Mount Brenton Golf Course

Booked a tee time online for 3pm for 9 holes with a power cart, when we arrived they told us it was to late to take out a cart. I said asked what was the last time that you would allow a cart out… the girls in the pro shop said they all had to be back by 4. …this makes no sense when it is light out until 7 pm!

A beautiful course with some challenging holes, and one we like to play in the heat waves due to the mature trees providing some shade.all in all a great course worth the 1 1/2 hour drive down for us just to get a round of 18 holes.hole 18 my fave

Great day on the links. Considering the drought the course is in great shape. The kitchen kicked out some great meals, the home baked buns, bread and muffins 10/10

I always golf here and the guy who usually takes your money is not very friendly! Today we had a tee off time and they did not have any golf carts? They refused to let us take one for 9 holes and then get another! Who doesn't have carts at 3 pm for its clients? No resolution or service at all! Unreal!

I would play the front 9 again But don't go to the restaurant.they don't know how to cook nachos without burning the cheese and pizza were frozen disc's from a grocery store. Blah!

Very fun, affordable and accessible public golf course. It's 18 holes are well maintained and challenging enough to keep everyone interested in the game.

Golf course was well kept and a fair challenge. All was well until the 19th. Hole when we ordered nachos that according to the menu had no Jalapeños or any hot cheese or spice to worry about but was sooo spicy y that I could not eat it. A nasty woman, I assume the super isor came out with an attitude and said that they had a Sriracha sauce and would not let us explain that their menu did not mention that.she was absolutely rude and brutal.to be fair she did buy our drinks.

Great food. I recommend the lasagna. I really recommend mount Brenton golf course and restaurant in Chemainus

Visiting from Vancouver and this course is across the street from the hotel. It's a lovely hidden gem in the valley. Fun track, friendly and very accommodating staff. I played last week and it was maybe the most therapeutic twilight golf I've got to enjoy. Sitting here thinking to book again for this evening or tomorrow morning.

Stunning club with exceptional attention to detail. Tight fairways and beautiful greens. Mount Brenton truly is a hidden gem.

I had a great first golf experience here. I was nervous about golfing for my first time, and Doug was so helpful and kind in setting us up with everything we needed. It definitely made me more relaxed and comfortable trying the sport. I will definitely be back. Thanks, Doug!

One of the best golf courses as far as value condition and friendliness of staff, players and members. A very well taken care of golf course greens are always near perfect and drainage is excellent during fall months.
One improvement- they certainly could provide a cart person with refreshments and food but that’s not a deal breaker for me. Load up before you head out.

Played this course yesterday late evening for the first time and i just want to say this course is amazing.very well kept maintenance
and very good looking course.also HUGE shoutout to Doug! In the pro shop, the level of customer service he provided us with goes way far and above my expectations. Give This guy a pay raise honestly. Will be coming back many times over to this course had one of the best times golfing!
