My partner and I worked closely with Jennifer. Jennifer has a great team behind her. Not only did they help fund our new home, they spent time making sure we were aware of all options. They took time to explain everything in great detail so that we understood. They provided adequate solutions to any barrier that we came across and we couldn't be happier. The process of buying a home can be stressful but Jenn and her team helped alleviate a lot of that stress. Jenn worked with us periodically over the past 3 years to help us find our "forever home". We are so grateful for Jenn, Melanie and the rest of their team.

TL;DR: Super happy with our broker Nick, who struck it out of the park, and in the future will be contacting him again for his services, when the time comes.
Nick, did so much more then expect us, to help us secure our first mortage. He was always quick with responses, that I'm pretty sure I told him at one point I don't need a reply at 10 pm and I was okay with waiting until the next morning.
He was the first person I've encountered in the financial realm, that understood how a tradesperson's life in the union operates, without me having to explain. It was a breath of fresh air for me.
I could go on, but it would just be more positive praise, without making much coherent sense.

We talked to several mortgage brokers and banks, but Chris was the only one who gave us specific numbers right off the bat, so we knew which (great) interest rate he could get us. And he kept his eyes and ears open for an even better rate, all while keeping us in the loop on what was happening.
