Wasn't going to leave a review at first but my hair is just absolutely terrible.
I came in a couple days back looking for a treatment and a SMALL trim/face framing layers. (p.s, I had a big event the day after). Firstly, the lady barely talked to me and did mostly everything without asking first. I showed reference as well which she did not follow at all. She cut my hair wayyy shorter than what I had asked and it was totally uneven. There were different parts of my hair which were either not feathered at all or feathered too much which gave me a funky look. Furthermore, my hair is shaved at the bottom, making it look quite thin, I somehow ended up leaving the appointment with it looking way thinner! Nothing is what I had asked for, terrible customer service, hair was damp when I left, and was definitely not worth the $80 I spent!

I’m not one to leave reviews but my experience was really not great here.waited 30+ mins past my appointment time, asked for a simple U-shaped cut and left with extremely choppy layers after over an hour. Tried to curl it to hide the damage but it is still very obvious.

I had a cut and color by Danica she is a junior stylist, her color I was very impressed with, excellent the cut could have been shorter but I like it. The only thing I can complain about was the amount of time it took, but happy with results thanks Danica!

Got my hair cut here. The cut was great. My only issue with this place is there booking site. I ended up showing up for an appointment that I thought I booked and I was not. Through there site you request an appointment and someone in the salon has to confirm it. I booked on Monday and no one ever confirmed the appointment. So I showed up and I had no appointment. Luckily someone was able to fit me in.

Moral of the story: If you are planning on making an appointment just skip the app and call.

Staff is friendly and attentive. Daughter wanted curtain bangs. We left very happy! Thanks ladies!

Took 4 hours to get colour and highlights. Colour is far from what I had hoped for and looks very clumpy and drastic color difference, not natural or suttle like i had asked.
Dye was left all over my face (half way down my forhead, on my cheeks, nose and all over my neck) during the process which was left and dyed my skin, I had to ask to have it wiped off but was too late.
Cold water was used to wash my hair which definetly ruined my usually favorite part of the experience.
Will not be going back and do not recommend.

The haircut I got turned out awesome and they squeezed me in on short notice too. They have some crystals you could buy too

Last minute decision to get my daughter's hair done. (Top layer of hair highlighs only and small cut). They were able to get us in a few hours after asking. Stylist was very slow. Appointment took 3.5 hrs and was $200. I pay less for more work from another salon close by (they were not open today or would have gone there) Will not go back.

After they butchered my daughters hair today, a friend who I had happened to see there.messaged me pics of the horrific dye job she paid $250 for. She was so upset her 16 year old daughter re-dyed it for her and did a better job. We won't be returning!

Not professional at all. Minimum experience. Application bad. Lack of skill. The cost was 130.100 too much.

I went to get my hair bleached back blonde from a dirty brown colour with some red tints… the lady didn’t listen to what i wanted and argued with me about putting some dark in to cancel out the red (was barley red and i’ve grown up in and around my Grandmas salon so this isent my first rodeo) She literally covered my hair with pretty much black hair dye and peek a boo blondes.and got charged 275$ i was so upset they wouldn’t give me my money back or fix what they messed up.please don’t give this your money to this business! Overly disappointed in there disgusting services.

Went here for a color and cut yesterday with Chynna.had a great experience! She is a true professional.

Ruined a $600 hoodie during a perm due to lack of station cleaning by previous hairdresser. Not impressed at all.

Haircut was good; but left with quite a lot of scratches and cuts.

Didn't know I was bleeding until another person let me know.

Pictures were a couple hours after once I was home.

Booked a last minute appointment for a color and cut. Taylor was awesome she walked me through exactly what we were going to do to get the results I was looking for. I was extremely impressed with the results.

With the whole pandemic and newer cases everyday in salons and stores
To many employees and people getting sick everyday. It's all getting to close to home. A haircut or colour? Seriously
Give your head a shake, not a haircut
Just not worth the risk. Not worth a visit

Tried this place for the first time. No joke, 4.5 minute haircut. Asked for a fade and a trim.
She basically charged me $5 per minute.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Fair warning.

Asked for blue hair and I got green and was supposed to be ombré from black to blue but nope it turned out patchy and gross and the haircut was all over the place I’ll never go here again I don’t recommend

I was seeing Tammy there and I can say she did a great job. I showed her a picture from a haircut and the result was amazing.

I am not sure why people giving bad reviews about this place. If you are not happy with the person who did your hair, this doesn't mean the rest of the people who work there, are bad.

Best place to get a haircut and hair coloured Tammy has done my hair many times! All staff are so friendly
