Recently had a consultation with Craig regarding indoor air quality & testing (specifically with formaldehyde) with a unit within a house.

Craig is definitely an expert in this field and his practical recommendations and observations were greatly appreciated. I enjoyed talking with him and learned a lot of great tips and remedies to improve air quality and ventilation in the home.

It was reassuring getting feedback/testing results from Craig. It gave my wife and I the knowledge needed to improve not only the air and ventilation, but the overall quality of life, living in our new home.

Craig was from the beginning to the end of the process of great help and with his huge amount of knowledge and expertise he helped us greatly. It was obvious from the very first chat, that he is not the usual service provider but has not only passion for his work but also a extensive expertise on the subject that well surpasses his Vancouver competition. I can not recommend Craig highly enough, he was also very pleasant to work with.

I cannot express enough my appreciation for Craig and all the work that he has done for my family. He is undoubtedly an expert in his field and takes the time to discuss and explain the work, the cause and effects of mold, and can go into as much detail on any topic as much as you want. I would recommend Craig to anyone who is struggling with mold to help find a way to diagnose and then address the problem. He is able to quickly and effectively confirm or dispel any internet “facts” and focus on the real issues and how to deal with them.

I reached out to Mr. Natural after a flood in my home. The flood was in May. I knew he was busy because I had been interested in getting samples done even before the flood (humidity after the atmospheric rivers). I rent, so am limited in the invasive work I can get done and cannot afford to move due to the current rental market. I just need my place restored properly.

At the end of August, once the restoration crew had opened the walls, Craig came to take samples. He told me that the results would be back in a week. I have never heard from him again! I have called and emailed. I've tried his cell phone and his office. His assistants have said that all they can do is forward my messages. I have always been polite. This guy basically came to my home, took samples, then ghosted me. This has had a negative affect on my life. The walls have since been sealed up again. My doctor tested me for mould, and I have Ochratoxin A in my body, but no way to link it to my apartment without my test results. Without my test results, I cannot know if my home is safe or pressure the flood restoration company to do anything (they wouldn't do any formal mould inspection or infared imaging even though 41 apartments flooded).
I would not recommend Mr. Natural to anyone at this point. The least he could do is call me back if he lost my samples. Why would he come to my home and take samples if he didn't intend to run the tests? I guess he doesn't want to be paid? We had a verbal contract and I need those results. I'm considering reporting to the Better Business Bureau. I can see that he has recently done similarly to others.

I am disgusted by Craig Fourie. I have worked with Craig several times in the past, and he was always hard to get in touch with and slow to respond for the most part, but he did get the job done and did help me. That was absolutely not the case this most recent time I needed his help. He specifically told me that he would “get it done” (processing my lab results) as a rush order as he knew I needed it ASAP (before I moved into a new place.

It has now been three weeks and he has completely ghosted me. I have been calling, texting, and emailing and he absolutely refuses to respond to me. I have even had my mom try him from her number in case there was something wrong with mine. At first I thought maybe something was wrong personally with him and I didn’t want to be too harsh, for example if he had had some kind of family emergency. But in calling him regularly his voicemail has filled up and then been emptied out three times. Which tells me he is looking at and listening to all of my messages and ignoring me. Disgusting behaviour from a so-called businessman and I cannot fathom why.
