They can and will disregard the well-being of the people who stay here. They neglect the old folks and give them nowhere near the attention they need

My 94 year old veteran father has requested his essential visitor be changed. He's dying so he wants to see his other son. A one time change is allowed they say no. No reason just no. Total incompetence, and uncaring. Do you want your loved ones here? Not if you care about thrm

I can’t speak as to the facilities nor can I speak to the doctors or care aids but the person answering the phones when you select operator apparently needs to retire or find a new job.

Called back because I had a missed call and simply asked if there was anyway to figure out who and all I got was “How am I supposed to know, there are hundreds of phones in this place; if it was important don’t you think they’d have left a message”

I get it was a long shot but wow, the people person skills of the operator were non existent.
