Mountain View Cemetery - City of Vancouver

One of the nicest places to walk. It is calm and gorgeous, a lovely place to spend quiet time. The views it offers of the North Shore Mountains are panoramic. The "middle" section of the cemetery is especially beautiful in early autumn as the walkways are lined with deciduous trees.

Well maintained peaceful place (if you're dead it doesn't matter if it's peaceful, does it?) to walk, learn to ride a bike on the paved paths, meditate, and pay respects (especially to all the war dead). In a noisy city this is a good place to get away for a while. And if you are fortunate enough to be buried here, well, lucky you.
