Tried getting on this site for 30 mins and It won’t load anything 4 bars service 3 wifi this is by far the slowest / broken website I have ever been on tried 2 different pcs and my phone with all the same broken site

I ordered a wrench on a Monday. Website said shipping would be calculated at checkout. After checking out with all the information entered, my order showed pick up in North Vancouver. I live on the east coast. Emailed immediately. No response. Called the number on the website. Igor answered and told me he would fix it. 24 hours pass, no results. Call and speak to Igor again. Cancel order. He promised to take care of it. The following Wednesday still no refund. Call again. Spoke to Ryan wh was telling me he didn't have time to talk to me because he was to busy, but did manage to get my order number from me and said I would get a refund. Rude. Very poor communication and very poor customer service. Finally got my money back two weeks later. Not shopping with this company again EVER. Tried to shop Canadian.

Great experience, consigned my bike there, all aspects were handled professionally and proficiently.
