I took my v-rod in to get a rear tire changed. There ended up being a problem with the work. I went in, talked to Jack who is the service manager. I explained the problem, told him what I felt would resolve it. He went above and beyond what I expected or asked for. Obviously, because there was a problem, I can’t give 5 stars but, I do give 5 stars to the way Jack resolved it. Much appreciated.

Got a flat tire close to Manning park was able to get my bike towed to mountain view HD about an hour before they closed, they had me out the door with new tire installed within the hour every part of the experience was very polite and professional can't thank you enough to get me back on the road thanks Nathan!

Dealing with Eric (sales manager) at Mountainview Harley Davidson was an easy and seamless experience from the onset. Communication was quite good and at no time did I feel pressured by any member of their sales team. When it came time to finalize the transaction Murray handled things in a thorough yet friendly manner. I have to say that I was quite impressed from beginning to end.

Mountainview HD always treats me incredibly well! My partner and I love making the 45 min ride there on our 19 RG on a Saturday I purchased this bike there in 2019 and get all my servicing done there. They also did most of the customizing and between sales, service and parts helped me build my dream machine. My partner Lorri and I put on about 10000kms a year. The reason I keep coming back is I get a family like feeling here. From being greeted by name as we walk through the doors to hanging out on the deck with a coffee and cigar, it’s always a great experience!

Mountainview is great.you almost have to go to Barnes to see how bad it is to really appreciate the service at Mountainview.

Called in on holiday to fill some time heading to the airport. Really helpful clothing counter staff. Young and enthusiastic. Clearly knew their stock and happy to help.
I am an HD rider but family members I was with are not bikers at all.
Still found salesman chatting with wife and kids and then happy to chat about bikes with me.
He knew we were on holiday and there was no likelihood of a sale but still really chatty and welcoming.
That’s what creates an environment and reputation if you are looking for a bike so the review is justified to help out others.

Traveling from Ontario to BC. I had a flat tire in Hope BC. Had the bike towed to Mountain View HD in Chilliwack. They took care of me right away. Change both tires, rear brakes and wash the bike. Great service thank you Nick delivered the bike right to my house I came back and bought a battery charger didn’t think it was working right went back to the shop the mechanic grabbed some tools and came up to my house with me checked it all out told me it was fine in about three hours later the green light came on all is good A very nice experience thank you

My bike went in for an in warranty service after owning it for one month.it has now been 3 weeks and 4 days without any repair being completed. The part took over 3 weeks to arrive.it's been.a very very.very long wait. I have patience and understand it's a busy season but this seems like a long while to wait for a service I paid a hell of allot of money for. This tue it will be 4 weeks without a call or an estimate of time for the completion of repair.cmon guys.do better.

Great dealing with the manager and sales from Mountainview. I live about 3 klicks from Deeleys. Mountainview was worth the ride to trade in and buy a new bike.

Traveling from Edmonton, I had a problem with my 2020 Ultra Limited and got to the Mountainview HD dealer 15 mins before close on a Saturday. The service dept.jumped on my bike seeing that I was traveling through and ended up staying nearly 2 hours after closing to complete a warranty repair. A huge thank you to Mark Attenburg and the service dept. I can not express how grateful I am that they did this without hesitation getting me back on the road and not stranded until the store reopened on Tuesday. The level of customer service from my home dealership does not come close to how you all treated me.

I don't own a Harley. What interested me to go there was they have a nice vintage Indian bike there I'm interested in.

Great service and friendly staff! Natasha and MJ were awesome to deal with! Put a deposit to bring in a bike and they managed to get one in surprisingly quick. I test rode the bike, loved it, came in the next day with my down payment, did the paperwork, couldn't have been more than an hour and a half. I live in Langley but will definitely go back for whatever I need for my bike at Miuntainview.

From the minute I walked into Mountainview Harley Davidson it was a feeling that they really cared about their customer service. I was at the dealership to have my bike serviced with a Dyno tune (bike runs great) and had to wait while they worked on my bike. Zack at Mountainview Harley Davidson helped me in finding the bike I was looking for. Came into the shop months before and met up with Zack. We talked about what I was looking for and he kept his eyes peeled. I kept looking at the web site and behold a bike I was interested in was their. Wasn’t exactly what I told Zack about but it peeked my interest. Contacted Zack and setup a meet. Zack was very informative and helpful and now Ive got a 2016 CVO Road Glude FLTRUSE. Thanks Zack! Mountainview harley I have to say is the best dealership I have dealt with. They work with you and do what they say they will do. The service dept. Is awesome and any work I have had done there was done right. My riding buddys say the same thing. In fact one buddy bought a new CVO where the motor crapped out in less than 2000k. (An M8) they replaced it and had him back on the road in no time. So they stand behind what they sell. Given the day and how manufacturers are I would say that they do best job possible.
