Mr. Sweeper Vacuums Victoria

I made the mistake of purchasing generic vacuum bags for my Miele vacuum from another vacuum shop in town. This caused a variety of problems with my vacuum. I brought my vacuum into Mr. Sweeper on a Monday and they had it back to me by Wednesday absolutely spotless and working perfectly. The service was tremendous!

Took my power head in that was recently fixed at another store and had stopped working again almost immediately. Mr sweeper took it, and called me within a few hours to tell me they had fixed it. They cleaned it, replaced a worn belt and fixed the actual problem…and it was half the cost. And before I left they gave me the opportunity to test it out to see that it was fixed. Fast friendly and excellent service. Thank you so much.

Excellent service at a reasonable price! When I got my vacuum repaired here, the technician called and explained the problem clearly before the repair was done. The price for repair was very fair. I am recommending Mr. Sweeper to all family and friends!

Superb Service! I brought my Bissell Carpet Cleaner (an excellent machine) for repair. The reception was excellent in the incredibly clean store, with the repair person working in the rear who also chatted with me as I described the problem. Reception promised to look at it TODAY! I thought I'd have to wait days to know the verdict. I receive a call in three hours saying the machine was repaired! Outstanding service - prompt, courteous, efficient, knowledgable, very reasonably priced service, and friendly. I will definitely return for ALL my vacuum servicing and purchasing. Lee was so helpful! I am so glad I invested in a good vacuum for my dusty house with hardwood, I love my house and my vacuum and my vacuum store! He helped every step of the way and even brought my products to the car, it’s so important to me to have a connection like that when I invest in household products and equipment. My money is valuable and so is my business, I trust that I am appreciated and will be looked after. Can’t ask for much more.

Really impressed with the extra mile Mister Sweeper went to make sure I wasn’t missing out on a great deal. I had called late Thursday about a Miele on sale vacuum and said I’d likely come Friday. Friday morning Mister Sweeper called just to give me a heads up he could hold a vacuum since 2 of the 4 in shop were just purchased through online orders. Thanks Mister Sweeper! ;)

It was great dealing with Mr. Sweeper in Saanich. They were super helpful. We saved a lot of money on CX1 Cat and Dog Turbo. It was $999 at another vacuum store, and we got it at $749. Very happy. I highly recommend them.

Took apartment vacuum in for servicing. Still not ready 6 days later. Repair tech didn't show up for 4 days... Was supposed to be ready this morning. It wasn't.

Horrible! I was expecting to get a quote on repairs/parts when I dropped off vacuum on Saturday. A voice message was left on my phone about costs and by the time I phoned them they were closed. I called today and they went ahead and did work without an answer from me. I told the representative I didn't want the work done and now they still want me to pay - when I was expecting to get a quote. Now they are holding my vacuum cleaner ransom and demanding that I pay them. Made a police report and reporting them to BBB
