The food and service was awesome! We loved having Sarah take care of us don't miss the dessert!

Food was super tasty, our server Shan provided amazing service and was super friendly. She is great at her job. And the atmosphere was open and welcoming Would definitely recommend and will be back for sure!

My sister and I just spent an enjoyable evening at Moxie's. Our server Sarah was awesome. She paid attention to all the details to make sure our food was just right and all her recommendations were spot on. We will be back.

Top tier food and the atmosphere is perfect. Cass and Sarah took care of us and were both on the ball.

With the missus, Just had a great dinner, cocktail and dessert here at Moxies.
Shan was our server extrodinaire. I thought we had bubbles in our drink, but she sure out did those with her enthusiasm. Continually checked in on us and how our food was. No need really as it was all fantastic.
Mellon Sangria was light and refreshing with fresh and frozen fruit.
Pot stickers, guacamole smash to start with mango chicken (extra mango sauce) and salmon for main and KEYLIME pie to finish!
Feeling so full, and it was all terrific.

Went for lunch and it was not bust at all but the service was very poor. We received water very fast and our first drink orders and then that was it, never again could we get refills or the waitress to come by. The dry ribs were under cooked and the meat tasted sour. The manager came by and apologized and was very nice. The mains were good but very overpriced. For a place that was not busy and very expensive you would think the staff would try to make your experience very pleasant but this was not the case. Too bad as this could be a nice place.

Inconsitent Drinks.

My gf and I just went here tonight for our 1 year anniversary and everything about it was great! The food was so delicious! The atmosphere was awesome and our server was super polite and awesome with us she was really great!

The only reason I didn't give a 5 stars rating was because our drinks.the first drinks that my gf and I got were both really good and we got the exact same drink and they both tasted the exact same.
We both got a something else for our second drink but again ordered the same thing and yet.both of the drinks the second time around tasted different from each other despite us ordering the exact same drink, so I didn't drink mine because it didn't taste good like hers.

Our server came along and I informed her and simply asked for the very first drink I had again since I liked that a lot and yet when I recieved that same drink I had the first time, it tasted a lot different and did not taste good or the same as the first time around. So the drinks were a little inconsistent.

Aside from that literally everything else was great and both my gf and I had an amazing first experience here for such a special occasion! We will be back next time we are here in Kelowna!

My recent dining experience at Moxie's in Kelowna, B. C, was made truly exceptional by the outstanding service provided by Maddy P. From the moment we arrived, Maddy's warm welcome and genuine enthusiasm created a welcoming atmosphere. Her knowledge of the menu, attention to detail, and prompt service were commendable. Maddy's engaging personality and personal touch made our evening unforgettable. I highly recommend Moxie's, and if possible, ask for Maddy P as your server for a memorable dining experience.

Came here to celebrate my Mom's birthday and had an amazing experience. First time here after renovations and the place looks amazing! Sarah C was our server and was eager to learn how to say happy birthday in sign language. She taught other staff members to say happy birthday in sign language and made my Mom's evening! Will definitely come back again.

Food was delicious (specifically the rigatoni) and Trevor is a 10/10 server! I’ll be back again:)

The atmosphere is lovely.
The food is just okay. We had one vegetarian appetizer, it was just okay, nothing special.
The service started out great. But by the end of our dining experience, dwindled to sub-par. We watched our food sit under the heat lamp for 8 to 10 minutes. That was very disappointing.

Great experience. The redesign was great, the food was awesome and our waitress, Olivia was very knowledgeable, friendly, fast and completed the experience. Would highly recommend.

Sarah was absolutely phenomenal! The menu was so good it was hard to choose, the food was amazing, the cocorita was amazing. Overall, amazing. We can't wait to go back!

We went to Moxies to celebrate our daughters 13th birthday today. The new space looks fantastic after the reno. Sarah waited our table with a big smile on her face. She was very kind, helpful and patient with all of our complicated orders. We would definitely go back! Specially when Sarah is working.

It's little pricey
We could not order bread without purchasing an $18 appy
But what we ordered was tasty.

Food was fine no real complaints with that, but the food took 45 minutes in a slow part of the night. Along with minimal check-ins or refills from server

A tad slow on the service and making sure our drinks are ok while we wait for our food orders. Got out food and they were cold and not very tasty. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Honestly we had not considered going to Moxies because its so far from our hotel, but it was totally worth the drive.

The basil lemon salmon, the steak, the kids dessert (which made my kid's week) and the entertainment booklet they gave my kid kept him busy that we were able to enjoy all the food.

Everything was awesome. Thank you S (our waitress) for being so nice.

1st time there in 4 yrs or so and was presently surprised with the food, menu is still pretty small definitely needs more main meals and selections. I had the cashew chicken lettuce wraps (which i recommend) and my friend had the pasta very good flavor but past wasnt cooked enough. The service we received from the time we hit the door to sitting to end was amazing well done! Will definitely be back when there is more a menu!

The assistant-manager Jaime is a rock star. Your efforts to make the 9 women bachelorette party a thing to remember will be part of their memories. THANK YOU SO MUCH! You deserve the biggest shout out! Highly recommend this management squad!

They did their best to make a hard situation work after covidcation. Being short staffed in the high months isn't going to be easy for any businesses. The food was good I just hope things pick up. Jamie did amazing given what's avaliable.

Me and my boyfriend came here and the food was good and drinks were alright, but the service was quite poor I might say. It took about 8 minutes for the server to finally come over to get our drink orders and took a long time to bring over water. I didn’t like the fact that the server tried to say they we’re slammed and they had 5-6 tables and there were TWO servers/bartenders, like you shouldn’t justify why it took so long because you could tell they weren’t trying to get to tables fast and get orders in. I literally witnessed a lady sitting by herself waiting for service and she ended up walking out leaving because no one got to her. The bartenders were behind the bar doing very little and very slow when it came to making drinks and doing very little and definitely did not put their guests first, and There was my table and only two other tables at the times. 3 tables between 2 server and it was slow. Like me being a server within the restaurant industry that service was very disappointing and was very unimpressed I am not sure if I will be coming back.

Went to meet a wife for lunch before we didn’t see each other for a month and to escape the heat. Only take away service available and the excuse was because it was too hot outside.
Would rather us eat out in the heat than in the air conditioned restaurant?

We've ordered takeout from this place multiple times and the customer service is horrible. My boyfriend was told to wait at the door for nearly 20 minutes and had to walk to the kitchen himself just to get his order. Occasions like this has happened multiple times whether we're ordering over the phone or online. Great food but zero promptness insured. Just be sure you have lots of time to wait around before making a visit because the food and drinks are pretty good.

Our service was decent once we got there but on initial contact the serve staff made it clear that they were not pleased about having us there. The restaurant closes at 11 and we arrived at 10. We were asked to order everything at once saying it was last call. When we asked to order dessert to go they said no even tho it was still well before closing. I left feeling like an un wanted guest. In my experience the restaurant is open until 11.but even tho we left easily before then we were made to feel like a bother. What has happened to the hospitality industry. We pay for an experience.it was not delivered

Sadly, the overall experience was just ok. The menu is relatively limited. Unfortunately, my meal (we had four meals at the table) was what I found to be very plain, and not very exciting (I had their burger, fries, and ceaser salad). Our waitress was friendly, and the patio outside is nice.

Picked up dinner, got home it was wrong, had to go back. They made it right, FOOD WAS GOOD, no clear instructions of what to do when you got there, poorly organized. Was a fan of Moxie's a few years ago but restaurant has gone downhill since then.

Dessert was great. The white chocolate brownie was amazing. Loved the customer service. Our server, Sophie, was very kind. The dessert was full filling and a great end to the day.

Arrived just after the lunch rush, was a very welcoming and cozy atmosphere. Was there with my bubble mates to celebrate a birthday, cannot say any of the 3 of us were disappointed. The service was spot on, the food was served hot and was so tasty. It was a relaxed place to be.

Covid DESTROYED this place. The menu has been reduced to 25% of the size. Everything 'good' has been removed. The only 'star' i give this place is for the aesthetically pleasing lounge area. Used to be 4 stars in my opinion. Covid has reduced this place to 1.

A group of about 20 of us had our Christmas lunch here. This is the third time we have had a get together in the banquet dining room at the back of the public area. It is an ideal venue for groups up to about 25. The room has a fire place and is an intimate setting. There are doors that can close off this room. Probably a good thing as one of our group brought his keyboard and we were singing Christmas carols. The staff is super excellent and since we order off the regular menu they keep the bills in order. Highly recommend.

Feb 24th 2021 7: 00 pm. Wanted to go to Moxies all day and have an amazing dinner with my family but ended up waiting in the lobby for over 15 mins with NO SERVICE. Walked out with another couple that have waited over 20 mins without even a drink on their table. Dont recommend wasting your time here. The Keg never fails with amazing service and meal!

I haven't visited this location for many years until recently and have been impressed both times.

Steaks on both visits were outstanding.

Service in the bar area could use improvement (no drink menu provided). Might go for a table next time.

Great food, and the service was perfect. Our server Lori was very polite and even suggested a place to take the family while on holiday here. I had the Thai red curry with chicken and it was awesome. If you're looking for a nice somewhere to have a meal, this place should do just fine.
