Nothing to say but good things for MCC and the crew. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful with any problem or questions I've had. Work is done efficiently and honest pricing for all services.

I've come in for broken wheels, stuck droppers all the way to a cracked frame, and every time they manage to get me back out on the trails in no time. Note on the cracked frame, MCC was super quick to get a warranty claim done with Devinci and wasted no time to transfer all my parts over as soon as the new frame arrived.

This is where I always go to get my bicycle repaired when it's broken, the crew are always hard working, dedicated and they always offer high quality service.

These guys are fantastic, incredibly helpful, friendly, and service is excellent. I came in with my bike in pieces, and it was fixed same day with an hour left in their day. Cannot recommend the team at Mountain City Cycle enough. You rock!

Patronizing and disrespectful. Two of them seemed to be a tag team and tried to convince me my bike was done for, then tried to sell me a bike that not only was way too small for me but was good for riding to the corner store and back (I’m on a tour with a beautiful, comfortable bike). I don’t know if they had no idea what they were talking about or if they were trying to steal my bike. Either way, pretty bad. Knowing my bike, I didn’t listen to them. I got the parts I had asked them for at another store, and have fixed the issue. My bike is now ready for another 20000 kms. Yay!

Have been a long time customer. This business is very well run and they can be trusted to sell you a fine product and stand behind it. Their work is flawless, fair and with great turnaround. I would highly recommend them.

We've been going to Mountain City Cycle for several years and have received quality service no matter our questions! We've purchased 5 bikes from there and all the cycling needs that go with that. They're friendly, reliable, qualified, and always friendly. Staff are riders too, so they really get it! We love those guys!

The team serviced my bike within 15 min walking in, with extra tweaks. Really friendly guys there.

Great shop, Jon and the team are friendly. I bought a bike from the Giant webstore and MCC had it ready in ~24 hours. I returned after the recommended 15 hours of riding and ~300kms with new tires and they installed them no charge. Thanks for the great service. Will be using this shop from now on!

Every once and a while you come across a seemingly random group of people who are simply extremely good at what that do.

I am quite new to the valley and these folks have been a welcome suprise. I've purchased two bikes and had one major repair done there and they are consistently reliable and fairly priced. They have earned my trust, which is all you can ask for from a retailer. This isn't to say other LBSs aren't great, but I only have experience with MCC and they haven't let me down.

A group of professionals that are very knowledgeable and skilled. I appreciate how they took the time to explain maintenance and upkeep to myself as a new rider. Would recommend this shop to anyone

About a year ago (Oct 2021) I purchased a new Giant Escape 2 bicycle from this business, just last week I took the bike back to them for a service, nothing major.more of a tune up! These guys are simply amazing, it really makes a difference when you take your bike to people who really know what they are doing. They cleaned up the brakes, realigned the gears as well as washed and cleaned the bike. I was not able to get back till the following Saturday, so they stored it for me at no charge. Chris was really customer service driven and looked after me really well. I would say that if you are looking for knowledgeable staff, customer service then these guys and girls know there stuff and are well worth the trip.
