It was actually open! A miracle! I didn't get a chance to try the restaurant, people seemed to like it. The staff in the visitor centre are pleasant and really have great information. The store is something that you want to check out. There are the usual touristy things in there and then some local artisan things and some indigenous things. Nice place to get a unique gift for someone.
Excellent museum detailing history of climbing the mountain and how early settlers discovered area. Good videos on bear awareness. Coffee shop adjacent and general store with fuel.
Mount Robson can be enjoyed by anyone and all ages. If you have a sunny day you can see the mountain top and it is truly awe inspiring. I have hiked the trail up to Berg Lake a handful of times. It is a very demanding hike so best for those people in good shape. Well worth the trip up. Can be done on a weekend.
Nice, clean, informative, and some very cool displays downstairs to look at. I love reading all the signs and info out front. There's a lot of interesting facts and history
A must visit visior centre, because of view.visitor centre open upto 4pm.i missed to go inside but you will love the exterior.beautiful view.lot of parking space.picnic table
Exceptionally helpful staff. A very big thank you to Liz who lent me her phone on several occasions to communicate with our RV rental company. Thank you so much!
Nice gift shop and cafe. Washrooms are meh, but overall a nice stop along the way. Purchased a wallet made by a local over 4 years ago and it's still in fantastic shape. Wish I knew the name!
Great experience, but I just stopped quick for a drink and a stretch! Always wanted to stop here, so I finally did, can't wait to stop again and check out some more!
Very surprised! Lots of parking and picnic tables. Beautiful views of Mount Robson and the surrounding mountains. BIG RIG friendly and even 5 EV charging stations installed recently by BC Hydro. Fast charge too! Would recommend anyone going past to stop. Well worth it.
It was pretty much closed during covid when I went (late June 2021), unlike most other places where you could go in with a mask. There was a nice view, and washrooms so that's a plus.
Located right at the base of one of the most epic mountain in the Rockies. There is also a gas station with a small gift shop, a restaurant, public restroom off the main building. There are plenty of parking space on a huge lot, plus many picnic tables for some relaxation in the great outdoors. Great view right at the base!
Although we didn't make it to the Visitor Centre (we were there at lunch hour) the mountain views were astonishing! It made it a nice stop in our longer way to our destination.i
It was a perfect day, clear blue skies and you could see all of the mountain, a rare opportunity. No services were available at this time. Beautiful mother nature
