Charged me 50 dollars to inspect my watch without fixing anything. Did not tell me the cost beforehand. Inspection took 15 minutes max.

Would appreciate if the price was given beforehand.

For reference, inspection at Hudson Bay’s watch smith costs 10-20 dollars and they explain the cost beforehand.

Expert in his field. 10/10 expert and would recommend his services to your watch. He did my Cartier Mus that had a corroded battery and was in desperate need of servicing. His did an amazing job. Flawless work.

Fixed both my watches so far so good. Time will tell. Lol see what I did there. All joking aside, I would recommend this watch service as it was fast and my watches work better than ever. Although it was expensive I'm sure it would of cost the same or more anywhere else and taken much longer.

I was given an old watch as a gift and it was running slow. I brought it to Willis and he diagnosed the issue right away, explained everything to me clearly and didn’t charge me for the service. Very professional and I’ll definitely be returning for all my future watch needs.

I am very happy with the results that Willis was able to remove the AR coating on my watch. It wasn't easy and it took him 3 attempts. The last attempt, he has to dissemble the watch to polish. He didn't even want to charge me on his 3rd attempt but I insist pay him as he has spent over 30 mins. The finally result is amazing. I saved hundreds for not needing to replace the sapphire crystal. Thank you, Willis.

I came here to have a strap size adjusted and replace a few batteries. I also had a issue with one of my watches timing was slow. They were able to fix the problem very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone requiring watch services.

My watch is an old omega quartz that someone gave it to me and didn’t know that it have been dried out a battery for several years, It was my first watch actually and it’s my first time to reach out to his shop as well and I didn’t disappoint, he put my watch to a test for it’s accuracy and functionality of it’s mechanism for free and replace the battery nicely. He gave me all the information that I need to know how to take care of my watch too! He’s very professional and very informative about of his work. Now I’m on my happy face with it! Definitely one of the best gem watchmaker in the city!
