Mr. Wash

This is the worst car wash I have ever been to. I am writing this to warn ppl. I just spent $21 and this is what my car looks like AFTER the wash. Basically the exact same as before I went in.

Came in for a car wash and vacuum my car today. The sweet man who was working the car wash, I think he could see I was just really having a hard day. It wasn’t busy today, and he put extra attention into cleaning my car before it went into the car wash, and then came over to the vacuum stall and literally vacuumed my whole car for me, took out my mats and washed them for me, grabbed a towel and dried them inside the car. On a day when I really needed someone to take care of me, there he was. Thank you so much, I sincerely appreciated it. Made my day.

The so-called vacuum cleaner was absolutely weaker than what we got at home! It couldn't suck the the dust in an acceptable way and with the time limitation applied to those so-called vacuums I was to pay a couple of times!

Mechanic seemed honest and did a good job explaining what's going on and why. Prices seemed good enough. Service seems to have done the trick.

Rudest service I ever received. Apparently I took too long to work the enter machine. Condescending, insulting remarks from the attendant. Rating of minus 5 if possible. Will never go there again.

Be sure to check your vehicle for cleanliness after your wash. If you need another run through, just let them know. The service is really great and the wash is good. I wish it wasn't so fast. You pay $30 for a wash and you're in and and out in no time at all. It would be nice if it was a bit more time so we wouldn't need another run through.

By all means go with the more expensive options if you wish, but I find the basic wash yields flawless results every time. Except for wheels. Those are disappointing even with s hand spray.

Came in this morning for a quick wash and I have to say I am super satisfied with the way my car came out. The best part is they'll always pre-soak your car with a soapy pressure washer. I gotta bring up the manager Josh too who was ever so kind and treats everybody with the utmost respect. I will definitely be coming back when I need another wash. Thank you.

I remember this place was actually decent 15 years ago. Not anymore. I paid extra for the premium deluxe wash. The guy didnt pre-wash my tires before entering, just gave the car a quick rinse with water. No interior wipes were provided as well, and i even asked for them. Car did not look clean afterwards.

Josh is such a fantastic person. Always in a good mood and always brings a smile to my face!

Sprung for the supreme wash and it left the back half of my car still filthy. Couldn't find anyone to speak to so I repeatedly called their number (no one answered).

Edit: received reply from business, made it right. Can't leave a negative for that.

Exceptionally friendly staff, even at an hour left to closing time.

Exterior wash was about as effective as most automatic exterior washes. It always leaves something to be desired. Not much can be done about that.

But the vacuums available are top notch! The suction is powerful and the hoses have metal heads on them - not like the more flimsy plastic ones you find at most service stations.

Being physically disabled and confined to a power chair, the staff there went out of the way to help me, so I could get my van washed. I had a really good experience, would highly recommend.

My go to carwash on the North Shore as I have several cars and eventhough Im a car enthusiast and my cars are important, sometimes I just dont have time to clean my cars so this is where I go. Prices are good and the wash is good. The manager is also very friendly and makes the experience even better

The drive through car wash is terrible. $22 and it didn't even clean my car, which wasn't that dirty. I wouldn't suggest it for the drive through car wash. But I haven't tried any other services yet.

*Updating - Thank you for the offer. My fiancé actually came back because he though I was being "picky" and paid for another car wash a few days later. You may want to take a look at your machine and see if something is wrong. It still came out dirty. I know Drive Through Car Washes work well - just wondering if there is something broken, maybe the manufacturer can fix it.

My car was not off-road dirty (BMW sedan), but after spending $34 my white car was covered in unclean areas. I think I was reasonable in expecting the car to be fully cleaned. The car was pre-washed and the brush system did a terrible job. Clearly, this place will only clean you car if it already clean!
I have been in numerous "touchless' car washes and achieved way better results for $24-25 (inc taxes).
Poor value will not be going again.

Josh was awesome! Super friendly and kind. Great customer service. When I had finished my car wash and it wasn't as clean as I would have liked, Josh ran me through the wash again at no charge to make sure I was happy with the look of my truck. 10/10 would recommend.

Worst place to go for wash, Manager will be very nice until there is no damage in your car. But if they got any damage. They will be very rude and keep putting you from one person to other. Also claim they are not accountable for any damage in your car. Everyone be careful in there.

Paid $33 for the ultimate wash with tire shine. The attendant used the wand to prewash but overall was unsatisfied with the cleaning as when I got back to my home (2km away) realized it had not removed the bugs from my hood or grill. Should have checked immediately exiting the wash so I could have spoken with the attendant. For the price I would have expected a clean vehicle but 50% of thats on me for not inspecting it which is what earns 3 of 5 stars.

I have brought my car here the last 5 times I’ve needed it washed and it’s perfect every time! I this place! Josh is super friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure he gives your car a good pre-wash. Highly recommend

This is a quick and convenient car wash with a coin operated vacuuming service. Friendly staff and good basic car wash.

I have lived in the area for a while and used them before but recently been and was really impressed with the service and way the car came out. Got the mid grade wash. The attendant Josh was really good. Went the extra mile. I will return.

They have two spots for vaccuming. One was taken by a customer vacuuming his car and the other was occupied by a red Dodge doing nothing! I was told by the staff who takes care of the autowash to wait till the other client was done vacuuming! Half an hour passed and that customer was still vaccuming! I couldn't say anything! So I approched theasmed him about the other idle car, i.e. The Red Dodge! And he told me the car belonged to another staff! I reminded him that staff shouldn't be parking their cars on the "only two Vaccuming Spots" he started defending his co-worker while yelling at me! Extremely rude! Will never stop by again for any reason!

This is by far the best car wash around. Gets my truck completely clean every time. They will even clean the under carage on the ultimate wash.

Best car wash around, remarkable cleaning results, and such wonderful staff. You will not be disappointed, don't go anywhere else.
