Kalen cane to check on a washing machine issue which I thought was a possible clogged drain. He assessed the situation and discovered all was good. He was very professional and helpful. Kalen provided a recommendation for an appliance service company to help me out further.

Came here and ran the water in my sink and bathtub for about 5 minutes, and didn't fix the problem, didn't bring one tool inside, or even try to fix anything and charged me $287

The Mr rooter team arrived with an entire convoy to address my water main issue asap.
Was done same day and was able to have them help with some other repairs I needed as well.

Incredibly friendly, efficient and professional service. I was advised at the start that it would take 3 hours and it would be all done. They were done and gone in under 90 minutes. Amazing work. Gave me the entire rundown of the tank and shut off valve systems they installed. They were not just on time they were 10 minutes early on top of it all. Best plumbing company in town by a long hot shower! Mr. Rooter is the only place I'll call.

We had to get a evening call out for a leaking tub drain, Ryan was quick professional and personable and a reasonable price.

Mr. Rooter showed up on time and gave me a 20 minute warning as to when they were going to show up. Their service manager and his trainee were very pleasant to work with and fixed our shower in 30 minutes and were thourough with all the paper work. I would highly recommend.

Don came out the same day we called and was on time, in fact a little early, and very professional. Our toilet had been installed improperly and was leaking. He removed it and reinstalled it and everything is working great. He also checked our hot water tank and some taps. Nice guy. Will definitely call him in the future for any plumbing issues.

This outfit is top-notch. James came out within an hour, fixed my problem in no time, did an inspection of all the plumbing, answered all my questions, and was extremely polite and helpful.

My tenants basement entry stairwell flooded during the rain on Aug 11th. Mr.rooter came to diagnose/fix the problem. They told me due to large rain our pit drain flooded and recommended we needed to chip the concrete/dig deeper and provided an estimate of about $3500. Two weeks later it flooded again. I decided to call another company for a second opinion. Roto Rooter came out and lifted the drain grate, cleaned and flushed the drain, then tested it. The problem was fixed without having to spend $3500 to dig. Upon follow up with my tenant I discovered that Mr. Rooter did not even lift the drain grate to see inside so how could one diagnose the problem? Roto rooter just saved me thousands of dollars and Mr. Rooter cost me a few hundred for not fixing the problem.

Kalen was outstanding:). Very professional, courteous, polite, thorough, informative and funny. This is my first time using Mr Rooter and I'll certainly be calling them again, should the need arise. Kalen explained what he was doing, showed me bit of a video of how things looked and recommended things to change and fix regarding our sewer pipe.
Would highly recommend this company.

I have phoned numerous times for a refund three or four times for your non-service call. I get the runaround for $52 that you did nothing for. I called and asked if you did the work I needed and the person on the phone said yes. The service person came and took photos of the work I did and left with my $52 and said you don't do the work. I phoned again and waiting for a call back. If anyone leaves a bad review you say you can't find them in your system and move on? What a joke of a company. Avoid this place if you value your money.

Just recently I've had the opportunity to use Mr Rooter regarding a main water shut off. Not only did Kalen explain everything in detail he went above and beyond the call of duty. He was very knowledgeable in every area I needed. He was efficient, friendly, respectful and professional. Then followed up to make sure everything was working correctly. We had Kallen come to our home Wednesday evening, he quickly determined the issue and gave us honest options for our failed tankless water heater. We scheduled a water tank install for the Friday, but he called first thing Thursday morning and wanted to come take care of everything a day early, on his day off. Was an amazing experience in a stressful time. My wife was home and running an in home business, Kallen made her feel very comfortable and very at ease during all the work being done. Will definitely be calling again in the future and recommending Mr Rooter to friends and family.

Kalen and Jason came by this morning to fix our old septic tank…they came out all the way to heffley first thing in the morning in the rain to help us resolve the septic tank issue… it hadnt been pumped since 2006: O they were in and out in just over an hour… super impressive and kind gentlemen.i would definitely recommend their services to anyone in the kamloops area…. I had a late night emergency my sewer backed up and I was panicked! I called mr rooter plumbing and Kalen answered my call immediately. He was reassuring and immediately was here with Jason first thing early am. They immediately assessed my issue and resolved it and helped me get connected with a restoration company. I am beyond happy this was such a stressful situation they took charge and made sure I was taken care of. Thank you Kalen, jason and the mr rooter plumbing staff for such a great experience. I called Mr. Rooter on a Tuesday, and had Kalen Gaetz install an upgraded hot water tank on a Thursday. He also fixed a leaking faucet. All the work was quoted on site, and completed in 2.5 hours. As a single crazy horse lady in a rual area, my main water line froze from my well. Had a hard time finding someone that would even work on a well. I called them and Kalen promptly came out and and got my water working in no time! Very very happy, thank you! Thank you! He was super professional and very quick!

Very disappointed with this company. I called them because of their recognizable name, but that was my error. They had to come a total of 4 times to fix the same problem that should have been repaired the first time. Problems included employees not showing up or even receiving a phone call to let us know they wouldn't be coming; insisted on same day payment up front and argued with our landlord over the phone; and not doing the job thoroughly to begin with just made a rough situation even harder. Would not recommend. The receptionist Francine deserves a raise though because she's an absolute peach and the only saving grace they have.

Kalen came out to inspect/fix a faucet issue and discovered a water main break that was leaking in to my crawl space! He acted swiftly re-arranging his day to fix this issue immediately coordinating a crew to bring out the necessary heavy equipment, contact the City to turn off water and Fortis to identify any gas lines. Kalen acted confidently and knowledgably and was able to help guide me in regards to submitting an insurance claim. The team was professional, respectful and careful to follow Covid-19 protocols and the entire job was done in just one day. GREAT SERVICE

Was there for 45min chemarged me 600$ and didn’t do anything. Biggest rip off of my life. Then offered to take 30$ off the bill. Thanks.

Wanted to see if they could improve the hot water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom. They didn't. Instead, now there is NO hot water in the kitchen at all. Dude said I now need a new faucet, charged me $205, and left, almost stealing the vice grip I loaned him. I could have broken the faucet for free.

Kalen was amazing, very professional. My pregnant daughters home was backed up with black water and was home alone, she felt safe be the only one home with Kalen, he made her feel comfortable and explained everything to her.

We called on a Sunday for a leak in our bathroom water supply that we were not able to repair. Our plumber Kalen arrived so fast and was professional and knowledgeable! He explained to us why we had problems trying to do the repair as he quickly fixed our issue. We had the water back on within 10 minutes of him arriving. Would definitely recommend Kalen from Mr. Rooter!

I’ve always dealt with Mr Rooter for all plumbing needs. All technicians that have come by have been friendly and helpful. The latest job was a big one. Huge thanks to Sherry for helping get financing squared away when I discovered my ID was expired. Kalen and his team were absolutely wonderful in the work they did. I love that it was done quickly and efficiently. I’ll always recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing done.

Kalen came on a weekend when noone else would. He arrived on time and completed the job even though it ended up being
bigger job than expected. He even upgraded the pipes. Friendly and professional and answered all my questions about unrelated problems. Will definitely use him again. 5 stars.

Very poor management and lack of integrity. Nice plumbers.

This company does not stand by their work. We needed a sink installed after which we were asked not to use it overnight. The next day we used the dishwasher, and discovered a water leak in our ceiling downstairs. We called and they came out again to fix the problem.but failed. After leaving, we did dishes, and discovered soon afterward water pouring out of our ceiling, and down the walls. We called them again and they sent out another technician to assess. He guessed there was a leak in another pipe that was not related to the work done only hours prior. They charged us for this information.then abandoned us. Literally.
After hiring a restoration company, and involving our insurance adjustor we were told to approach Mr. Rooter to have them come back, and fix their work. We did this and were told we would receive a call within 24 hours to let us know how they would proceed. After 48 hours with no phone call, we followed up, and were informed that they would not be sending a plumber out to fix the damage they caused to our pipe during the sink installation.
Wow! Speechless.
So in summary, we hired them to install and properly plumb a sink. We had no leaks before they started their work. After their work, our house sustained water damage to our ceiling and walls, and into the carpet. They denied that the damage to the pipe, and subsequent leak, was from their work and they refused to fix this without further charge.
The new plumber that came to fix the problem said there was no doubt Mr. Rooter caused the problem.
Do not hire this company. They do not stand by their work.

This is the second time we have used Mr Rooter in Kamloops and it was fantastic service. The service technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly and Sherry is great to work with for booking the appointment. We definitely recommend them.

A few weeks ago Kalen and his team from Kamloops did a water heater installation at the Sandman Inn Cache Creek and they we friendly, professional and proficient in their tasks. Our guests are happy we are happy. I would recommend Mr Rooter to anyone in need of plumbing and installations

When your drains back up at 430 am, these guys are the best to call
! Kalen showed up so quickly, got our problem dealt with right away and gave us a great deal!
Also, he was great with social distancing protocols, and was very friendly!

We called the emergency line and Kalen responded and arrived within 15 mins. He provided safe and quick work, and was very friendly and informative.

I called Mr Rooter at 5am and Kalen was on site within 15 mins and took care of our problem and gave us a great deal! He was great and followed all social distancing protocols. As a female manager, he made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge and service!

The copper water pipe and garden faucet was leaking. Troy came here on time, looked around, checked the situation and showed me the estimate.

Later Troy changed the copper pipe with plastic pipe. Adding a shut off valve for winterizing. Changing the leaking garden faucet with frost free faucet.

Troy was extremely helpful and did a wonderful job with a reasonable price. The office receptionist was very polite, friendly and helpful as well.

I will definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to my friends.

Kalen and his crew at Mr. Rooter helped our family immeasurably.
My husband and I used to manage an 18 unit apartment complex which consisted of two buildings with a driveway in the middle. The buildings were very old and had been placed on soft ground which had sunk a lot over the years.
During our time there the amount of problems on top of problems was staggering. The sewer line was one example. Because of the sunken ground the sewage was having to travel uphill to the main road. This was only one of several problems, and eventually sewage started backing up into bathtubs.
Kalen and his team were a delight to have working at our place. They always had smiles on their faces, and were always happy despite the ridiculousness of the situation. They were extremely professional and courteous, but also a lot of fun to have around. We had great rapport.
They ended up doing a very complex sewer repair, which lasted weeks due to continued unforeseen circumstances. They had to dig up our whole driveway between the buildings and fix EVERYTHING. During this time they also dealt with:
-angry tenants
-the news contacting him wanting information (because someone contacted them)
-My husbands ex-wife taking pictures of the hole in the driveway with her lawyer, to say we had unsafe conditions (which was not the case, it was perfectly safe)
-one of our tenants ignoring us when we told them the sewer line was actively open and being worked on, and flushing her toilet (we had porta-potties). The sewage got on Kalen.
Had I been working somewhere and the people were disrespectful enough to use the bathroom on me, I would have left immediately. Had Kalen done this, it would have resulted in us trying to get someone to take on the colossal job halfway through. Kalen did not leave us in the lurch. He stayed and continued to fix problem after problem the buildings threw at him.
I can not speak highly enough about Kalen and his crew. I would recommend them for any job.

Long story short they helped us avoid a possible future disaster. Ryan from Mr Rooter was professional, punctual and friendly. We were impressed with the work and no mess left behind.
