Mr. Lube Chilliwack

Got new tires put on the old rims, transmission flushed, oil change and a complete check-up. They suggested I get my spark plugs done and I did not do it at the time.during my 35 hour road trip vehicle ran great, had a spark plug hiccup that was cleared at the Merritt Mr.lube.very knowledgable, friendly staff and efficient with their work. They had decent prices, even gave me a free coffee and took some money off my bill. I'll definitely be going back next month for new spark plugs

My mom and I found out that the lugs on her car were rusted on when we went in for a tire pressure check/fill. We bought a new set at Lordco at their advice and provided us an accurate price and information. After that they managed with the hard work of Calvin and Dave to get the old lugs off (which needed a few tricks) and replace them with the new ones. The service was great and fast and Calvin was very knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely will be returning!

The manager and the team were very friendly, the oil gasket pan underneath my car, loose opened while I was traveling from abbotsford, pulled up to lube and they had it fixed for me and didn't charge me anything, plus gave me a free review of my tires condition.

We had to wait over an hour BUT it was a Sunday and they were a 3 man crew. Nowhere else in town was open for tires and I am SO THANKFUL! The service was great when we eventually got dealt with and I can't fault them at all. Two thumbs up

Yesterday I had a great experience at this location. My car had nothing but loving care. From the beginning of the service until the end it was a very pleasant experience. I enjoyed talking with John, he was friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone. Your company is very lucky to have employees like this team. I went there early in the morning and was greeted and welcomed by a great guy named Cori. As my car had been sitting for two years before I bought it, I didn’t know the levels or condition of any fluids in it. The staff suggested on checking all fluids levels and was prompt and thorough in explaining my options. I opted to have an oil change, transmission fluid flush and coolant flush and replacement. He explained everything as it was happening and quoted me the actual cost of everything. Very upfront and sincere service. I will be back!
My car will give me many kms of driving pleasure now!

This crew was the best experience I’ve ever had at an oil and lube for my SUV. My AC wasn’t working for some time. These guys found the problem and totally fixed it quick. I have taken my cars here for the last five years and always will! The owner Dave is wonderful and I have had my service done my Ryan many times he is honest, helpful and courteous. The staff explains the services very well for a novice car person like myself and the work is affordable. I will always take my car here I have had nothing but great service and experiences!

5/5. Went in for an oil change today at Mr Lube, I was greeted rather quickly by Cori, and brought into the bay. Cori was incredibly polite, and we joked throughout the time. I felt no pressure to purchase any other the services recommended for my truck, and even opted to knock out a differential flush (?). I've used Mr Lube for at least the last 7+ years and besides a few one off encounters with other staff back in the day, I'll continue to use them in the future.

Calvin and the boys are absolutely fantastic. I have been bringing my vehicle in for service and maintenance since 2018 and I can definately say that the boys go above and beyond.

Told me one price on the phone, price change when I got there. If they can't figure out the price then that tells me they can't figure out the job! I went somewhere else.

Ryan and his team were friendly, polite and professional! I went in for an oil change and some maintenance, and everybody was so efficient and pleasant to talk to. Very happy with the service here!

Called for a price of a oil change on my benz slk 350. Hey quoted me over 200.00 it was less money at the benz dealer in Langley. I asked why so much? He said the oil was really expensive. Called the Great Canadian oil in chillwack his price was only 130.00. Plus a 15.00 off coupon. Shop around pays off. This Mr lube is very expensive

Dave and the guys went above and beyond. They could've done the SYNTHETIC OIL change I asked for but they caught the error on my windshield sticker and did lots of stuff and it was N/C. They just got a new customer for life.

The staff were incredibly professional and friendly and did a great job of explaining everything they were doing and why without being condescending. I would happily get them to service my car again.

Horrible encounter with a unprofessional staff member and manager today during my visit, after years of visiting this location. Someone needs to speak with these guys in regards to how you treat a long time customer and specifically what their their job is. Too bad. Now another company has my business moving forward. DON’T support these guys if respect matter to you.

This is the place i trust to do my oil changes quickly and efficiently. If there is ever a wait. Totally worth the time spent. Most of the time thats not an issue thou. Not only that they knowledgeable and willing to point out things that i need to be awair of. Things that help me take better care of the car and things i should be letting my mechanic look at. Great service. These guys are very helpful, been there before, just went back a few days ago with a flat tire. The owner was out there letting clients know which bay is gonna be clear soon, even asking if you want a coffee, I didn't but other people did. The employee who took my wheel off took the time to check the threads on all the other tires, was replying to a bunch of questions I had. So overall they care about you, even when it's something small like a tire patch so they're aware it's not something to make much profit off of. Definitely going back again.

I go to Mr. Lube every few months. I have never had such great service as i did yesterday! This was my first time going to Mr. Lube in Chilliwack and I was sooooo pleased with the service. All the guys working there are very friendly! Calvin S changed my oil. My car also needed something else done.and usually when i go to Mr. Lube the employees can be super pushy for me to get a bunch of random things done that i don't really need.but Calvin was super respectful and checked every thing in my car and told me i needed to check one thing and explained it very well of why i needed it done and was just super honest. Although this location is quite far for me. I will definitely be going here from now on, It's worth the long drive. I am very grateful of the great and professional service i got from Calvin S! I recommend everyone to go to this location! It was done super fast as well so if you ever want to go to a Mr. Lube that have honest great employees make sure you check this location out! The guys replaced my leaky tire steam when i couldn't get the tire off the rim. Did it quick and gave me a few pointers when it came to my tire pressure monitor system. Great service and where i will get my next oil change despite being able to change that myself.

Staff were knowledgeable, polite professional. Encouraging. They were willing and able to answer questions. Reasonable prices. I had 2 tires that needed new rubber and the whole process went by very quickly 10 out of 10 would recommend and I will use them again in the future.

I love how you don't need an appointment. Staff are super friendly and make sure you are comfortable, inform you with what they are doing. They give you great quotes and recommendations, don't try and force you to do more than you ask for. Definitely recommend this place.

Needed an oil change, normally go to the dealership I bought my car from, didn't have time to book with them and I'm glad. The service here was beyond amazing, they explained everything, they checked over the car and mentioned things that needed doing or could, and why, but never pressured to get more than the oil change I was there for. I did end up getting a couple other services as I was headed for a roadtrip the next day and was overdue. I WILL return, thank you for the wonderful service

Dave and his crew always go above and beyond. They may have recomendations, but no pressure to upsell.

Told me my tires were needing replacement after I had just bought them. Changed their tune after I mentioned it. Seemed a bit sketchy.

Pro:
-Great service, very helpful. Very friendly and not pushy.
-Oil for my car would have cost me about the same as the change and way less hassle.
Cons:
-Filters are overpriced, $119 for a $30 fuel filter that is located under the hood, not in the tank. Air filter with $10 off still about $10 more than buying myself.

I swore I would not be back to a Mr Lube after a bad experience at a different location, but I followed the recommendation of a coworker, and used this location. Service was great, polite and helpful staff, not pushy at all. Jared was very helpful with my service. Guaranteed I will be back to this location on my next service. Way to go!

Best Mr Lube hands down due to two separate visit I made with different mechanics. Jared on my first visit and Calvin on my last visit went way above the call of duty servicing my Escape. He offered a more than fair quote to install my new spark plugs during the oil change. Also honoured a $15 off coupon that was for a different territory. Everything went smooth and I can truly recommend this location. Dave the owner runs a tight ship with mechanics who know their stuff. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Went in for an oil change today and was not happy with the customer service from the men in the shop. As a woman, I felt like I was being rudely judged for not being knowledgeable about mechanics. The man doing the oil change said, "I guess being ignorant is a blessing" when I refused to buy a new air filter. The issue was not ignorance but the cost of buying a new one. I hope Mr. Lube teaches employees to respect women and not only male customers.

As a woman who's hard of hearing and wears hearing aids. But lucky for me the attendant reads lips. Not sure how that's supposed to help me hear. This was not a good experience. I was told I needed to upgrade my oil because apparently my truck burns it. Which it does NOT. No thanks I'll just stick with the same as always. I hate feeling HIGH pressure if I say NO that's exactly what I mean NO.

All staff did their jobs and did their jobs well and kept me fully informed of what had to be done and what did not have to be done and I really appreciate that thank you very much have a good day

The girl who worked on my car did an excellent job, great customer service.
The other female member of staff working on her own vehicle in the next bay (black truck i believe her name was Brooke,
had a really bad attitude to the person working on my vehicle. Did not want to help her when i asked for a fuel system service, seemed very rude when the girl working on my vehicle had questions.
Leave your poor attitude at home and fix your vehicle in you own time. We can still hear you when you are talking down to other staff members!

One of the worst I've had to deal with.
Told me they could repair my tire then half way thru said they couldn't but still tried to charge me for a repair.

Then one of the guys tries to put on my spare with my hub ring still on wondering why he cant get it on.

Slow as turtles took an hour to swap over a spare! Also cost me 25$ after I argued it down from 45$ Only reason I ended up at them is I didn't have my jack, I could have done it on the road in 10 mins by hand.

Also had to ask for my lug nut key back
