Yesterday was my third massage with Devin and I cannot say enough good thing about the services I've received! Devin is the best RMT I've worked with yet, he is highly knowledgable, professional, skilled, friendly, and calming. Somehow he manages to release my intense pain and tension with deep tissue massage and muscle release, well also making me melt into the table and almost fall asleep - it's magic, really!:) I also appreciate the stretching and muscle release techniques he's shared with me that I can do at home. If you're looking for a 5 star massage experience, I would definitely recommend Devin. Additionally, Move's space is very clean, calming, and everyone is friendly.

I came to this place after the pandemic as I was having serious back and hip problems and the staff here is soooo lovely! John was so helpful and Cayli did an amazing job of releasing years of tension in my hips! I have been a repeats customer since and could not recommend a better practice to my friends and family!

I recently saw Dr. Lutz for my first Chiropractor appointment. He was so welcoming and knowledgeable. It was a such an informative appointment, everything was explained very thoroughly. Dr. Lutz was able to treat my concern and he provided me with an at home exercise program on how I can further help myself should my issue arise again. I highly recommend Dr. Lutz! I had an excruciating pain on my shoulder blade due to studying for a long time in a seated position. On my very first visit Dr. Lutz did his magic and gave me immediate relief.
He explained me what was the cause of pain and gave me couple of exercises which cured the pain completely.

My wife and I always come out relaxed, relieved and refreshed after our massage sessions with her! She really knows her craft! Thank you Cayli! Too bad we can only give you a maximum of 5 stars. Had an wonderful experience with my 14 year old daughter while in Kelowna for a hockey tournament. Dr. John was the only chiropracter taking new patients on a Saturday of a long weekend and WOW did we luck out. He was amazing & his knowledge of sports injuries and active release therapy was much appreciated!

Had an ongoing issue with my elbow for 2 weeks. Came in today and had it assessed & treated and not only was Dr. Lutz professional he was also very knowledgeable. After looking at reviews online, I decided to make an appointment at Move Health & Wellness, since they have such great reviews. I was not disappointed. In the past I have had my fair share of treatments by chiropractors as a result of sports injuries and Dr. John Lutz rates as one of the top chiropractors I've seen. He was professional, articulate in his explanations and empathetic. After being sidelined for months from doing basic activities such as gardening or playing sports, Dr. Lutz has given me the tools, and most importantly given me the confidence to get back into serious exercising and to being as active as I possibly can. I highly recommend him.

I was skeptic for a long time about seeing a chiropractor but I was happily surprised by how great John was with me. Right off the bat he knew what was going on and helped me through my anxiety of getting moving! Highly recommend!

I have only been to a chiropractor once decades ago and they have changed a lot over the years, more like physio now.very professional, also very nice, does a good assessment and then provides exercises to help fix the problem.no need for a lot of ongoing appointments

Went to Dr. John for chiro after a car accident. They direct bill ICBC and have a great online booking system. Dr. John is great! Always friendly and kind. I've liked his alternating soft tissue treatments with physical activity to strengthen and decrease inflammation! 10/10 would recommend!
