All the staff are amazing. My whole family comes here including my 2.5-yr old and 5-yr old and they do great thanks to the staff there. Both kids love the dentist now

Everytime I have an cleaning/procedure/question - I always leave with answers; some days it is apparent they are INCREDIBLY busy; but I have never felt as though an appointment has been rushed. Dr. Hartlooper; and his staff; always make sure I am comfortable; well taken care of with the right follow up if needed; and knowledgeable about my dental health.

It's always a good experience at the clinic. Top notch dentist and wonderful staff who make one feel welcomed and cared for!

Came here for an initial visit, then had some bonding and general cleaning done the other day. Dr. Hartloper and his assistants were very thorough with their explanations and did an excellent job repairing some chips I had from a long time ago. Clinic was very professional and efficient, with minimal wait time. Very happy with this dental centre, especially in comparison to my old dentist who retired.

I hadn't been to the dentist for years after an unfortunate experience. Mountainveiw Dental Center is amazing and helped me get past my fear and apprehension.
They are great with my 5 year old with ASD as well as me.
My fitbit thinks I'm sleeping through the entire appointment because I'm so relaxed.

It may be odd for me to say this but I enjoyed my visit to the dentist. Everyone treated me with kindness and respect and made sure I was comfortable.

I’ve been going to this dental office for close to 15 years. I’ve seen all three dentists for various dental work. I see Dr. Klimek for Periodontal specialization. My mom is also a patient of Dr. Kazemi. My mom despises going to the dentist, but she is very comfortable with Dr. Kazemi. My son and I see Dr. Hartloper. Vicki is excellent at corresponding with my insurance carrier. Erin is my regular hygienist who I see every three months (No, I don’t have dental issues - I actually enjoy having my teeth cleaned because it feels nice). I wish I could see them every month, but my teeth are well maintained so I visit every three months for my cleaning.

I came here for a cleaning, but ended up getting lots of things done here, including Invisalign. I cannot say enough good things about this dental office! Dr Hartloper is a very professional, and incredibly kind dentist who is an expert at what he does. He excels at making you feel comfortable as a patient, and making sure you know about what is going on with any procedure. He did several fillings for me, as well as some other various things. However, the highlight of my experience was the work he did using Invisalign. My case was particularly challenging, and he was able to straighten my teeth into a beautiful smile with no revisions at the end of the process. I’m happy to say this will be my go to dentist/office for as long as I live in Vancouver. The front desk staff are always friendly, and will take the time to remember you very quickly. At mountain view dental you will feel right at home- Thanks everyone!

Dr. Kazemi is so incredibly gentle and patient. I can only relate with mere words the profound gratitude I feel for her and how my experiences so far have been.
I am phobic and was in need of emergent care. From the very first call, the entire team has been incredible. Not only is the doctor knowledgeable and accommodating, but her work is so gentle. She is not like any other dentist I have ever met, known or been worked on by.
I'm still terrified, however I will continue to see these professionals if they'll continue to have me. My whole family will now be moving here too.

Dr. Kasemi has been the longest dentist I've ever gone to. She is not only wonderful and super nice but super professional, careful, does things once (she is not the type to get something wrong so you have to 'get it fixed'). Dr. Kasemi and her staff offer that old school 'family doctor' feeling that is so hard to come across. Would recommend her practice to anyone!

As a patient for over ten years at Mountainview Dental, I am always impressed with their hospitality and service. Absolutely wonderful dentists and team- kind, caring, and honest. Dr. Kazemi and Dr. Klimek have always been very gentle when working on my teeth. The care, attention to detail, and explanation in the treatments provided are always thorough. The hygienist I had, Nooneh, was on another level! Wow! She was very knowledgeable, and you can tell she really cares. She explained very thoroughly how to maintain good daily habits, and made very good suggestions on how to maintain a high level of care for my teeth. Vicki, the receptionist and Treatment Plan Coordinator is absolutely is also absolutely lovely. I actually look forward to my dentist appointments now!

Hands down the best dentist office I have ever been to. The dentists here are caring and gentle. They have gone over and above with what they have done for me. Extremely good service and the friendliest office staff. Highly recommend.

A couple of years ago, a wisdom tooth started acting up really bad. It so happened that it was on thanksgiving weekend and by the afternoon on Saturday I was in agony. Dentists were all closed for the weekend. I had done a small construction project for Dr. Kris Klimek (one of the owners of Mountainview) about 7 years prior so I had his home number in my phone. In agony and desperation I called him at home in the late afternoon. He subsequently met me at his office a couple of hours later and confirmed that I needed to have it removed which was done by Dr. Kazemi a few days later. I had to go for numerous followup visits due some complications that had nothing to do with their work. Dr. Kazemi was incredible at fitting me in last minute due to those issues and they made the whole experience as low pain as possible.

I have since switched them to be my dentist and just had a cleaning there today which was actually a very pleasant (I’m utterly shocked to say) experience.

I very rarely feel the drive or desire to post a review of a business and this one has not been requested or solicited in any way. When you have an agonizing dental emergency is the exact moment when you realize how important it is to have a great dentist to rely on.

Mountainview Dental’s service was far beyond my high expectations and I unreservedly recommend Dr Klimek and Dr Kazemi. These are people who love what they do and it very clearly comes across in how they do business. This is the kind of business that I really want to see succeed because incredible service deserves to be rewarded.

Dr. Klimek recently completed some delicate surgery on my upper front gum and I could not be more thrilled with the result. Under his care the surgery was completed with a minimum of discomfort and the subsequent recovery was quick and almost painless. I attribute this to the top notch quality work of Dr. Klimek and his competent staff. I must also say that I have been a patient of Mountainview Dental for the past 15 years and I am constantly amazed at how the quality of both care and friendliness only increase as each year passes by. I highly recommend!

I have know Kris since dental school. He is a genuine fellow, kind person, but not the fastest skier on the mountain!:) He is a great dentist and if my wife was not my dentist he would be! Kris also generously supports oral cancer research! Thank you Kris for all that you do. You are the best.

I have been a patient at Mountainview Dental for over 10 years. I have always received exceptional care for myself and my family. I appreciate that the dental team is friendly and caring. The Hygenist do a great job with my cleanings. Dr. Klimek provides really comprehensive care and is knowledgeable. He always takes the time to explain all my options to me. He takes pictures of my teeth and 3D images so I can see what he sees. It's cool technology. My kids love seeing the dentist. They love being able to watch TV during longer visits. I recommend Mountainview Dental to all my friends!
