I’m living in the Crown&Mountain development in North Vancouver. Utterly terrible build, and while I know there is to be some noise expected from a wood-frame building, it’s as if no insulation was laid between the floors at all. Footsteps courtesy of the upstairs neighbours make my unit physically shudder, and sleeping is entirely victim to whatever their nightly schedule entails. Given the wood-frame build, insulation should’ve been placed to minimize sound disruption. Strata has been most unhelpful. Would never buy another of their developments or recommend to my clients. Buyer beware, this is what developers and listing realtors never tell you.

I've owned and lived in a property purchased from them for over a year and they have been helpful and responsive when required. We just had our warranty work done by them and it was excellent. The worker was efficient and on time, Mountain Creations was flexible in booking a day for the work to be completed.

Just moved into a 2 bed 2 bath unit at Crown and Mountain and am extremely surprised at the poor quality. Thank goodness I'm just renting as I'd be really PO'd if I paid $850K+ and was left with crooked outlets, cheap plastic handles on all the kitchen/bathroom drawers and cupboards, plastic kitchen cupboards with MDF underneath, incorrectly installed air filter hatch, and all plugs put on a single breaker so running the air conditioner and computer at the same time causes everything to shut down. They installed high end appliances but cheaped out on everything else. The wood laminate floors squeak everywhere, and despite being a year old building the stairwells and underground parking are still unfinished with large cracks in the walls needing repair. The building and unit looks beautiful but once you start looking at details you really notice the shoddy workmanship.

Excellent to deal with from a realtors perspective. Very responsive and compassionate to buyer requests and issues.

They are one of my preferred developers in the city. Their staff has been very friendly and professional. Great value for its price point.

I am pleased with their timeliness of the construction. They deliver impressive residential buildings without sacrificing quality and standards. The customer service staff are helpful and efficient who are ready to remedy any deficiencies.

Very poor developer. No phone number and never responds to emails about issues. New building left incomplete: no working heat, common area door trims not finished, unfurnished entry way, lobby and amenity room, unfinished mailroom (3 months no mail post completion), leaking parkade floor slab from groundwater, leaking pipes in parkade, pallets of garbage left in parkade. No professionalism or respect. They want your money and don't seem to care about providing a quality product.

Note: Be aware of fake reviews. All 5 star are written the same way, in the same week, etc.

They are really good on the quality of workmanship, home owner walk throughs and dealing with deficiencies.

I look forward to doing business with them again.

Recently moved in to our new home and couldn't be happier with the quality of work and finishing. There were some minor deficiencies that were dealt with promptly. We were worried that with the ongoing pandemic and restrictions things were going to be delayed or quality compromised but were pleasantly surprised to the contrary. Their staff is very friendly and professional and respond rather quickly. Highly recommended if you're in the market for a new property.

The unit I bought in their building exceeded the quality that we were shown during pre-sales, they have an amazing customer service team who went out of their way to help us! They have been great with communication during the whole build process, It's been a pleasure dealing with them.

Builder states luxury in marketing and development proposals to municipalities, but actually uses and completes completexes with bare minimum quality materials and standards. Rarely communicates by phone and hides behind emails on service and support issues. Municipal councils should watch these guys carefully before further developments are approved. Do actual inspections before giving permits. Buyer beware on promises and quality of materials in units. Strata interim budgets are lowballed and buyers will see 20-40% higher maintenance fees to cover basic strata budgets

Please, don't buy real estate from this developer, they did scam form us, four years ago, i bought one unit from them, so many problems, no customer service, rude people

Poor customer service as a new owner. Brand new building left without proper heat, no mail service.
