One of the employees. WOW! Super funny! Super handsome, & amazing customer service. He has great tattoos and he should get a raise!

Somewhere in these reviews is one from me applauding Mr Lube’s service when they replaced a valve core (for my tire) for free. Now I am able to applaud their tire balancing service. I called them, Allan (the tire specialist) told me to come in at around 10: 20 that day, and he fixed my tires perfectly.

And here’s the coup de grace. He reminded me to come back after driving 100 km to make sure the wheel nuts are still torqued correctly, for safety’s sake. No other mechanic or car dealer has ever told me this, so Mr Lube goes the extra distance to give great service.

Took my daughters car in for an oil change (monitor stated 20% left) and as I was pulling in I notice a competitors sticker with many more miles before needing a change (6,000 more) obviously they didn’t reset the oil change inductor. The staff checked the oil, checked all the tires, reset the oil life… all at no charge and with a smile! Thanks to the staff at Mr Lube on Ryan Road!

An employee named Davonte assisted me, very impressed with his customer service and thoroughness.

Longtime customer and these folks have gone above and beyond for me multiple times and have saved me lots of money with my P. O. S.vehicle. Very appreciative and will continue coming back.

These guys were great! Set me up in the shade with a comfy chair and cold water. They installed my free wiper blades and looked over my jeep really well. Friendly, genuine and good sense of humor too. I highly recommend them!

Whenever I come in for an oil change I get a free set of windshield wipers! I’ve actually developed good relations with some mechanics from this location. Getting tips on the build of my vehicle, and even getting assistance when my vehicle made noises! The team here is quick, smart and effective! They know a thing or two about vehicles! I always come here for my oil change!

The staff are very kind and helpful. They found the crack in the oil pan and fix it temporarily without any charge.

Davonte was the technician that took care of my car’s needs. He was extremely professional, honest and helpful with the services that did and didn’t need to be performed on my car. I also found him to be very helpful with his training of a newer staff member. Davonte showed and explained everything to me along the way. I give Davonte and his crew a double thumbs up! Never had the synthetic oil I requested instead of giving me a better grade for same price tried to give me cheaper oil

I honestly can’t say enough about these guys. I am new to the area, and having some vehicle issues.
I called ahead, asked about the services. They were super friendly and courteous when explaining things. I headed down there, and they were just as great in person. Friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. No hidden costs or up-sells.
After a really, REALLY rough cpl of months, they completely surprised me, and absolutelyyyyyy made my whole month better. I am going to be going there and seeing these guys from now on and will reccomend them at every opportunity! Steve and Tristan were WONDERFUL!

These guys are great! Stephen is very humorous as he supervises the young folks who are all very polite and enthusiastic. They do a great job. What is really special is that they will also tell you what you don't need: "Your synthetic oil is fine for another 5000 kilometers. " How refreshing!

Very slow. Didn't know the kms between oil changes. Had to keep checking with the boss. $140 just oil change. Too many $

They gave great service and were very friendly. They didn’t try to push any extra service on me and just informed me of what I could do on my own

I went for an oil change on Oct 15th but when they checked, my oil was clean and I was told it would be good for at least another 1000 km but if I wanted to I could get it changed. If not, then all I needed was a top up. I was amazed that there was no pressure to go for an oil change and that there wasn't even a charge for the top up I decided on. I wish I'd taken the name of the gentleman who worked on my car to publicly say thank you and that I hope he wasn't given any grief by the company for being honest in his remarks about the oil. Because of my experience my family and friends have said they would definitely go to this location.

Reed, Tayo, Kyle, Jesse were the staff that worked on my truck, they are super friendly and professional! Highly recommended
