We had a serious issue that would have been far worse but thanks to Tim's patience and his years of experience were resolved to the highest standard. I wish we could trust all tradespeople the way we trust Tim.

We had a massive flood in our basement and rooter was able to come to our house first thing in the morning - we opted to wait until morning to have them come. Chris the technician / plumber was so great and knowledgeable. We felt so supported. The bill was less than we expected which was a bonus. Igor came out to the service call and his work was fantastic. He was polite, professional, personable and quick. It was probably the best experience I have had with a tradesman in my home, even the cats and the dog took a shine to him. In the future I will most definitely use Mr Rooter again just to see if we can get Igor to come out.

These guys are fantastic and took care of everything! My mom was hospitalized, the motor died in my car and other things were happening and then there was water leaking in the bathroom and a bedroom. Steve at Mr. Rooter was incredible. He told me not to worry and that he would take care of everything.and he did! From finding the leak to replacing the pipes all was done. Then the aftermath, talking to the insurance company all the way to having all the water damage renovations completed. I will forever be grateful to Steve, Mr. Rooter Plumbing and APL Restorations! We had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. The telephone assistance was polite, helpful and prompt.

Our technician Jas arrived promptly on a Sunday of the July long weekend to our Vancouver home.

He was polite and neat. He kept us abreast of the problem by showing us extensive camera/video of the pipe leading out to the city line. It was overgrown with roots at many junctions which he was able to rid of.

He left us with a full report and before and after video coverage of the problem for us to forward to the landlords. He made the suggestion that the owners might want to replace the drain pipes at some point as the roots will grow back over time.

Has was an 11 out of 10. Simply fabulous.

He was excellent, not only did he repair my clogged drain they also cleaned out my sump. He was so efficient and cleaned up so completely.

Igor was amazing! So knowledgeable and so friendly! He was amazing at helping locate the issues and deal with it all the while keeping us informed about what he was doing or what needed to be done! Can't recommend igor enough!

Igor was friendly and explained everything that I needed to know about my clogged drain. He took care of the problem quickly and I'm just relieved that the sink drains again.

We had water coming out of the toilet and the shower, flooding the bathrooms and into the bedroom, I called Mr. Rooter and they sent Igor within an hour and he was super friendly and efficient, he went way beyond the call of duty, he even cleaned up after he was done. I can’t even stress enough how happy I am with the job he did and his friendly demeanour. I will definitely request him next time I need a plumber.

I had Egor come by & spend time unblocking half dozen storm drains on our property, he did a great job while I tested him with questions & a good espresso. Feel like Ive known him forever now I certainly would use Mr Rooter again but only if Egor was my technician.

The plumber who visited to fix my clogged drain was fantastic. Not just a super friendly and experienced person, but knew exactly what to do and did it properly. He was fast, but completely thorough, and showed me everything, so I had no doubts that everything was done exceptionally.

They offer a specialty service cleaning French drains and they did a great job improving my backyard drainage with rigid PVC pipes and a beautiful white crushed rock patio. PVC French drains are much more durable and serviceable than the big Os most people use. Having a professional plumber install them has saved a lot of money, effort and it’s peace of mind.

These guys really know what they're doing. Sukhjit was fantastic. He provided efficient, thorough and friendly service. He gave me options and helped me come to a best case scenario.

We had a misaligned outflow pipe that had roots growing into it. Sukhjit cleared most of them out, scoped the pipe and showed me what was happening and explained the process in detail. He also gave me confidence in my system in knowing what type of upkeep it would require and an estimated life expectancy.

The price was reasonable and fair considering what they are doing and when they responded. I called them on a Sunday and the rate was the same as if I called and booked on a Monday.

I would totally recommend these guys.

Sandeep went beyond to help, fix, clean everything and truly was amazing the time he took to make sure everything was working right. He took out all kind of cleaning stuff under the sink and drawers and cleaned everything and put it back. Honestly with service like this I wish everyone was like Sandeep. Thank you so much.

Highly recommend. My shower was backing up and slowly getting worse. Igor this amazing very helpful and kind technician fixed the problem quickly and gave helpful advice for this to hopefully not happen again. And then he fixed replaced the seal on my toilet which I mentioned was leaking. Friendly, efficient and all COVID safety precautions followed. A very positive experience.

Jaswinder Saran from Mr Rooter was just amazing. So courteous and professional. He had my kitchen sink unclogged in minutes and tidied up so that the under sink cupboard is now cleaner than it was before.

I have used Mr. Rooter for some time now. This call was to do something which I hoped would be simple and it wasn’t! However my plumber didn’t give up and went the extra mile for me in completing the job! It’s why I’ve been a very satisfied customer of Mr. Rotter for more than 20 years!

Mr. Rooter did a superb job. I always find it questionable though, when a 30 minute home service costs more than going to the dentist.

Our Filed Technician Jas Saran was extremely friendly upon his arrival. He was fast and efficient and was able to complete the task in under 10 minutes. Not only did he fix the blockage from our sink, but he also helped with cleaning up! I couldn't have asked for a better technician to come. Definitely going to request for him in the future if we have any problems.

We called due to a blockage and had Igor come the next day. He was very fast, efficient and professional. Would recommend.

Called a local independent service.all for supporting them, but a $200 surcharge because it was the weekend, and they wouldn't be there until 4 or 5 PM!? !? Called Mr. Rooter at 9: 15AM they said they would have someone out within the hour and that were their in 45min! Sandi was the technician, very professional and helpful. $335 and change and it was done! Half of what the local independent was charging! Again all for supporting local, but they also need to be somewhat competitive. Thanks Sandi and the Mr. Rooter team!

He took his time diagnosing the problem, took the time to lay out his plan of action, and explained everything he was doing along the way. The options he provided afterwards were his expert opinions.
