Details are below. This motel is run down, rooms have many things wrong, I had to leave my room in the middle of the night because of a fire in the room beside mine, smoke detectors did not work, and noone from the Motel alerted me or checked on me at all, no apology and no compensation. The owners/managers do not seem to care about the condition of their property and are not concerned about the safety of their guests. Will never stay here again.

Room was dirty lotsa bedbugs bathroom was dirty and the desk guy argues with us. Said their not supoose too clean the rooms. Beware theirs bedbugs

Older renovated hotel. Very convenience where you can park just outside your room for easy transfer of luggages. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

After a full day of travel, I rode around Ft Nelson to check out my lodging options
This place had the best price and I could park outside of my room
It is an older motorcourt motel
But the owner has remodeled the rooms
and it was quiet, clean and comfortable
I would stay here again

It was cheap but the rooms were good. Clean, not a lot of extras, but that's the point. Don't let price scare you off.

Room 114
The employee was super nice, the location right off the highway.but the room.the room was bad.
First off we were in a pet friendly room and they threaten to charge for pet hair on the bed. Never been to a hotel that does that. Future hotels in Canada have been confused why they would charge for pet hair in a let room.
There was food left on the wall from a previous tenant.
There were holes in the wall.
Paint was peeling
Hair left in the shower from previous tenants.
What I can only guess was blood and other stains on the sheets.
The bathroom door would jam
And the TV didn't work.

Room 109 - I have stayed here before and the room was in better shape than this one. I had to clean the tub, hair and stains in the tub. Forks in the drawer had dried food on them.
The vent in the bathroom is falling from the ceiling. The bathroom needs a paint job. I almost asked for another room. Quite disappointed.

I booked a room at this place, the website said I already booked it, and we had the confirmation, but when I arrived, the place was closed and nobody picked the phone. We could not find any other hotel to stay. Luckily, a different hotel called us and they have 1 room left, that was a scary night. This is the guy, he said he closed the place because he felt asleep. It was -20C, never go back to this brand again, terrible place. I wish they have 0 star review, I will rate this place
