Great emergency. I always bring my mom here and have never been disappointed. Doctor David in ER is really compassionate and nurses are very empathetic. Such great work ethics demonstrated by staff.
27 November 2023 2:32
Extremely well organized, caring, professional staff who have a tough job and can do it with a gentle demeanor and a bit of humour. They were attentive and diligent with everyone that showed up and while I hope I never have to go back, the ER staff sure made us all feel important and reassured everyone with their actions to back it up. Can’t thank you enough!

I was a patient today at Mt S J, in the day surgery area! I must say the care and attitude of the staff was professional, but bright and perky! I forgot my nerves, I can almost say I had a great time there!
Thank you so much!

We were honestly so impressed by the nurses and how on top of their patients they were. The downfall is the hospital is so small that they don’t have the proper amount of beds for all their patients. Extremely disappointed in the doctor we had. He was not polite and had the nerve to say “I don’t rate pain on a 1/10 scale” when that was how my husband was being asked about his pain level. I watched the emerg doctor sit at his desk for extremely long periods of time between patients and honestly just walked at the slowest pace possible. I can respect the long days as I would hope they can respect your patients are in pain. I work within the community and serve them with my whole heart. Don’t work in a profession where your job is to serve your community unless you have the ability to treat them like a person.
15 September 2023 12:11
Don’t come here. Worst doctors and nurses with horrible bed side manners. They all ignore you and just want to be paid money. They have the worst listening skills. The newer and younger health care staff is better suited for actually working with patients and having empathy and kindness.
04 September 2023 8:07
Very professional and friendly staff at this hospital! Respect patients and I feel they really care of patients! Both people and equipments at this hospital are amazing. The adjustable bed really released lots of my pain after my appendicitis surgery. Can’t say how much I appreciate their warm and professional way for handling my emergency condition. Thank you so much!

My mom’s care team (nurse Miriam &Tessy, lead nurse Heunsook) on 4th floor East Geriatric are very friendly and professional. Together they provide my mom with the best health care possible. I would also like to shout out to the Nurse practitioner, Jennifer Lehoux, she has been extremely helpful and always go above and beyond by making sure my mom is comfortable, always try her best to answer every single questions my mom may have before and after the nerve block injection. My mom’s other care team staff like Dr. Wan, PT- Preeya and OT- Jeff, and the Nurse Aid are also very professional and friendly. I am truly impressed by the kind and caring staff on the 4th floor east wing. Thank you!

I don’t recommend the ER here if you have any sort of actual emergency. They currently have an OUTSIDE waiting room. And they just toss you out here to wait with no one to help if something happens to the emergency room patients * EMERGENCY*. You have to walk up a hill and around a few obstacles to get to the waiting tent. So you have to walk really far everytime they call you in and out. Today while I was waiting an elderly woman tried to stand and fell over. Hitting her head on the cement and gashing her arm on the wheelchair I’m sitting in. She hit another woman on the way down and the other woman and I had to get up to help her despite being emergency room patients ourselves. No one seemed at all bothered that this poor woman had hit her head and was now bleeding. They too their sweet time to see her and then they were snarky to me when I asked if she was okay
31 May 2023 18:09
I’m here at 1: 30pm, but need to waited until 7: 30pm, it’s so wasted my time. After told me come on tomorrow. So crazy!

As someone who has experienced the healthcare system in Canada, I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the overall quality and efficiency of the system. While Canada's healthcare system is often praised for its universality and accessibility, my personal encounters have left me dissatisfied and frustrated.

One of the major issues I have faced is the long waiting times for medical procedures and specialist appointments. It is disheartening to see people waiting for months or even years to receive the necessary care they require. This delay in treatment can have serious consequences for patients, as their conditions may worsen while they wait. The lack of timely care is simply unacceptable.

Furthermore, the limited availability of certain medical services and treatments is a significant drawback. It is quite common for Canadians to have to travel long distances to access specialized treatments or surgeries, as not all healthcare facilities offer comprehensive services. This inconvenience adds to the already stressful situation of dealing with a health issue.

The shortage of healthcare professionals is another glaring issue within the system. The demand for healthcare services far outweighs the supply of doctors, nurses, and other medical practitioners. Consequently, this leads to overworked healthcare professionals, burnout, and compromised patient care. It is disheartening to witness dedicated healthcare workers being stretched thin due to a lack of support.

Moreover, the lack of emphasis on preventive care is noticeable. While there are some preventive programs in place, they are often insufficiently promoted and underfunded. This results in a reactive rather than proactive approach to healthcare, where patients only receive attention once their conditions have escalated. Preventive care plays a crucial role in reducing the burden on the healthcare system and improving overall public health, but it appears to be neglected.

Lastly, the bureaucratic red tape and administrative inefficiencies within the healthcare system are frustrating for both patients and healthcare providers. Navigating through the complexities of the system can be overwhelming and time-consuming. The administrative burden placed on healthcare professionals takes away valuable time that could be dedicated to patient care.

Overall, my experience with Canada's healthcare system has been deeply disappointing. While the principles of universality and accessibility are commendable, the execution falls short. Long waiting times, limited availability of services, understaffing, inadequate emphasis on prevention, and administrative hurdles hinder the effectiveness and efficiency of the system. Significant improvements are necessary to provide the quality healthcare that Canadians deserve.

I have the utmost respect for these three individuals
John, Robbie, Darrin

These three showed amazing class, respect and demeanor. I never for a split second thought these three brought any outside work matters to their jobs. This is the type of energy i wanted to be felt when entering into a hospital.

Thanks for the help today and the rest of the team.
12 May 2023 19:56
Really kind and caring staff. Dr. David D and Dr. Anthony Y, as well as the nurses and support staff who's names I did not catch all listened attentively and offered great, compassionate care.
28 April 2023 8:06
I was in for two days and the service and care was great from all the people who looked after me was first class.
03 April 2023 0:37
The staff at St Joseph's Hospital are top class. My experience right from admittance to leaving the hospital was, from my perspective, completely flawless. The clerical staff who admitted me, the numerous nurses and surgical staff who spoke to me and assisted in my procedure were all absolute professionals. Thank you all for giving me a really comfortable experience
31 March 2023 4:13
Very bad experience. I needed to do some extra testing and they said they would call me to make an appointment, but they never did. When I called, the call was suddenly hung up. Emergency forces the sick to wait outside in the cold for more than five hours.don't go there.
15 March 2023 18:00
I had a small hand operation (I got 2 cute
stitches for a home accident) recently and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the care I received from the doctor and nurses at this clinic. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The nurses were kind, attentive, and always made sure I had everything I needed.

I was so impressed with the level of care I received and I feel lucky to have been in such capable hands. The entire staff at this clinic is truly exceptional and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical care. Thank you for making a difficult experience so much better.
03 March 2023 1:44
Thanks to nurse Amy for helping us in the HAU today! You were amazing even though you had so much on your plate! We really appreciated your ability to speak Cantonese and your kind manner.
23 February 2023 22:48
I can’t speak highly enough about the ER team at MSJ. I’ve been dealing with some scary medical issues for the last bit and have been to other hospitals in Vancouver, but my experience at MSJ has by far been the most positive. From the woman who greeted me at the entrance, the intake nurse, and all the nurses I came into contact with, everyone was so kind hearted and patient. Hillary Biden was who assisted me and I’ve never been listened to so intently by any medical professional in my 32 years. She made me feel so heard and cared for. I want to go back and give her the biggest hug! That kind of patience and attentiveness is so rare in our medical system and I will forever appreciate it.
20 February 2023 5:23
I would like to thank all the staff at the Mount Saint Joseph Hospital Emergency Department. This weekend I went to the hospital with a huge abscess located on my left leg. The entire medical team treated me with the most outstanding care and respect. Even with many patients, they did all the necessary tests, identified the best way to perform the procedure to solve the problem in question, and gave me all the necessary medication. I was treated in a humanized way, with attention by the whole team, for which I am deeply grateful!
20 February 2023 0:20
Today I came in with chest pains and numbness in my arm. After taking bloodwork and ecg. I was told to go sit outside in aTENT during a windstorm. I’m sorry this is not right, sick people outside waiting in the freezing cold. Not one person coming to check on anyone, no blanket … and barely heated. This is the free medical
09 February 2023 2:52
Horrible staff and long wait times, DO NOT COME HERE! Worst hospital ever with the worst doctors and nurses. You will be deceived and regret it if you choose to come here. Your better off at saint Paul’s or any other hospital than here.
14 January 2023 3:46
Got there at 2: 50 for a x ray the image department works until 3 they didn’t attend me and asked to return another day, the problem is that I have a broken foot and I have broken ligaments in the other and I can’t leave my house without help and my wife wasn’t able to bring me again to the hospital. That was the 3rd day in a row that I have to do exames and other procedures.
28 December 2022 20:54
Very good staff, less wait time than other hospitals.nurses and staff is very polite and hardworking.
21 November 2022 6:51
I received a treatment at the outpatient infusion clinic today (morning of Sept 20/22) and the nursing staff and physician were incredibly caring, compassionate, kind, and helpful! Thank you to this amazing team.
07 November 2022 8:50
I have never experienced such a top notch Emergency Room and staff. They are caring and efficient. Within 2 hours of arrival I had been assessed by a Doctor, received a ct-scan, and was diagnosed. Thank you Dr. Yoo and staff. Everyone went above and beyond. I hope to give back to this hospital in the future. Wanted to stay away from VGH/St. Paul's and I'm so glad I went here.
01 November 2022 15:07
It's 1: 30 a.m. And my pain reliever has just worn off. While I wait for the new pain reliever to take effect, I decided to write a review. I am grateful to all of the nursing staff on the fourth floor. Though my body is only capable of taking baby steps toward recovery, the level of dedication made by the staff here is truly a one of its kind. I can't thank enough Carlos, my nurse tonight, and his colleagues enough for being kind and willing to help, and for making the road to recovery a team effort rather than just my own fight. I can't wait to get out there and spread the passion and kindness they've shown me to others.
08 October 2022 5:58
Physicians and nurses are kind and reliable. They listened to me until I'm satisfied. Even though I need to wait more than 3 hours, this place is overall good.
03 October 2022 12:29
This is my go-to ER place for any medical emergency. My recent visit was in July 27th, 2022 because of radial nerve palsy on my left arm. I spent total about 3 hours at the waiting room. While this sounds like long wait, I've waited more than 10 hours at Surrey Memorial Hospital and Grand River Hospital in Waterloo, ON (actually 12 hours here). Generally you will see ER doctor a lot sooner than 3 hours.

I saw Dr. Henderson and she was the most kind, compassionate, and empathetic doctor I've met! She took her time to listen to me and examine my concerns. When the doctor realized I work a desk job, she immediately wrote me a note and offered to provide a copy of discharge report. With the documents that Dr. Henderson provided, I not only got referred to see a neurologist 3 days after the ER visit, but also got pre-approved on 4-weeks of short-term disability at work!

Thank you, MSJ! I'll do my best to get healthier so I visit the ER less frequently.
11 September 2022 15:55
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care I received at the Surgical Day Clinic. The nurses, porters, admin, physicians, and residents were incredible. I am truly grateful for their kindness and knowledge. Very lucky.
30 June 2022 5:18
A sincere thank you to the Ophthalmology Surgical Ward’s nurses, doctors and general staff for your service, it is greatly appreciated! Thank you.
17 May 2022 12:59
I took my mom for her biopsy test in the radiology division and Dr. Richard Lee went above and beyond to make sure my mom is not stressed for the test. He is super friendly and very professional.
10 May 2022 6:43
I was in there a week or so ago after I suddenly got an unshakeable pain in my thigh muscle. So painful that I thought I'd have to phone the ambulance and be taken to the dreaded emergency at VGH.nobody wants to go there, that's for sure.
So I toughed it out until the morning and my wife drove me to MSJ emerg.

I was one of the first in there and got processed in a flash. The staff are so nice, the resident doctors just like your next door neighbours and before I knew it they had xrayed me and given me an ultrasound.

They didn't find anything serious other than a very inflamed tendon for which they gave me an industrial strength anti-inflam. Half an hour later the pain had gone and I was on my way home.
Thanks to the lovely staff and thanks even more for for giving me the alternative to "you know where". Although I must add that the staff at VGH are equally as nice, it's just that it's overrun with the flotsam and jetsam of the city and it's very stressful to be there.
29 March 2022 11:43
This place is useless. Scheduling clerks lost 2 of my referrals. I need to do check ups every 6 moths but it's already 9 and I still didn't get my appointment booked due to scheduling clerks "well done" job. Also it is absolutely not possible to call to Radiology department you will be transferred in circles and nobody will help you. I've spent 2 hours yesterday and called back today to follow up - nobody is picking up the phone today. So, if you have another place to choose - DO NOT go at this hospital Radiology Department.
25 March 2022 19:43
Had a mammogram today and it was awesome! Bel was the best at this awkward experience. She is so gentle and nice.
I would go back every 2 years!
28 February 2022 19:26
I had a really great experience in the ER here. Was seen and taken care of right away by kind nurses and Dr. Kira who was attentive, friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly (and not in a rush!). Highly recommend this little community hospital! Excellent service, quality care, reasonable wait time and lovely staff. Thank you <3
27 February 2022 21:22
If I could have come to this ER more than ten years ago, I would not have suffered so much. From last year till now, for some reason, my husband suggested to come to Mount Saint Joseph Hospital ER, I got a thorough examination, the doctor staff is very efficient Gao. Allowed me to get treatment in a timely manner. Thanks so much to all the people in the hospital who helped me! So impressed! May God bless this loving hospital! ️️️
21 February 2022 5:16
Always received great care at the emergency here. However, the lady outside the emergency entrance has serious attitude issues.
20 February 2022 17:47
I came into the ER after passing a clot the size of my palm (no one looked at it) and I was an 8/10 on the pain scale. I had an IV put in but NEVER hooked up to anything. I had an exam and was left laying in a pool of my own blood for an hour before a nurse accidentally walked in and I begged her to help me. I was offered pain relief and never received it. I told the nurses it had been a week since I had had any type of food due to being in so much pain and was denied water on nearly every occasion that I asked for it. I asked 8 times over the course of 6 hours and receive two tiny cups (I also did check that I was allowed and they said yes but refused to bring any). I rang the emergency bell in the bathroom and heard staff say “I hope that’s not an emergency” and continue their conversation. I had to exit the bathroom to receive any help. Also, no one would read my chart, they all kept asking how far along I was in my pregnancy. It was a hot mess.

I came to the ER in pain and left in worse condition. I bled for 16 days straight and puked out of sheer pain for days. The care at this hospital was a JOKE. People around me received care but I was left, in a tiny curtained room, hooked up to monitors, crying for hours. No one addressed the issue. I am a fit 28 year old women who lost 18 lbs over 2 weeks due to this illness and now has the energy of an 80 year old now after receiving no care or followup at this hospital. I still have no idea what happened to me.

THE PANDEMIC IS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR POOR CARE!
if you’re in my position remember, squeaky wheel gets the oil.
01 February 2022 7:02
If I could I would give -10 stars after what I have experienced at the ER today. They made me wait almost an hour outside in 0degrees and told me that they have no idea how much longer I would have to wait outside…. They also took my blood pressure outside, I had to take off my clothes in that freezing cold. If you don’t have enough problems, go there and you can get even sickerEveryone was very rude also, they had zero empathy for me just because I had no vaccination, I was the only one who had to wait outside (after getting through Covid weeks ago without a problem)
I can’t believe this is really happening in Canada…
Shame on this hospital how they discriminate people and refuse to provide emergency care!
I went to Burnaby Hospital right after that where I could wait inside and everyone was super nice and kind…
Horrible experience at Mount Saint Joseph, don’t go there if you are really sick!
30 January 2022 2:50
I had the best experience at Mount Saint Joseph emergency. All the Nurses, Doctors and staff were absolutely wonderful! I wish I could remember all their names so I could thank them personally. Despite how busy they were, they were all kind, caring and helpful. In these time of uncertainty and fear, everyone there made me feel safe and cared for!
04 December 2021 1:49
This hospital was recommended to me by my boss, but I was also directed here by a wonderful woman at a walk in clinic, and I couldn't be happier with how I was treated and cared for. Despite them being very busy, I was helped in what seemed like a reasonable time for an emergency room, and I felt like my pain was taken seriously by everyone there. The doctor, whose name I unfortunately forgot already, was absolutely wonderful and personable and everyone made me extremely comfortable. And just a really great, happy energy all around from the staff which makes the experience so much better.
10 November 2021 21:43
Although the nurse that greeted me at the ER seemed disingenuous, the staff and volunteers were so kind.
10 November 2021 4:22
Excellent care and communication from the staff in the ER. The unit was well organized and nice to have free parking right out front.
26 October 2021 19:39
Came for a septoplasty and the level of care by the nurses and surgeon was excellent, the nurses were kind and took care of all my needs after surgery.
10 September 2021 6:08
I have never dealt with such institutionalized incompetence before. Incorrect procedures being followed about isolation, staff members constantly correcting others mistakes. I will never, ever come to this hospital again if I can possibly avoid it. After 4+ hours waiting for a simple swab, I finally just left.
05 July 2021 20:52
Great Staffs, helpful, friendly, and amazing staffs. Security guards are helpful. Thank You Kindly!
10 June 2021 13:45
I had a surgery here a couple of weeks ago and can't say enough good things about the surgical daycare center!

The staff and nurses were super kind and attentive both before and after the surgery. They answered all my questions with details and they genuinely care about the patients ️ The experience was MUUCH better than my previous surgery at St Paul hospital, even with St Paul being a fancier hospital.

Also the Covid protocols are in place (hand sanitizing and masks) so no need to worry about that.
09 April 2021 20:28
Every staff member treated me with so much kindness and dignity. I strongly recommend. Beyond amazing compared to every other hospital I’ve been to before.
25 February 2021 13:44
This hospital should be highly recommended for more people. I went there several times, I was treated with respect and lots of medical knowledges all the time.very efficient ER services, good doctors and nurses
03 January 2021 16:26
Was amazing. Best experience I had as an indigenous person. They talked without judgement. Overall the best.
19 November 2020 13:12
I owe my life to the Dr in charge the time I went to the emergency of the hospital. As soon as I got the CT scan the Dr sent me to the surgery because my brain was bliding and it needed a aporation ASAP.that's why I was transferred to VGH and it was a successful operation. Thank you for saving my life. A. Hajiesmaili.
16 November 2020 18:00
I stayed here for 5 nights because I had to have my gall bladder taken out. The nurses were so kind and caring that I bought them a big box of chocolates and left a card after I got well, because they left such a great impression. It's so hard for hospitals - they don't have enough support & we are hard on people who work there when it's not their fault. Really great spot.
06 November 2020 9:50
They are like family here been coming here for 2yrs m w and f for 4hrs they are so loving and caring you wouldn’t think you were at a hospital been to all hospital in lower mainland and this is the best they actually know you by your name instead of a number at some big hospital love the nurses and staff at MSJ Hospital
05 November 2020 17:56
Great hospital! Fastest ER with caring Hearts. All hospitals are teaching hospitals except Burnaby and Royal Columbian which are terrible care and painful needles.

MT Saint Joseph is a excellent hospital that is run by St Pauls known for Canada best Cardiac surgeons and Neurologist.

The complaint listed below are those people that expect
the FOUR SEASON HOTEL Service. Id ignored those.

Im a 51 year old gentleman, Ive had Colonoscopy at their surgical daycare this year 2020.

Had Endoscopy at Burnaby hospital (fkn terrible never again)
Bad stomach specialist and *terrible old nurses over 50.

Been to the ER three times for chest, hip pains and choking issues at Mt Saint Joseph. Excellent care, very sincere, I chose this ER because your in very fast and test are done much faster than Vancouver General Hospital.

Ive had many Ct scans and Xrays for low back and hip pains thru appoints and ER visits at Mt Saint Joseph. Mt Saint Joseph Imaging Radiology was excellent finding my hip injury that Richmond Hospital could not find. I dont recommend Ct scans at Richmond Hospital as their staff are much older and rough with their needles, your better off going to UBC for Ortho knees, hip, pelvic, vertebrae back issues (bones) or VGH. I did go to VGH and St Pauls at night as they now do scans 24hr so i had to take a 11pm on a monday and 4: 30am at VGH for MRI with contrast which are both the best for care and quickness.

I hope this help you decide where you want to go. If your a women worried about showing your vagina, go to a Womens Hospital or VGH as the complaint below. If your the guy that believes suing, you might want to get rid of your smartphone because your spending way too much time on the internet hijacking genuine reviews and your kind as no place in Canada and you need to find a hobby away from the World Wide web. Im quite sure you do this for a living because of no friends. To the other person, really come on, its a hospital, not a resort. You might want to bring your mother if your one of those people who need too much attention and need to bring their 35 year old teddy bear.
24 October 2020 22:03
Security guard kept smoking in front of "no smoking area" sign when I was waiting for my appointment for the neurologist.this was right after he just finished scolding a staff for taking her break outside.
17 October 2020 21:16
Thank you to all the people who works in the Eye clinic, you guys are so cool. Professional yet friendly. Shout-out to Joanne, you are simply amazing!
04 October 2020 10:08
Came to Mt Saint Joseph due to some stomach discomfort, thinking it might be an appendix issue. Within 5 minutes of arriving, I was checked in, screened by nurse Helen at the front, and in a bed 10 minutes later. Doctor Chang came in 5 minutes after that and after some questions, let me know exactly what tests they'd be running. Another 10 minutes later, two nurses came in. Nurse Emerson to ask me questions, and another to do my blood work. 10 minutes after that, got brought in for x-ray. Came back into the room, and 10 min later Dr. Chang came back to tell me the tests were pretty much normal and of no concern. Maybe just gas or minor blockage causing the discomfort. Also gave some suggestions for diet changes and meds. Went in around 11: 30am, out by 12: 53pm. All the nurses were kind, and they were not messing around with getting things done quick and efficient. This should be the gold standard for ERs.
02 October 2020 16:53
I had a broken toe in 2 places. From start to finish my experience with this hospital was excellent. From reception at the front who helped me get to the ER then radiology and especially Dr. Syma Khan who was outstanding with communication and recommendations.
22 September 2020 17:28
I called them to make an appointment as a new patient. They sighed on phone and gave me an attitude.
04 September 2020 13:08
My doctor called me after receiving my blood work advising I go into the emergency room as I had a high white blood cell count. First experience was okay, the doctor told me what he thought I had and told me to come back tomorrow and get a second ultrasound To make sure.

After my Ultrasound I was instructed to go back to emergency. This is where it started. I don’t know about every one, but being at the hospital is not my plan nor do I enjoy being there.

The male doctor who saw me or I should say STUDENT DOCTOR kept asking about my symptoms which is fine. But what’s not okay is the fact that he came back every 5 minutes to ask me the same question, each time growing “suspicious” “hmmmmmm. ” “Thats weird”.

MAY I REMIND YOU I DIDNT JUST DECIDE TO COME TO EMERGENCY! MY DOCTOR INSTRUCTED ME TO DO SO AFTER MY LAB WORK

I also had to get a pelvic exam which he said would be performed by a female doctor but I had the option to have him there for his education. I said I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE which should have been the end of That conversation but no, he continued saying how important this was for his education——the answer is NO. And quite frankly the last thing I’m thinking about after his rudeness was his education.

I don’t know if the staff talked amongst eachother but one of the male nurses then came in “HELLOOOOO? !? !? GET UP “ (because he had to change the bed)

So I did. He later came back again “GET UP! ” And that’s when I broke down and had to let him know this is an incredibly uncomfortable situation for me and I don’t appreciate him being condescending and rude. He then said “how am I being rude? ! ” And I said you really don’t need to speak to me like you are. I don’t want to be here and I don’t appreciate it.

Funny how the attitude went away after I told him about his behaviour.

Long story short, I was sent home after my symptoms were “mysterious” and nothing “too serious” showed up after testing.

I won’t be coming back. And will be getting a second opinion
12 March 2020 12:26
I’ve visited the ER here as well as seeing specialists in this location. Always fast, efficient care. The staff know what they are doing, and provide a high standard of care
03 March 2020 17:20
It was my first time as a patient in a surgical daycare and my experience was great. The staff is really professional and super nice and the doctors are experienced. Everything is well maintained and they make sure you feel good all the time. Despite the big number of patients I was pleasantly surprised how they treat each one individually and listen to their needs. Thank you!
29 January 2020 5:16
Bell is amazing in mammography. I have literally passed out having a mammogram in the past (in Montreal). She was one of the kindest people you could meet. I told her my history and she was so above an beyond what was just doing her job. She let me sit during the mammogram! She kept asking me if I was OK, and on and on. Finally I will no longer dread mammograms. Thank you so much dear Bell.
21 January 2020 18:17
Very caring staff who went above and beyond to make sure we got what we needed. It's not a fancy hospital but it feels very welcoming.
09 January 2020 11:30
Was greeted at the door and the attendee at the desk was helpful and polite. I was processed and waited patiently. It took about an hour and a half to have a doctor see me and about 1 min to help fix my problem. I know the staff here are working hard to process patients and I think due to the fact that the emerg is t open 24 hours the staff are much more enjoyable to be around.
12 September 2019 1:08
I was there for a week, be patient as they are doing there best to get your diagnosis as a patient. Especially when you’ve been there for a long time, sometimes there’s new nurses or doctors but they are all trying the best. Great small hospital when you liver near by. ER can get packed “first some first serve” doesn’t apply
21 December 2018 7:36
Don't come here if you're a christian from Ireland, Fiji, Japan, or Jamaica. This hospital harbors demons and is the devils home. They allowed my grandmother to die and i was the one who had to try and preform CPR on her. Everyone at this hospital has demonic values. They won't even try and help, they'll just tell you "palatable care. " Yeah palatable care when we kept her alive for an entire year in the same condition and she died in this hospital within a week of coming here. Hopefully these people burn for their sins and never walk the earth again. Who the hell even allowed them to be doctors and nurses anyways? All they value is money. No Hope in this world.
