Mount Royal Bagel

If you name yourself Mont Royal, and claim to make Montreal bagels, unfortunately, you must be held to the standard. St. Viateur bagels are a 5. These are about a 3. They don't seem like they were baked in a wood-burning oven. They are soft on the outside, not with a hardish shell. I'm sorry, I couldn't go past all those reviews raving about them without putting in my own 2 cents. But hey, it was still a good lunch if you don't need to get all snobby about it.
