When I finally get through to see a doctor I have no problems with that. I've always had a problem with getting the receptionist to communicate. The receptionist will not answer the phone. After several days of phoning and phoning and phoning.she hangs up the phone for no good reason while you're on hold.this has happened countless times. The only reason I'm calling is to book an appointment.she puts me on hold and hangs up.
Had an appointment today jan 23 2024 at 12: 30 pm
I kindly asked the very rude receptionist how much longer, because I've been waiting for more than 1 hour.she rudely interrupted me snapping that other people are waiting too. I told her that she interrupted me. I also told her everyone that came in after me went in already. I asked again how much longer.she said "I don't know". I can honestly say I don't know, because I don't get paid to work as a receptionist.very rude
