Mr. Lube + Tires

As soon as i pulled into the parking lot, i was greeted by a friendly employee. I didn’t even need to get out of my vehicle.
They had replaced my battery, flushed & changed my oil within minutes!
I had unrelated vehicle issues, Kyle was kind enough to take a look at the cause & give me a solution & recommendation.
No sneaky charges, fast and efficient, affordable & friendly services!

Poor and expensive service, they charged me 200 CAD for the installation of winter tires in other nearby places they charge between 150-160, I left the tires and rims 1 day before so that they could progress with the work but they didn't even touch them, it took me two days to change the tires, I came back for some adjustments and when I went to drive the vehicle one of the tires was not even properly adjusted it was super loose, they did not measure the bolts pressure nor the tires air pressure, the co-owner was there and took no action for my benefit as a client, a terrible accident could have happened. I don't recommend it at all!

Stopped in to drop off my dirty oil as I have done several times before. Usually not an issue, but today they were busy and I was told to bring my container into the shop area. No problem. I went in and was told to pour the oil into the tray behind a vehicle being serviced and then to take the container over to the other side of the shop and put it with the other empties. So, I stood bending over the “pit” and poured the oil out, then walked across to the other side, and along side the other open pit, and just then a worker was directing a customer into the shop, over the pit. Needless to say, it was kind of dangerous in my opinion as the walkway was narrow, and the vehicle was pulling into the bay. I managed to slip out without incident but don’t think a 72 year old senior should be expected to do this. On other occasions I simply gave the container to the employee and they looked after it for me. I thought today’s event was not only an unsafe practise but sure would open the door for liability if something happened. Or maybe he was not happy that I changed my own oil. It goes without saying that I won’t be using this location in West Kelowna in the future.

The staff went above and beyond to get my boat trailer tire changed. It was one of the few places open on a long weekend and my rig was too big for the lot so Kyle brought his tools to the street and changed my tire in minutes. Thanks guys

Had an oil change and transmission fluid change. The staff were courteous and I was quickly on my way.

I would give no stars if I could! My husband went in to change the oil. He was instructed to replace the filter, which he did along with the oil change at a cost of $185. When he requested that the break bads be inspected, they informed him that he would be charged $400 for the rear breaks alone. He concurred provided that the task is completed today. They accepted. We were then informed by phone that the mechanic would not be arriving. My husband requested a refund, but they refused, stating that he must wait two weeks for a refund or enable them to perform the service on Monday for $300 and $100 in store credit. This is completely callous and unethical, as they are now pressuring us to continue with their services despite not providing the service when promised and refusing to refund our money on the day our service was not delivered.

This company appears to be a complete fraud, as not only do they attempt to overcharge us, but they also refused to offer us a refund, despite the fact that they did not perform the service as promised and as agreed upon when we paid. In addition to Dominic's unprofessionalism and abysmal customer service over the phone. He merely stated that if we did not wish to wait until Monday for the service to be done, we would have to wait two weeks for a refund, despite having paid for the service to be performed today. I am unsure how a business can conduct itself in this manner. Regarding this matter, we will seek out business bureau.

Stopped in here the other day for a quick oil change. Staff was great and friendly. Is apparently a slow location so it is very convenient place to get oil and filter change. Would highly recommend place for quality service and professional staff.

Huge thanks to Caleb at Mr. Lube for helping me with an odd request. I had a few random wheel bolts I needed swapped out on my vehicle and he was right there to help. He did it no problem, with no questions asked and was super fast. I am so very appreciative of his kindness and dedication to customers.

Went to this amazing business today with a tow truck and locked rims on my car and no key on me, the staff was accommodating and speedy and let me sit in with wifi and a coffee and use my computer while I waited. The service tech C
aleb was very helpful and all the staff had a smile on the whole time. Nice change from waiting for a tow truck for the last 4 hours on the rain! They also did I full inspection for no charge, love the vibes in here while I watched the interaction with other customers aswell. Recommend!

Updated review: I had my oil changed on my VW a few months back at this location. I noticed an oil leak on the car a little while later. I was told that it was due to a faulty part. Mr lube was happy to fix the situation promptly and even refunded the cost of the oil change due to the extra cost around that came with the oil leak.

They do care about the customer and their satisfaction.

Always quick, courteous and pleasant to deal with. Well priced and good service. The guys will provide an opinion or two if you ask for it or leave you to relax and know it's been done properly. Would recommend.

Dominic was awesome, quick and friendly service and even went out of his way to pick up an Oil filter they were out of from Lordco. Will definitely be returning!

I just would like to highlight the exemplary staff at this location. Businesses often get recommended on the services that they offer to be sure however in this instance it was the staff that went above and beyond ensuing that I will bring my business back to this location. To be specific Manager Brad, and associates Andrew and AJ. They went above and beyond for me when I was in dire straits. Based on the work ethic of these individuals I HIGHLY suggest this business.

Mounted, balanced installed my new tires a few weeks ago (purchased elsewhere) And sadly I woke to a flat tire. Took the tire in to have it fixed. Tire exam showed no problem with the tire. It was the valve seal apparently that had become corroded from my aluminum rims. Sanded and scraped, rubber valve flattened down beautifully, no repairs needed and no charge either. Whaaa? Also put the tire back onto my car at no cost. I regret that I didn’t buy my tires from them also, since they are now selling tires, are a small business franchise and not a big box store! I will next time. Ps, and I didn’t even have to get out of the car, they came out to me. Covid or no, hope these business modifications continue. I hate sitting in an industrial setting, where my allergies go on high volume!

Awesome fast and friendly service when I came in with my 3 year old for the drive thru service to change my tires. Would definitly recommend the drive thru service if you need your winter tires put on and dont want to wait for an appointment.

Absolutely the best place for vehicles servicing. I take all my vehicles there they always go above and beyond my expectations. The staff is incredible. Always leave feeling good about the experience.

$111 for a synthetic oil change? On an old Honda CRV?

I guess that's why I change my own oil on my vehicles for around $35. My wife takes this CRV religiously to Mr. Lube.

Good, fast service. But I'll keep getting my hands oily before paying that kind of coin.
