Staff not friendly. Stood there for a while before anyone acknowledged us. Wasn't even busy. We've gone elsewhere for coffee since.

Whistler has become synonymous with bad customer service. Staff who in general just do the minimum acceptable and with an attitude. NOT HERE. Great coffee, a person that looks at you in the eye and says "good morning" and "thank you". I rarely tip at coffee shops, but I gave them 20% here. Keep it up!

I’m not from Whistler, But every time I come up here to visit I ALWAYS stop at this coffee shop. The “ Stud muffin” is my ALL time favourite. The “Tree Hugger” is also such a delicious breakfast snack! The coffee is not too bad, I mostly come for the food. The organization could be better, they ask for your name but never use it when handing out the drinks and foot items which results in everyone taking items that arnt theirs. So that part could be a lot better organized. Like I said if you want a delicious breakfast sandwich I would highly recommend though stopping in at this place though

The latte was extraordinary, and the staff super friendly. Nice chill ambiance in a cozy coffee shop. Highly recommend stopping in.

Came from seattle looking for good coffee not packed with skiers. Recommended by local and was grateful- but off main path but enjoyed gf carrot cake and watching the snow fall Barista friendly and inviting.
