We have done all of our mortgages with Dave for the last 15 years or more (time flies!). He's a really good guy, honest, open and straight forward. I am a bit of a nervous nelly when it comes to finances, etc. I was super resistant to a variable mortgage and let him know as much. He was reassuring and trusting and I have never looked back.
