Terrible pictures and up charging hugely for photos. Will now be taking my kids own school photos. And if something fits in an envelope it does not cost $5.99 to ship you con artists. Hope you go out of business you trash.

What can I say? I am most happy with my son's graduation photos. They capture that spirit of youth and promise for the future perfectly, a moment in time wonderfully recorded. Thank you to your photographer and your helpful staff.

Very amicable staff during -and well after- the process. I had my graduation photos taken here over a year ago, woefully forgetting to save my digital order. Many thanks to Arti, who found them and swiftly sent them to me.

We are happy with our pictures and subsequent customer service experience. We had an issue with the background on our pictures that showed up in the 8X10. We contacted them and they fixed the problem promptly and we are happy with the results.

Each time I've needed to contact mountain west they always respond promptly and are very helpful in getting the situation resolved.

I was very late ordering my daughter's school pictures and emailed in and Al was super helpful and informative. Got my pictures ordered so easily!

THEY TOOK PICTURES FOR MY SCHOOL AND MADE THEM EXTRA UGLY JUST SO WE COULD PAY AND RETAKE THE PICTURES
my yearbook picture lies in the hands of my parent's wallets.and i dont like it. 1 star

edit: the retakes are free apparently and hopefully they finna make the pics look hotter now. 2 stars:)

The school pics I ordered came in and I immediately realized I made an error in selecting the wrong background. It was close to the one I had wanted but not quite the same. When I inquired, I half expected a "sorry there's nothing we can do" response. But instead, I was pleasantly surprised by, 1. Their prompt reply, and 2. Their understanding response and offer to fix my error at no additional charge. They made the process so painless, I was amazed! Thank you (Chay & Arti) for your EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I blundered and forgot to order photos months ago. When I contacted Mountain West they responded immediately to my request both by email and calling. There was no waiting or redirecting and I now have access to amazing photos. In a time when the standard is "wait.redirect.and start all over again". Mountain West's service was amazing and TRUE customer service!

We had misplaced my sons code and the customer service helped us right away and gave the codes so we could order his photos right away. The staff were super nice and his photos were really great! Super happy.

My kids took photos every September. I downloaded the digital photos in Oct. Unfortunately my hard disk was broke and I did not back up the data to cloud. I emailed them to ask if I can download again. They responded me very fast and give the link. They are really a professional and responsible company. Highly recommend.

With Mountain West Studios a member of the Burnaby Board of Trade, I had the opportunity to work with their team in numerous occasions in events and a professional photoshoot. They are highly professional and it is always a great time working with them. Photo quality is also top notch!

As an experienced Actor and Model, I was absolutely blown away with this amazing studio! The set up is incredible for doing all kinds of different themed shoots, with a very modern touch to the over all feel of the space. There are large changing rooms to get ready in, so perfect for large groups. James was my photographer and he was outstanding, couldn't be happier with my photos! Piers was really great at getting me booked in and showing me everything there was to see in the space. It truly felt very welcomed and respected and I definitely will use Mountain West for all my future photography needs!
