Food is surprisingly good for a bar. Service great, people are very friendly. Service is top notch, and the bathrooms are so clean. Wow! That's rare in this day and age

Came to moxies last Friday morning after a night out. I was super hungover and the server at this moxies was a 10/10 gem. She set us up in the comfiest spot they had, brought me pickle juice and let us just chill out while we waited for the ferry. Give this lady a raise I forget her name but I love you

Good appy's- shrimp tacos, pot stickers and fries. Excellent service and good place to meet up with friends and visit.

Makayla was my bartender and was extremely efficient and did an amazing job. She had great conversation and delivered drinks quickly. I would highly recommend moxies and makayla as a server/bartender/ supervisor.:) GM Kels is so attentive. She came around just to make sure all of her team was good and okay during the busy time. I appreciate that as. Hosipitality professional.

Location is always clean and orderly, staff is always super nice as well. Bik is the best, always friendly and gives us great suggestions too.

Makayla was my bartender and she did an amazing job, she helped me so much with everything i needed and was very attentive! I definitely recommend this place in everyway the food was fantastic! General manager kelsey was also fantastic and made sure everything was going smoothly! But makayla was really the star of the show behind the bar

Really enjoyed this place. Lovely servers, fun menu, good food, nice drinks. Food is burgers, ribs, salads, etc. All done pretty well. We sat outside and had a great time watching Davie in the evening.

Mac and Ruth and Makayla are all big slay and gave me great service all night! I love them all and they are truly the best!

I just ate at Moxie Restaurant in Vancouver on Davie Street. Besides the food being beyond delicious, my server, Adele was amazing. She was kind, helpful, and funny. She made a great impression by complimenting me when she saw my shirt. She made my day. She wins my vote on best waitress. Even if you don’t like the food, after being served by Adele you’ll leave the restaurant happy you went.

The mango chipotle chicken was amazing and Macy our waitress was nice and really friendly.

Just finished our dinner and was recommended the Rigatoni instead of my usual fettuccine by our server Akash. It was so delicious and our server was so amazing. He was so friendly and I now have a new favourite pasta dish. Thank you Akash for the amazing dinner experience. You are awesome!

I'm not sure how I haven't been here before but it's probably my favorite place to grab a bite on Davie. Their menu has some delicious items namely the Ribs and the Steak. Absolutely fall of the bone ribs with delicious sauce all over it. You have to go here if you're on Davie, I've yet to try the other items on their menu but if they're able to get ribs tasting great then I'm sure everything else is also great. Their drinks are also reasonably priced and the place is designed well. Can't wait to go back.

They are rude to delivery drivers and won’t let use washroom. They are doing delivery for you customers.

Moxies is the best place for casual drinks on Davie. Rina always provides us with great service!

Anytime I have an opportunity to eat out downtown, I make sure to head to Moxies on Davies, Vancouver. Paul Hans is a wonderful chef, knocks out impressive meals and is a Moxie Icon.

Does not allow Delivery driver to use the washroom while waiting for the food to be prepared. Unacceptable behavior. Inhumane.

Very nice bar, clean, updated, super friendly service, delicious drinks and decent food (calamari were a tad dry, but rest of food good). Open later on weekends. Plenty of booth seating, clean washrooms. All in all, very nice experience. Convenient location right on Davie St. Paid street parking on Davie, some free parking on nearby streets. They have happy hour from 2-5 pm and another one 9-11 pm.

Ordered takeout. $30 for this pasta dish. The photo speaks for itself. I would not recommend takeout from this location.

Ordered a New York steak with a side skewer of prawns.
I ordered that steak rare-medium, it came grey all the way through and tasted boiled. Fat never even rendered. Just a mess.
Prawns were tasty but not cleaned right, some still having the intestines in.

I told the waitress, so she did say she would tell the kitchen but otherwise didn't care about the sub par result of the product. No offer to comp anything etc. Oh well. The real rub was how much i paid for the privileges, the steak and prawn is the exact same price as other places that do it justice. Maybe the chef was having a horrible day, I have no idea, I don't want to risk trying that order again

Nadege reccommended i get the tofu lettuce wraps! For an appetizer they're super yummy and filling. Nice kick with some spice and crispy wonton nice ambiance and friendly staff.

Came here for happy hour and was served by Nadage. She was very informative and welcoming! Also suggested I order the vegan tofu lettuce wrap and it was so delicious!

On my recent visit to Moxies my waitress was Nadege. Her serving was very warm and welcoming. Nadege has such a positive energy about her that is very contagious. We had the famous salt and pepper chicken wings as an appetizer, which I highly recommend!

Good food and close to most downtown hotels for skip the dishes. Love their peppercorn steak and mashed potatoes.

Coming to this place with my family first time in Vancouver, we were discouraged by the bad reviews but decided to give it a try. The food and dessert was the best! Will definitely visit again. Our server Nadege made us feel at home, gave us lots of options to choose from. Will definitely be coming bad before we leave.

I usually don’t write reviews but I felt I had to with the experience I had last night.it was amazing! The food was great, the service was great, I couldn’t have been more pleased. Our server Nadege was such a sweetheart that I’d return again just to be in her welcoming company! Would highly recommend.

Great service. The burgers are great. Sometimes I get an upset stomach eating burgers. But not here.

It looks really nice in here, but the lighting is brighter then I expected it to be. Friendly service and yummy wings! They have a wing special on Mondays, $4.90 for each order and they have lots of flavours.

We had such a great time! Management here is amazing and really made our birthday celebrations amazing, and accommodated our large party marvellously. Jordan and Assem are TREASURES! We really felt like they went above and beyond for us

Currently sitting at Moxies on Davie an hour and a half after ordering, still without any food at our table. Our food has yet to arrive and each time we try to prompt the waitresses we are met with attitude and excuses. We are a large party so it is clear that the wait staff are not concerned about gratuity. Very disappointing experience.

Really nice vibe inside and one of the best rigatoni (with mushrooms and madeira sauce) dishes I've ever had! Great diversity on the menu and everything went by looked delicious. Staff is super friendly!

Nice place but their music is so loud you have to yell across the table to have a conversation. When I go to a restaurant it’s to eat and chat with friends; this place feels like a nightclub.

Was here for breakfast today and felt like a vip. The service from Aoife was amazing, she introduced her self and was by far the friendliest server I have ever had. The food was superb, but the service was exemplary.
Even the manager heather stopped by to say hi. 10/10 will be back again. If I had it my way I would be here at least once a week.

Had breakfast in the morning, it’s right beside the Sandman Hotel.

While entering the restaurant, there was no waiters in sight. We just sat down and another 5 minutes two finally came.
The breakfast menu had plenty to chose from, all tasting fine. However the time it took was too long. It was fairly quite in the morning as well.

The service was friendly and the food tasted good. Maybe it was just that morning.

This Moxie's is a credit to the chain. The servers were on point and the food was astonishingly good. White chocolate Brownie was a perfect finish. Our waiter was good, very friendly. Other than that, classic Moxie's.

Came in with two friends for drinks the Friday of Pride weekend. The resturaunt was obviously insanely busy but our server Natalia made our experience absolutely amazing! She was super personable and attentive and even though we had been warned that our drinks might take longer than usual due to the bussieness of the night we actually didnt end up waiting to long and never felt neglected or forgotten about despite Natalia's busy section. Myself and one of the friends I was with both work as servers and know how hard it is to give exceptional service when everything in the resturaunt is running later than usual due to volume of tables. We all thought Natalia deserved a shout out for being so great!

Will not be back.

I had really enjoyed here until tonight. No fault of our server, she was great. We complained of a mouse, which we saw 3 times run beneath tables. Our server was just finishing her shift, but mentioned this to management and thanked us for letting them know.

I would also like to note that we did not make a scene after spotting the mouse, and let them know quietly so to not alarm any other guests.

What was management's response? Place a "reserved" sign on the table we had just seen the mouse under (because mice don't move?). We waited another 20 minutes to pay for the bill and leave, meanwhile other staff "subtlety" looked under the table where the mouse was last seen. We were not approached by any other staff onceafter spotting the mouse, despite having spent a large portion of our night here.

Very disappointed, and will not be recommending to others in the future.

Went with my boyfriend for a late dinner, had to wait 45 mins to get our drinks; it wasn’t until the supervisor came out to check on us that we got food not too long after. The whole time our waitress was socializing with her friends and hadn’t even checked on us once since we ordered food. The only saving grace was that the food wasn’t too bad, not the best. In my honest opinion, not worth it. Don’t bother coming here.

Went there for supper on March 27/19 and ordered a beef dip. Was tasty but very sloppy. Service was kind of slow. Wasn't busy. Wouldn't go out of my way to go there.

After work out we seen the Moxie Ad at the Sandman Hotel Davie st happy hour and half price pizza after 9 pm, we decided to stop by and give it a try. Food and drink was good! No complaint. When we got our bill, foods and drinks charge at full price, our server was Nichole, I asked her nicely why all the foods charge at full price when the AD said after 9pm Pizza and happy hour @ half price, first she confirmed no discount all at full price, server try to cheat customer! After 2 mins then she went back and fix the bill to the discounted price. This is a message to MOXIE Manager @ Davie, Train your staff right, don't cheat customer!
Good foods, VERY BAD service. I personally will not return and Will Not recommend Moxie@Davie to anyone i know, i can tolerate tasteless foods but not dishonesty.i been a foodie for the past 15 yrs, never i wrote a review for a restaurant until today! Hoping this wont happen to other customer.i was about to leave her 50 Cent tips, so that she realize how bad her service was, but instead i still left her 18%. Anyway, summary: Good foods, SHITTY service! I should mention the host was super nice and friendly.

Was here on Saturday night for a date night with my boyfriend. Unfortunately the experience was not great at all. We must mention our waiter Corey was very polite and professional but the rest fell short. When we first entered we were not greeted at all for almost 5 minutes to the point where we wondering if maybe it was a private party or event going on. When we did order drinks, the wait was quite unreasonable.like 15 minutes for 2 drinks. Also upon recieving his drink an old fashion my boyfriend was told the bar ran out of their signature ice so they had to resort to crushed ice instead. The food modifications I requested were denied by the kitchen whom apparently had no carrots or peppers on hand. The manager did come over once or twice but overall the experience for a three course dinner fell very short of expectations. I cannot reccomend at this point.
