Mr. Lube + Tires

I went in today to change from Summer tire to winter tire for $150 plus tax. They then proceed to tell me they found a nail on my summer tire so I asked how much and it's $59 to patch it so I said never mind my bf will do the patch. And they came back again told me they also found a nail in my winter tire. So I was asking since you already take off my tire for the change do I have to pay full price no matter what it's $59.
The catch is they were the one that changed from my winter tire to summers tire last summer.if I knew it then I would rather ask someone else to patch it for cheaper price. It seems petty for me to get upset by this but as a single mom.it's hard for me. I just had a better service with Mr lube in Surrey.

Changed oil, filters, a turn signal light, something else. Paid over $400 for everything. They decided not to tell me the oil was leaking from under the plug, they put sealant on it. On the way out, they made some smoke under the hood, went back to them, washed something off with water under the hood. For that amount of money, I expect more responsibility to the work. Won't be coming back again.

There is an amazing team here. These boys are so perfect in their both customers service and the actual job itself. I was greeted by a young man named NAV he is so professional and damn good. I was there for just an oil change but NAV and his team checked my car inside out and told me whatever was wrong with my car (they were so honest saying that nothing else needed service which was true) only for the price of just one oil change. NAV also replaced the windshield wiper blades at no cost (no cost at all). I definitely recommend this team. NAV you are 5 star.

Very professional and thorough job on my oil change. Felt like they only pointed out things that needed work and not try to up sell me on things that didn't need to be done. Gave me confidence to go back in the future. This was my first time with this location and I'll go back.

After getting my oil change and service at Mr Lube Maple Ridge, I was able to drive home and park my van. The next time I went start the van It would not start. I live out of town and was faced with a huge towing bill and repair. Fortunately, I have a neighbor who is a mechanic and he was able to diagnose the problem. When the inspection was done for the air filter the operator pulled the hose off from the intake manifold. I paid the mechanic $50.00 for his help. (way cheaper than a tow and repair at my regular mechanic in town) All the manager from Mr. Lube would do was a %15 discount off my next oil change. A grand to of $14.27.
THAT WON'T CUT IT AND IT WILL BE LONG TIME BEFORE I USE Mr Lube AGAIN!

It's interesting.before pandemic I would really minimize use of general oil change places.but these guys have adapted and do flat tire fixes too and more.

Have used more often now, great service.

Update2: I drove through a deep puddle quickly and my inner plastic wheel well came loose. They fixed it even though they were closing the shop! Thank you!

Place is a scam and up charge you and take advantage of women go somewhere else for half the price this place is very dishonest typical Mr lube

Technician came out and informed me that the car behind me was there first. Not sure how that happened. Total discrimination, I won't be back, nor will my family.

Your street sign is worn out, specifically the word tires, and it gives me a giggle every day. The sign currently reads
“WE
DO
TITS”

They replaced my cabin filter and used compressed air to get blow out the fan. Now my fan hums like a 2 stroke motor. Not to mention they stole an item in my truck while they where working by my glove box.
Not impressed.

I came in in August for an oil changed in my 2012 Ram 1500. A couple months later my engine light came on. I checked the code.it said low oil pressure sensor, so I replaced the sensor. I then reset the engine light, a day later the light came back on. I checked with a mechanic at my work, he said they had put the wrong oil filter on my 2012 Ram 1500, it was meant for a 2013 and newer Ram 1500. These are smaller filters less oil flow, so I contacted Mr. Lube Maple Ridge. They said come in they will order the proper Frame OEM filter, this was Dec. 10/2022I went in the next day to have it installed and the Manger on shift Pavin said he would take care of it. He also said these filter work on all Ram 1500's (not true) This was after waiting 30 min.inline. So when I finally got in, I said can I see the filter to check the part number. They had ordered the wrong filter, so I waited with my girlfriend 45 minutes for the proper one to show up. When it showed up, I said to the manager " so am I getting a new oil change " he said "no, we will just top up the oil" I said "seriously after waiting over an hour and paying $80 for a new oil pressure sensor" He said "no, only if you want to pay" I said " no, how about new wiper blades' and he agreed. I thought for my inconvenience I would get a free oil change. Very unprofessional, I will never go to this Mr. Lube ever again.

Best experience ever, quick and reliable service. They have knowledgeable staff. I got my brake pads service done right on the spot without any appointment.

Unfortunately, I have been dealing with Mr. Lube for two years, but a month ago I discovered that I lost two winter tires when changing the car's tires from summer to winter tires, and I discovered that I lost them from the summer when I changed winter tires to summer ones. Unfortunately, I filed a complaint, but to no avail. Although I do anything related to the car at Mr. Loop

Thanks for making my car perfect, staff was excellent and skilled one! Work was done in quick time and i didnt waited for tooo long as i needed to do in other service stations. Staff worked as professionals and there was no hurry noticed in their work.

These guys went above and beyond, and on a Saturday to boot. Saved us a bunch of money and were the only shop willing to take us in on short notice. Great guys all around!

Went today there with a flat tire problem and they didn’t want to fix it even if they weren’t that busy

Expensive, not trust worthy! Previously Mr. Lube used to charge you for tires that need balance only. This location tested one tire which according to them was unbalanced told me that i will have to pay for balancing all tires. According to them it takes time checking each tire, which is non sense since they have to balance each tire, if needed, based on how many ounces each tire is off! The price also increased from $5/tier the last time I did it to $20/tire

Off the get go, staff are fake friendly to the point that it's insulting because they do a bad job at hiding it. Not sure if they know what they're doing because they workee like hacks on my simple tire swap.
