I wanted to thank him for all that he did for me. He was very kind and gentle and allowed me to ask the questions. I needed to ask and he answered them with great patience. And he was not rushing me at all. I really appreciate it and I hope to be able to contact him again.

I believe the pharmacist's name was Regan who assisted me this afternoon when I came in looking for headache relief. He was very knowledgeable on both issues I was having and saved me a few bucks as well. I would recommend this Ida Pharmacy to anyone looking for information or product. Thank you again

I've been using this pharmacy for YEARS and have always loved it, however lately they've hired some new women who are extremely rude. Any phone call or visit I've had to make has left me feeling horrible. One lady named Shelly was extremely rude and dismissive on the phone. I've also witnessed them treating other customers terribly. I knew an employee who worked there who used to leave the workplace in tears for the way she was being treated. This is not a friendly environment. The only good pharmacist left is Regan. Would not reccomend this place unless it's a last resort.

Everyone there was very helpful and kind except the one lady with long black hair. She was extremely rude while talking to her and made you feel stupid when you were just trying to explain your prescription and what had happened. I wouldn’t go back just because of her.

Honestly the best and most personable staff. Their pharmacists truly show how much they care by their extent of knowledge and how they explain every detail of my prescription to me. You pay a bit more than elsewhere but you get treated with such care that I will never stop coming back. Thank you

The staff is very nice and knowledgeable but the hours are very limited.
