I went to this restaurant and was very unhappy with the service. My friends and I had a large group and I understand this is stressful sometimes but I feel we were very accommodating and respectful considering the size. The waitress seemed very frustrated with us the whole night. I ordered a drink and dessert. After all the food came out the server says the food I ordered is unavailable. They did not check on us and ask how it was, were unhappy when we’re asked for water or needed to move some seats. Overall the food (as per my friends) was great and drinks amazing but the service was less than acceptable.

We made a reservation and tried going for lunch here a few months ago but there was loud construction going on so we left. They gave us the manager's name and said they'd take care of us next time.
We visited again this week and mentioned the previous reservation and managers name. They gave us a very generous discount on our meals and free dessert.
The service was excellent. The restaurant was really quiet with few customers. We were a larger party (8) but got a seat with no issue, wait or reservation.
The restaurant has a clean, modern aesthetic and it was quiet and good for having conversations.
The food was good and the menu and quality was similar to places like Cactus Club, Earls, or Brown's, but it seemed quite a bit more expensive than those options.

Our server was Brie she was amazing. Thank you. Food and drinks were so spectacular but her service was even better.

OMG OMG OMG! Most incredible meal I've had in quite some time! Our server 'Yoddit' was the sweetest and most thoughtful ever! Our meals were heavenly! I had the AAA Ribeye and it was the most delicious thing I've tasted in a long time! So glad we got the opportunity to thank the chef and manager for such a fantastic meal! Definitely need to go back before leaving Vancouver! Don't miss your chance to dine here!

Had a fantastic experience here! My server Rachel was so awesome and recommended me the Chicken Rigatoni which I absolutely loved. 10/10 experience - will be coming back for sure!

Ordered a poutine, It's one of the easiest dishes to make, however fries were stone cold first time around, I sent the dish back and fries came back cold again, however the middle of the dish was warm and cheese was melted inside, probably microwaved, although I was reassured that it was made fresh.
Our server was lovely and the rest of the party enjoyed their food.

Ordered the French onion soup. Halfway through, bit a sharp piece of plastic in the soup. Not going back there again.

I used to go there every once and then. The servers are lovely. I did feel a bit sick after dinner there couple of years ago, but didn't think much of it. I now just watched the market place undercover investigating report that cbc did on the place, and I'm shocked! I don't think my stomach can handle me going here ever again.

I came in today and ordered the Lemon Basil Salmon. It was sooo amazing! And I can't forget to mention the incredible service from Steve. He was very attentive and great at his job. I will definitely be back!
I highly reccomend that anyone who goes in asks for Steve! You won't be disappointed.

The food is good, but kind of pricey. The vegetarian bowl was an instant favorite. Would loved to see more vegetarian options.

Came in on game day for some drinks and appys. Our server Kim was super attentive and had tons of great recommendations. Thanks Kim for such a great experience! Will definitely be coming back.

Great experience from beginning to end! The chipotle mango chicken is absolutely to die for! Our server, Bronte, was very friendly and had great suggestions! So happy she talked us into a sticky toffee pudding at the end of the meal.yum!

I called to make reservations for my birthday dinner in January (group of 16). Spoke to Kim who was very friendly. My party was a little early however they were ready to go. My expectations were exceeded. They had a lovely private room set up for my party. Service was amazing and manager Kim was very attentive to my party's needs! Will be back soon for sure

Amazing food, great drinks but what really pushes that 5 star rating is the service! Every time I go back I ask to sit in Kim’s section. She is super attentive, so friendly and smiley and super quick.

My friends and I shared a meal here for our annual girls trip get together and we had a great night. Our server Brontë was friendly and able to answer our menu questions with ease. I would definitely recommend, as we had a memorable experience

Moxies is my go-to place for game nights. The food is great, drinks are great, and the staff is always super friendly. I came in for my birthday and Kim made us some really unique and delicious drinks - really appreciate her going above and beyond to make the experience great

Fish tacos almost tasted like chicken, everything was dry from sitting under a heat lamp or something, and the burgers were overcooked. Not good food.

Katrina was a fantastic server. She had a bubbly personality and I observed her treating all patrons with utmost respect and professionalism. This is rare in the service industry, especially when some patrons can be difficult. She made us feel very welcome. Definitely coming back.

Grabbed a couple drinks before the game, Kim, our server was absolutely delightful. Very fast service with a smile even when we were tight for time before the game. Great drinks, food and service - will be back!

I went to this Moxies with my girlfriend, we wanted a bit to eat before we went to the cinema. We stopped in, and our server was friendly, smiley, and attentive. Katrina took great care of us, she made sure everything about our experience was amazing! I’d like to say thank you from both myself and my girlfriend, as you don’t get this kind of service many places these days. Definitely ask for Katrina if you are going to Moxies west Georgia!

Ordered the half rack of ribs, as well as 3 other people at my table. It came much later than the other 7 people, whose food all came at the same time. My ribs were average (not very tender and tasted like store bought sauce), fries were okay, vegetables (broccolini and beet) were okay, ketchup was french's I think, and the garlic chive dip had a lot of garlic in it, too much really. Server failed to recognize I hadn't received my food and didn't ask, two people didnt get their gravy, and the guy who ordered ramen didnt get a spoon, which really should have been basic considerations. Next time I'll make sure my group reserves at a better place earlier, they have quite a lot of seating so it's the only place we could get walking from an event at BC place. Bathrooms are nice but the paper towel is just in a stack in a basket which is kinda lame in my opinion. Also the coasters are really cheap.

This place is run down and the food was tasteless and cold. Server offered to warm it up. No thanks! I wanted to eat great food and not have to have reheated food. Very disappointing. Vancouver has many restaurants, avoid this one.

Server was really nice however we waited half an hour for our drinks. When we mentioned this to the server she explained the bar was backed up. I understand busy nights however 30 min is unacceptable. Once receiving our drinks we realized my spouses beer was missing, in which case she explained the keg ran out. In my opinion very unprofessional to mention the keg has ran out after waiting so long for a beer and then another 10 minute wait for something different. If wait times were that long management should have stepped up and in this case teamwork was definitely lacking. Not sure if we will return.

Wow! I went to this Moxie’s location about a month ago when I was in Vancouver for work, and I must say the experience and service was stupendous! Best Moxie’s by far I have been too, and I have been to a lot of Moxie’s! I have to give the most credit to Katrina she was super helpful, kind, and funny. Katrina has such a refreshing take, she always presented herself with a smile on her face and a skip in her step! Please ask for Katrina to your next visit at Moxie’s west Georgia for the best restaurant experience possible to EVER be had!

We watched the Oscars here, and we felt like celebrities! We were a group or 8 and we had an a lovely server plus and amazing manager named Assem looking after us. Great food, Drinks and service!

I was at this Moxie’s location with my sister and my niece. We had a great experience with excellent service and delicious food! A special shout out to our server Katrina who was super friendly and efficient and just the right amount of attentive. If you go to this Moxie’s, ask to sit in Katrina’s section! You won’t be disappointed.

Great service, our waiter was very professional, friendly & got all our orders correct & within the time frame to go to the QE theater. Food was excellent, kudos to the chef too.

Came here today with an actual reservation and they weren't even opened. If you're going to close for family day, that's awesome, do that! But turn off your opentable so people don't walk several blocks to a restaurant that won't even be open.

Cassandra was so amazing! She was very accommodating and even gave us directions! The food was so yummy but we would come back to have Cassandra serve us anytime!

Moxie’s restaurant which is attached to the Sandman hotel is very good. During our one night stay at the Sandman hotel we had dinner and breakfast, the food was very good with a great selection on the menu, service was great and as it has been recently renovated the restaurant has a nice ambiance.
