MOSAIC It is a non-profit organization They have many services and workshops for newcomers They have different services to help people who need help and government services such as asylum applications and others and they have services for the LGBT community
And they also have sessions with a psychotherapist for people who need it, they have individual group sessions.
My experience with was excellent

We went to ask for employment advice and they treated us very well and with excellent information. I love these places that help newcomers and for free

One of the receptionist is not helping at all the younger one always taking ur name and phone number but they never call you back don’t recommend this place its useless i

I called today looking for some information and unfortunately I asked to be with someone who speaks Arabic! And this gentleman was rude, completely unhelpful, and in a hurry to end the call. I hope you will re-train some of the workers again

Good, quiet place with knowledgeable and helpful invigilators.
Would recommend taking test here.

Have such a good experience here when take ielts exam. Employees are very polite and eager to help candidates. And one of the them try very hard to find my belonging and send it back to me after exam.

Love the organizer. However did not enjoy the gathering because of the Iranian guest who wanted to own the spot and forgot that there are other nationality also
