The food was barely warm and the bun was soggy on the ribeye sandwich I ordered. I felt let down by this location as I usually have a good experience at my home location

Great service and great food. Depending on the circumstances, we eat there or take out. Both are great.

The one place in a small town that people meet up for dinner. One thing is that it has no bar area like most steak houses. Service is good.

The environment was very laid back and the food was great. Even though they are dealing with a shortage of food/ingredients due to supply issues, they delivered exactly what we wanted. The staff had excellent and prompt communication, and were lovely to chat with. PS. The sangria is never a bad choice of beverage.

They gave us a warm welcome and served us the best food. Definitely a place to check out in Terrace. They have the best servers and unfortunately one of them forgot to bring the order for my friend, won't blame them for it because it was their rush time. High energetic people out there and we received best goodbye from each of them.

I don't know. I want to like it but it's way overpriced for what you get. Got the stir fry and it's like 85% noodles with like a small amount of vegetables and chicken for $22 before tax. Nice enough staff although they were very busy when we got there. Not my first pick if I were to decide where to eat. Enjoyed my meal despite the above so good flavor for sure.

Food was great as usual. Went with my usual, Mike Burger. Fries were good as always, burger was delicious, bun has shrunk by almost 50% since the last time I was here. Good service, pleasant atmosphere. Just the bun thing.

I'm usually not a fan of steak houses because the food is so boring and repetitive. The food at Mr. Mike's is pretty standard steak house food. But the servers here are usually very friendly and have good service skills.

I've been here many times when I come into town (I'm a resident of Stewart BC) but this most recent time was a huge let down. My allergies stop me from being able to eat dairy or products with eggs, so I got the shrimp tacos with panko bread crumbs. I requested no coleslaw and no aoli, asked for spicy chili sauce or something along those lines. So after I got almost everything else taken off not only was I charged extra for the different sauce but it literally came with the wrap, shrimp and salsa. I was highly underwhelmed, it was bland and boring, they didn't even add the cilantro on it. Probably won't be coming back as this was a huge let down and not worth the $20 I paid for it.

Made reservations and even though we were a bit early we got in right away. Food was great, as was the server. She was quick to rectify the minor issues we had with our order

Tonight was pretty upsetting we shopped q bit while waiting for our food and for guy at the front till had given our order to someone else and told me they didn't have an order history until a lady walked in with my food and he tried to give it to me after she had already handled my food and offer me a discount! I usually love the food there but the service tonight was very upsetting and I couldn't help but to walk out after he offered the meal to me cold and handled by a stranger

Chinatown stir fry was good, chicken with shrimp and scallops was pretty basic, but the sticky toffee pudding was great! Good service.

Awesome steaks as usual and the appetizers are there to die for! Will go back when I’m in town for sure.

Great service, and atmosphere, comfortable seating and a good menu. Appetizers and drinks are really good, but the mains are pretty average. Good for a night for drinks

Very good reason Mike burger but too nowadays. Also the shrimp was half the size it used to be a year ago

Got takeout, $19.99 for fish & chips and $19.99 for a burger, which is $2 more for each item than dine-in prices. Arrived within my 5 minute window for pick up and went straight home. Food was cold and soggy, and portions are small for the inflated price. I understand the pandemic is hard on the industry but this kind of service isn't going to make people people want to start eating out again. Should have bought McDonalds instead.

Phenomenal service right away. Phenomenal food. Everything was good. The waitress kept making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place.

Great service and food. The atmosphere was very warm in that the selection of employees matched with the theme of a metropolitan escape. It reminded me of Toronto, Vancouver or possibly New York. I felt entirely looked after and that feeling was enhanced by the manager, who actually took the time to enquire about how I received the experience.
A truly great and memorable experience.

Was really delicious! Had the filet mignon and was expecting sauteed mushrooms but got bacon bits instead. What an amazing surprise! It a great atmosphere and even though it seemed busy with an office party going on, the staff was very helpful and polite.

Floor is oddly slippery.even worse if your feet are wet. It wasn't just one persons footwear as it was effecting everyone in our group. It was weird.

Steaks are always great! It was a quiet Sunday which is rare. Service was good. The place is a little pricey but other than that it was a good experience, I'd go back for sure.

The food here is up to par with any other Mr. Mikes, but what really makes it worth your while to come here is the level of service you get.

Pleasant waitress, quick service, enjoyed my meal but rather expensive compared to my home town for something equivalent.

Love the steak and cascadia salad combo.service and venue great. I was away overseas and couldn't wait to get back to Terrace for Mr Mike's 6 oz. Sirloin steak! Thanks for not disappointing!

Their Mike Burger are delicious with fries. Waitresses are polite, kind, respectful. Clean and tidy inside the restaurant. I always liked going there

Oo the service was hospitable with an inviting warm welcoming. Our server took 'our' order and when it was an ideal time she asked if everything was okay. Without, our food and drink in our mouths. Now that's ideal! The bartender made our drinks to perfection I let him know I was grateful. Thank you, Mr. Mike's. I will return with more friends.

Good staff, reasonable prices. The mushroom bruschetta was beautiful. Even asked for the recipe:). Generally, the meal was one of the most enjoyable I've had for a while.

Messed up both of the orders, brought one of two orders out several minutes before the other. Staff friendly, service decent just messed up. Steak was passable.

A usual customer with the same order has there order memorized. Modern interior and lively. Something is always by appending and it's all good. The staff have a precise appearance with clean uniform and friendly smiles. The food selection is yummy from appetizers to dessert. A staff event would be a great success here. The lighting is soft and intimate.

Terrible service. We waited half an hour to not get served. Previously long waits have made it difficult to go there at lunch.
