Hi there I just wanted to give a special thank you. To SHIVA and the Mountainview health and wellness team. But I seriously really wanted to let Shiva know how grateful I am.from the first moment I stepped in to her realm it really felt like home. She’s really helped me with my injury and I know she will continue to support me in my journey to recovery. She’s the most supportive and highly knowledgeable, professional individual i have ever met in my life.
So I definitely recommend checking this place out and be sure to ask for shiva. She won’t disappoint.:)

I came to these guys with several ailing & aging body parts. I lived with pain on an almost daily basis. Manouch & Naser are a great team who compliment each other well. They take the time to listen. They are excellent therapists. They have made a difference in my quality of life.

I have being seeing Naser Yaghoub for my ongoing treatment twice weekly. He is kind, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and very professional. I can't recommend him enough as both the practice itself, and all the staff provide a friendly & high level of care. Each & every treatment/experience is a great one, I feel as though I am treated like family and leave with what feels like a big hug. Thanks again to the whole team! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

They're great and they know their stuff. The staff are friendly and explain to me what the best way for me to recover.

I had been to the walk in clinic in the past and availability was good and they were helpful. Now I'm told they only have doctors on Monday, so much less useful if you need to see someone soon.

My therapists Naser and Katrina are amazing and have been helping me recover from an accident. They have been an asset and the biggest reasons for me getting back to me living like before my accident. All staff are great and caring. Fun and friendly and always making you feel welcomed. It’s a great place to help you to a healthy recovery.

Really friendly staff and professionals, had multiple sessions with Nasser and helped me a lot. He is very thorough and pays close attention to symptoms.

If I could write a 0 star review I would, as a new father you are nervous taking your kids anywhere and this place added to my fear.

My wife came in for 2 month checkup with our newborn baby, doctor was so rushed he didn’t introduce himself seemed to rush through everything without any explanations, everything was normal… when we spoke about the weight of my baby he came in 2lbs less then he had a month ago… the doctor immediately dismissed said it was normal… it is not normal…

After now over feeding him for the last 2 days we got our baby scale in the mail only to find out he’s hasn’t lost any weight and is on same pace as prior to going to this doctor.

Will never return do not recommend anyone going caused us way to much stress and anxiety.

Nobody advised me that doctor Slanina was not seeing his patients anymore so they sent me to this guy named Shahsavan, his appointment is for literally 4 minutes and he says everything you already know and easily can find on Google. He basically hangup on me when I was asking basic questions.
What's wrong with doctors in Canada? Why did you study medicine? To treat patients like garbage? A dog is probably treated with more respect. How miserable your life must be. Disgusting.

My wife and I both had injuries from the wear and tears of life and responsibilities. When we came here, the staff were very accomplished and accommodating to our needs. After a few treatments, we both feel much better and are very grateful.

Great treatments here. One stop shop. I am able to get my massages, physio, and kinesiology done all in on place.

The front desk staff are friendly specially Reetu. Naser and Shiva are excellent physiotherapists Thank you for you're help.

Shiva Sherafat is a wonderful physiotherapist. I've been getting sessions done with her every week post car accident. She will listen to whatever I tell her is hurting and will help work it out as well as provide at home solutions.

This place Rocks!
Hands down the best place for physiotherapy. I've played a lot of sports and been in a motor vehicle accident and therefore have had lots of injuries in the past. I've been to lots of different physiotherapists in Burnaby, New Westminster and Coquitlam. Mountainview Health and Wellness is the best, from it's informative and friendly front end staff to it's amazing knowledgeable, friendly, patient therapists. Shivesh Setia is the best physiotherapist I've come across in the lower mainland. If you are in need of physiotherapy this is the Man to see. It's nice to know that he's always prepared for your session, so there no wasted time. Shivesh explains everything to you before he treats you. Shivesh always has answers to my questions or finds the answers for me the next session. You can tell Shivesh really enjoys he's job and I think that makes a huge difference in regards to the care you receive. It's also important to note that it's beneficial to see kinesiologist while seeing a physiotherapist. Mountainview Health and Wellness have a whole team of therapists who work together, however it's up to you who you want to see. David Paquin is a kinesiologist who works there, and he's amazing as well. David is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. David is always providing relevant educational information regarding my injury so I fully understand why he's doing what he is, during my sessions. I've been going to Mountainview for a while now and I'm seeing improvements with my Back, neck, and Knee. I would recommend seeing Shivesh and David for your injuries and rehabilitation.

I was in consultation with Dr. Slanina for more than a year and everything was very good with regard to the Dr, however the receptionists did and continue to do a lousy job. They do not send the prescriptions on time, but the most terrible thing was that I have been waiting for a call from a gynecologist for months since my Dr had sent a referral since July, to my surprise today, January 26, I found out that they have not sent the referral because this one did not appears. That is completely unacceptable, people we are talking about our health, how can you not send a referral to deal with an important health issue? And I want to clarify that it not only happened to me, this happened to my husband, same scenario, different specialist, his referral was not sent since July either. I’m so upset.

I've received every service you can have from this clinic due to an MVA. All except one have been top notch! Front desk staff are friendly but often forget to fax referrals and get back to you. I suggest you call them and follow up with them so they get around to it. It was a bit confusing during COVID times as if you had any cold symptoms you weren't supposed to come in but I would be told to make it regardless. I understood it was the day of so there's a pressure there. I was asked for proof of positive COVID tests which is utter nonsense. All together it was a sour experience for both parties. I paid hundreds of dollars in missed appointment fees (which was their right to charge.) during COVID times.

Physio - Maryam G
Knowledgeable and friendly. A bit rough at times. Her treatment plan works for attacking the symptoms of the pain.

Psychology - Christina Browne
Incredibly knowledgeable, kind, funny and lovely. Brought intense change into the way I think and made an everlasting impact on my life for the better. Really meets you where you're at and helps you rise above the difficulty of life circumstances. Would recommend to anyone in search of therapy.

OT - Maryam
Unprofessional. Made comments on my weight. Told her manager I called her names (lies) and yelled at me on the phone. Would spend our session chatting with colleagues. Literally did absolutely nothing for me. I stopped attending sessions with her due to multiple incidents and ongoing personal health issues. She threatened to tell ICBC I was noncompliant after I asked to be switched to a different OT that would advocate and assist me with actual therapy sessions.

OT - Alyzee
Very kind and knowledgeable. Taught me a variety of self soothing techniques for my mental health that I often use. Advocated for my needs and made me feel safe.

Massage - Isabelle
So kind and excellent. I've never had such relief after a massage! Made me laugh and feel comfortable.

Kinesiology - Roksanah
Very kind, humourous and generous with her time. Was very patient with me and took me through the exercises thoroughly.

Poor service by the team, clinic is very care less about the patients, theey said that they prefferd me for the ultrasound almost months ago and when I have not heard back from fraser health regarding conformation of my appointment then I called fraser health and they have not recived any request for me. And the clinic was lied to me
