Arrived on the lot, after MANY poor experiences at many other dealerships, where I was flat out ignored. Aaron met me immediately, and was EXCEPTIONALLY knowledgeable about the Pathfinder I chose. He basically had me understanding every feature of the car before we were halfway through the test drive. He went out if his way to treat me well, and I fully recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle.

Leased a Sentra last week. I moved from Toronto and contacted them while I was still there, Aaron is the salesman who reached out to me and suggested to wait until I got to BC to visit the dealership to see what could be in stock by the time I would get here, he didn’t rush me to do any kind of credit application or place a deposit on any car (I was so desperate I was willing to do so). By the time I got to BC, Aaron patiently explained to me everything about the car and did a test drive. I think no one at a car dealership before took the time to show me everything about a car like Aaron did. He also provided some advice for the lease options considering my situation, that was super helpful as this is the first time I lease a car so I am not familiar with the conditions and pricing. Mike Chen from financing also provided great advice towards the packages available, which of course I wasn’t aware of, but he provided recommendations considering my situation. The paperwork was easier than I expected, definitely recommend this dealership.

Extremely pleased with my recent experience at Morey Nissan. Professional, friendly staff. They will not try to sell you stuff that you will probably never use, or wait for hours while the paperwork gets done, drinking that horrible car dealership coffee, like most places do. If you are someone who likes to go straight to the point, this is the place to go. And the Nissan Kicks I bought from them, is exactly, actually even a bit better than expected.

The sell department is great but service is very POOR.

I dropped the car for recall and was promised the car would not smell of gas as I have a new born. I picked up a courtesy car and gas was full and dropped it at full mark, but i was told that courtesy cars needs to be topped up past the full mark as gas is expensive. Even through the gas was already at full mark.

The irony is that as part of the fuel pump repair my gas got drained more then normal and they cant do anything about it. Moreover, my car has very strong gas smell inside and now it's my issue to deal with.

Our 99 Xterra died on Highway 1 this morning. Towed it to Morrey to fix, but the computer diagnostic didn’t work so we were quoted $2000 just to find the problem. We were about the scrap the car. But Jacob and his team decided to make a project of it, found a loose distributor cap and fixed everything for $350.

Called today regarding my concern about the drive belt they serviced on my vehicle on April 04.

I went to the Burnaby location to get my brake pads change (it was closer to home) and after the inspection. They recommended that I have to change my drive belt again. I called coquitlam location because that’s very unusual. It’s only been 5months, I am concern as I want to make sure there’s nothing serious going on or if it is done right?

The service department manager on Morrey Coquitlam said, I shouldn’t touch it and shouldn’t change it as it should last for at least 120,000km. To just ignore their assessment.

I followed up more questions because I want to make sure that my vehicle is safe to drive and on the safe hands. That’s why I go to the dealership thinking they’ll take care of their vehicle better but now I don’t know which location do I believe.

He was not very helpful and not willing to answer all my questions. He said, they don’t know me and don’t see me often that I should just go to one location everytime and told me they are closing so I should hang up and just call tomorrow.

I did not expect that answer from anyone. I think it’s very inappropriate to tell a paying customer and shpuldn’t handled the concern that way. I was just plainly asking more questions and what steps can I take why do they have a different recommendations. It doesn’t matter if I go to this location everytime or not. Personally, I thought all Nissan dealership should be providing the same service and can track everything that’s been done to my vehicle. Hence the reason I go to the dealerships.

And Yes, I don’t go to this coquitlam location all the time because I live in east vancouver. I do work nearby so I fro my convenient I got o this location sometimes. They shouldn’t question customer reasons why I don’t go to this location everytime.

Our experience at Nissan Coquitlam was great. Our sales agent, Joe, was awesome and spent a lot of time answering our questions. Jason and Maryam from the finance department were also very friendly. I'm surprised with the service we got at Nissan Coquitlam after a terrible experience at Nissan Burnaby. It's been a pleasure dealing with these people. I highly recommend Joe if you're looking for a car.

Don’t take your car there for service unless you don’t mind unprofessional careless staff who don’t care about your safety and concerns. I had to take my vehicle in several times while still under warranty and my car was not serviced properly despite my repeated requests to check the issue thoroughly. I was talked down and sent home with a safe to drive and put my life and others’ at risk driving and they didn't care. The service manager took zero responsibility. I will never recommend anyone this particular dealership for car maintenance. I have to add: The sales process was very smooth and I have great things to say about the sales person, Adam, but the post service is simply terrible. Did you notice how they only reply to positive reviews and ignore the rest? Well- this is exactly how they run their business!

AVOID THIS PLACE!
The financial services manager MIKE CHEN was misleading us! Please please pay attention to everything you sign here!
After purchasing our car, we went to him to see if there was any good package for car services, yes he did went through everything with us and suggested a package that will save us money, he even calculated the manpower and how much we could save etc, he was so patient and nice, so we were trusted him and weren’t read carefully when we signed the paper. BUT at the end we were signed for a third party insurance application and declaration, I wasn’t sure when he switched the paper documents cuz I do remember clearly all the papers he showed us when he explained the package, which are completely 2 different things of what we actually signed! I don’t know why he’s doing this but this is so bad and disappointed!
He told us this is not refundable because it’s a third party insurance and because we have already signed it!
I paid for this lesson but I would like to post this so you can avoid the same thing!

This is the best dealer I've ever dealt with. I just dropped in with a concern about a leak and the service advisor Jakob (hopefully the right spelling) helped get it addressed right then and there, coordinating the interaction with me and the service technical team and keeping me informed the whole time. Never had a bad experience here. Shout out also to Ash Ji who has sold us three Nissan's now and always the most professional and best car sales experience. Very happy with our choice to come here for the first time a decade ago and I'll keep coming back.

Sunroof explode in my new 2022 frontier "1000km" when I was driving in highway. Nissan didn't take any responsibility. They said because "it was under pressure". I ask them about bumper to bumper warranty, they told me "sales department lying to you to sale the car there is nothing such as bumper to bumper warranty.

Got a Verda SR 2021 in March (3rd car from this dealership, bad experience with last salesperson by the way and that will be another review) So after a week we got the versa The radio started glitching, making calls by itself, changing SiriusXM stations like if a ghost is doing it and the screen just freezing most of the times.
Make the first appointment with service, they said they couldn’t find the issue after showing them videos. They always blame at CarPlay and iPhone When sometimes we don’t even have the Bluetooth connect it or usb to use CarPlay
We took the car few more times and the same even showing them videos of the glitch.
Last time we were driving close and the glitching was happening so we decided to stop at the dealership so they can see the glitch, they saw it took a video.
After we talked with Gene service manager,
He trying to explained in his word that this issue is because when you get a cheap car this is what you get, and he also said they don’t get paid from Nissan Canada if they have to fix it or replace the unit if that is the case.
He said will send the video to Nissan Canada and he will give me a call back.
Jacob (who was polite with us) called few days later saying no answer from Nissan yet.
They will call us back.
I called Gene few weeks after but I was told he was in lunch and he will call me back. I waited till the end of the day and no call from him, so I decided to reach him again.
He told me the same, no answer from Nissan, and just in case they approved to replace any part, radio, chip component or whatever it is it will take more than 3 months to receive the part and his technician couldn’t find what was the issue even showing them videos about the radio glitching and after they saw it, she they don’t know what to do and they’ll check the file and call me back.
Every time I want to speak he interrupted me, I told him just the car for another inspection drive it for longer periods to find the issue. I told him I was desperate, we are not able to use gps, SiriusXM or even call when we need it because of the glitches, we told him this is not safe for driving when my wife’s is relying on the gps to get to any destination and even making a call in a emergency, this is one of the main reasons why we choose to get a new car is because of the safety.

He mentioned again Nissan doesn’t pay them to fix our car if they don’t approved it even when we have mew warranty!

I told him I wasn’t happy with those comments and and he barely let me talk, When I got mad and nervous my English start to fail is not my mother language so sometimes takes me few seconds to translate a word into english.
So when he finally let me speak then he said “it’s 5: 25”! (when they close at 5: 30)
He so basically was trying to hang up on me because his day was almost over in 5 minutes.
He was so rude and his tone was definitely not from a SERVICE Manager,
I ask him if I can talk to somebody else above him a manager or something like that he said yes, you try to reach them they are so busy.
So I ask him again about a manager or the owner of the dealer and he give me just the number of the main reception really fast, not even gives me time to write it and in a very bad and rude tone.

I was expecting something since the beginning
Like:
don’t worry you have warranty we will find the issue and do wherever is possible to fix it, instead of saying: “ if you buy something cheap this is what you get “
And we don’t get pay from Nissan for fixing this

And instead of saying: “parts gonna take months to shipp and just if we get a green light from Nissan and it ok to wait because You have 3 years warranty”!

he can say: eventually we will get your part in case we need to replace it and we will take care of it don’t worry.
I been at Nissan Fraser hwy and service was great there with my previous qashqai.
People like Gene shouldn’t work as a manager not even as a receptionist in the “service” department, very disappointed from this place
I rather drive more and go somewhere else.

I got a Nissan Rogue Platinum. Joe (Product Specialist) was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped me to make up my mind. On the delivery day, he walked me through all options and details of the vehicle. In addition, he made a follow-up call in a couple of days to ask about my experience with the car.
Maryam (Financial Manager) spent much time explaining agreement details and all additional packages. I think she probably put double the time with me compared to the other customers because I had no experience in that regard, and I had a lot of doubts and questions.

I applied for lease and I was not approved as I just graduated and my visa in going to end but I applied for Post graduate work permit. From Nissan yesterday have sent me a congratulations email that I am approved for lease. Today I took off my work and went from down town to Port Coquitlam to pick the car up. After I arrived there they said you are not approved for lease but you can get by finance with higher amount to pay. I told them why you did not inform me this through email instead of saying congratulations and when you can come to pick up? ! I took long way from down town to there to give me another offer with higher rate!
Today they put flower on the car and shown me all the car functions but finally after 2hours been there they said you are not approved!
It is so unprofessional behavior and it is like they wanna cheat you.

I went to different dealers and for sure Mrs Nahid and this branch was a great experience. I can’t name any negative points but the positive sides were:
Mrs Nahid was so friendly and explained the details patiently.
The place was big enough and there was all different vehicles available there.
The staff didn’t rush to you and put you under pressure to buy something.
For sure I recommend this dealer and Mrs Nahid to my friends and family.

Nissan morrey is not a place you can trust the sales person nor the management's, I went there to buy 3 cars from them and they did nothing but false promise me and my familly, David, Hassan, Wendy, and Fahim, specially Hassan and Wendy that were very rude and disrespectful, we bought 2 cars from them but thier delivery was absolutely a show, instead of defending the customer they back up each other, Wendy specially and Hassan has no manners to how to talk to customers, they hung up tje phone on me 2 times, Hassan and Wendy and because of that they lost a business of 3 cars,
I would suggest not to go to this dealership as there fake and have no manners at all, instead the same day I went to Frazer hwy nissan dealer and thier customer service was up to sky's, so I made my purchase there instead, now I'm much happier I didn't buy from this people, so mannerless,

Everyone at Nissan Coquitlam has been exceptional to me. I love how kind and real the Service staff are, always going above and beyond behind the scenes to make your warranty worth it. The sales and finance people were incredible as well during the process of trading my Murano to a Juke. Special mention to the OGs Pat, Alex, Rob, Tina and Taryn you are all phenomenonal people and incredible at your jobs. Social distancing is especially hard when these people make you feel so good! Thanking the front line but I also want to praise the car washers, drivers and mechanics.

I took my car in today because the headlights wouldn't turn off when I turned off my car and we agreed on a $70 diagnosis. Mike told me they'll figure out the issue in a few hours so I left. Later I get a phone call from him saying they don't know the issue and they'll have to do more diagnostics on it and it can cost me up to $400 in addition to the $70 since they concluded from their diagnosis that they need more diagnosis, which is absurd. Note that this is just to FIND the problem, not to fix it.

I voiced my frustration to them on the phone about it and called my dad to go talk to them since I was busy elsewhere. Later my dad called me and said they found and fixed it after all for $140. Although it ended well, I was extremely annoyed that they tried that stunt on me. Extremely unprofessional and sleazy; be very cautious if you go to them for service.

I'd would like to start off by saying that the people have been very pleasant throughout. Our salesman Joe Ong was fantastic. If it wasn't for the people that I have dealt with the score would be a one star. Love the car, but considering what's gone on since I drove it off the lot I have a hard time convincing myself that I chose the right dealership or that I would recommend it.

Please do not think that I'm just writing this the first time that something went wrong but the fourth. I will also have to come in for a fifth time to fix the same problem since September. Each of those times has been 20 minutes of driving round trip, minimum of ten minutes in the dealership and twice now over an hour and messing up my day with no positive results (once or twice happens, but 4-5 unacceptable).

After picking up our leaf I noticed that a piece of the time on the mirror was separated and the clips were visible. I spoke with Joe and provided pictures so that when we came in to get some accessories added that it could be looked after at the same time.

Well the first time I came in they didn't allot enough time

Second time the mirror got missed completely after being mentioned on the phone and when being checked in.

Third time they discovered that it was a manufacturing default and they would replace the whole mirror, but that it would have to be painted when it came in and that they would call me.

I won't count this one, but I got a call saying that my mirror was in and would I like to book and appointment? I asked about the paint which the gentleman, who was very nice once again, stated that they would call when it came back from the paint shop.

That brings me to my appointment today that I was there for a full hour for and the mirror was the sole reason I was there. I was shown the mirror coming out from the box and the paint looked great. Awesome! Fast forward an hour and its for the wrong model of my car. If they had tried to put it on it would have been worse and have looked silly.

Now the process starts again. They have to order another mirror and when it comes in it has to sent out again to get painted. I guess they all come it black from Nissan.

Hopefully this will get sorted out next time but my expectations are extremely low at this point. Given the amount of money my family spent here I was expecting better. Oh and I'll have to rearrange another day and be at least another hour and a half. Given everything you might see why I would have a difficult time recommending this dealership at this point in time.

UPDATE: someone from the dealership called today and I was at a checkout and asked them if they could call back in five minutes which they agreed to do. 5.5 hours later and nobody called back. No I get that people get busy and sometimes things get forgotten, but this is getting silly at this point.

The team at Morrey Nissan Coquitlam were kind, receptive to my preferences and needs as a customer, and very thorough. As a first time buyer, I was new to the process and was pleasantly surprised by the ease of process, and their support of my budget - there wasn't the pressure I anticipated, and everyone was very helpful and nice.
