They incorrectly installed a motor mount on my vehicle causing my engine to fall out of place resulting in $4,000 in damage and refused to cover any of it.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND VISIT ANY OTHER MAZDA DEALERSHIP. MORREY MAZDA DOES NOT CARE ONE BIT ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I brought my Mazda3 for an oil change and some additional concerns. They said it would take 1.5 hours. I came back after that time and they had a complete report of what they did and found. They also washed the car. Good experience.

Morrey service team to the rescue!

Back in August I had an minor accident, and they took me in during one of the busiest weekend for suspension repair

Just now, they took me in for an emergency (at the time, but thankfully it was minor), took no time and send me back on the road again.

This is my 2nd mz3 from them, hopefully the third will be an Mz EV (which they do have in the showroom)

Dropped off for scheduled service: pushy sales (don’t spend 5min trying to sell service and product after I tell you I’m in a rush). No shuttle or taxi. Bike loaner on a rainy day for a pregnant lady. No courtesy car wash or basic cleaning at all. Hard to find car (not where they said it was on pickup) and had to wait for a tow truck for 5 min trying to get out of the car park.

Used car I purchased here had issues which were not caught on service checks before I bought the car. Sales team very dismissive and unhelpful, told me I should’ve bought the warranty and should’ve expected this from a mid 2000s car. Rushed me off the phone and transferred me to the service department. Now I need to fully cover the cost of repairs, even though brakes (which are rusted and worn with a years worth of wear in 2 months) were not flagged on the service report. Mechanic said this is abnormal wear and this should’ve been flagged on the last service check. Get a second opinion or don’t bother purchasing from here. The hassle and poor customer service I have received is not worth it. Very disappointed.

Took my car in for a checkup and they didn’t call me to notify it was ready. I waited a full day and when I called and asked about it they told me that yes they had forgotten about it that it was ready since the morning. I had to arrange transportation for a full day when they could’ve called me earlier. So I recommend calling them if they don’t call you within the expected timeframe.

Incredible service and extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming staff. I must mention his name Kevin at the services front desk is the best of the best. He wholeheartedly helped me even gave a much needed sweet discount after I had been given a ticket, my car towed, my plates confiscated by a racist VPD officer. The reason was: One of my front lights wasn't working and actually by the time the cop turned his flashing lights on, I already got to my destination, my friends house and I already parked the car. So sad! Power abusing!

We bought our first Mazda from this dealership back in September 2020. Our experience at the dealership was great. Excellent staff who helped us through the purchase process. Our sales guy Yuske was very supportive and made sure we were happy with our purchase.
And also, what a car Mazda! I keep comparing this Mazda 3 with Premium package to our BMW 3 series that cost double of what the Mazda 3 cost us, and as a bonus Mazda offers unlimited mileage warranty.
We will definitely recommend this dealership and Mazda to our friends.

Today i had an awesome experience at Mazda. Tony was the guy who took care of us as we arrived there, he did a great job and i believe the company should really be proud of such valuable staff.
We have bought a 2021 Mazda 3 and we can not wait to go and pick it up on next Wednesday.
100% happy with the customer service and recommend it.

We purchased a Mazda CX-5 last week and Yusuke Nakagawa did an excellent job through the sales process. There was no pressure, he was informative and willing to work with us.
Our daughter and son also purchased CX-5s with Yusuke over the last 4 months, and their experience motivated us to upgrade our vehicle.
We are all very satisfied with how he handled our negotiations and we highly recommend Yusuke to anyone considering a Mazda.

I just leased a new CX-5 with these guys and it was a great experience. I dealt with Minako for the most part she was fantastic, knowledgeable and just a really great person.she actually bought me a bottle of champagne since it was my birthday! Everyone else was a gem to deal with as well. Brad, the sales manager, came out to congratulate me and welcome me to the "mazda family", George the 'instruments guy' guy was awesome, and Michal (financed expert) was also a total sweetheart. I took my time with this transaction, they were patient with me, and I have ZERO regrets.

I took my car in for the VIP oil change. They have bikes with helmet, lock and bike bag you can use while your car is being serviced. There are lots of bike trails close by. My car was very clean and serviced in about an hour. Awesome service. Thanks

We placed a deposit on a CX-5 but we ended up changing our minds and went with another brand but no fault of these fine people. They were incredibly friendly and low pressure and were more than happy to refund our deposit. If we were to settle on a Mazda in the future, Morrey Mazda would be the first and probably the last place we would look.

Although I thought I liked this place, it turns out they only provide good customer service when there is something in their benefit!
A week ago I received an email stating that my car is eligible for upgrade, so I called and booked an appointment with a sales person. I go to the dealership and the sales person comes at the front asking questions like what do you want to upgrade to without inviting me to his office (I found it very unprofessional).
As soon as he finds out that I'm not planning to pay more than what my current plan is, he starts bringing excuses like this upgrade program is only for finance customers and you're not eligible for it.
My question is if I wasn't eligible why did I get a personalized email with my name and model of my car to upgrade to the 2019 model?
And now that you find out there is nothing to upsell to me, all of a sudden I'm not eligible?
Come on Morrey Mazda, you can do better!

Best service experience I have ever had at a car dealership! I had to take my car in for a recall and an 80K checkup. I was in and out in less than an hour and my service advisor, Michael, was phenomenal. The cost was very reasonable as well. No upselling, just basic info and suggestions for the future service appointment. Thanks for the great experience. I will definitely be back, despite the trek over the Lions Gate!

I just got a Certified Pre-Owned 2016 Mazda CX-3 GT from Morrey Mazda! I must say, I got a really good deal! It was in great condition and had everything I was looking for. On top of that, everyone was just so friendly, helpful and easy to deal with.
So happy Justin worked with me on my budget. Even when I was undecided, he was very kind, never pressured me whatsoever and was quick to reply when I had questions. And when I got the car, both Elisha and Milad took the time to explain the options available and to understand what would work best for me, without unnecessary spending.
I would definitely consider buying from them again in the future. But for now, I’m off to go zoom zoom and enjoy my beautiful ride.

Had a great experience with Morrey buying my first ever new car. The sales environment was relaxed with no pressure applied at any stage including final negotiations and financing discussions. On pick-up they ever took the time to explain the cars features and how to operate the various controls. I am used to more sales driven, pressure environments at a dealership so this was a pleasant eye opening experience of what a dealership can be like.

I just bought a used Mazda 3 hatchback from Morrey. I had emailed about a vehicle to see if it was still available and Maria the appointment coordinator responded very quickly to say it was. I said I couldn’t come till the weekend as I lived an hour away. So we set up the appt and she kept in touch with me to let me know it was still available up to the morning of us coming. I really appreciated that. We got there and the salesman started the car we had come to look at but the battery was dead, they quickly came and jump started it, in the mean time we decided to take a different one for a test drive as it was still the colour I wanted but a hatchback which is what I had always wanted anyways. Long story short, we made a deal with my trade in, I knew prior what my car would be worth. Brad gave me what I wanted for my car and I asked for a deal as it was a cash sale, and he did that for me. So the car was in line for a final clean so they offered a shuttle for us if wanted to go and kill time till it was ready. We came back and George the delivery specialist handed me the key. The next day I realized I had no manual in the glove box. I know they usually get taken out and then given to the new owner. Apparently this vehicle never came in with one. So George located an extra one and mailed it out to me no charge. We even got a courtesy call from Stephen a couple days after the purchase. That’s great service. So just a quick thanks to Stephen and Brad for giving us a good first experience with Morry Mazda.

I needed 2 new break light coupler I walked in and the parts division closed 15 minutes before I arrived. James. P.was at the desk and he said let me see what I can find. Me walked around the corner came back a few seconds later with the parts I needed or one in this case I walk back in and he takes the part that didn't work as well an the part I needed. He the proceeds to who I can only guess to be his manager Mehraban about the issue he then returned with the parts I needed. All of this was done in about 5minutes. By far best customer service I have experienced!

I dread buying cars so came to dealership with trepidation. The entire experience from beginning to end was both informative and fun, helpful and warm. I would highly recommend this dealership. Everyone whom I came in contact with was so nice and made the entire experience actually enjoyable. I love the car I ended up with and feel comforted to know that there are good people who can assist me if I have any further questions. I dont often give five stars but I do for this group.
