Amazing service by this older gentlemen that works here. Lost one star to the shocking price tags.

False advertising. I recieve an promotion email with a picture of a shirt with the price of $19.99 only to be told at the store that the shirt in the picture is actually $75.99 and that the price is not connected to whats in the picture.

Great customer service, decently priced and some good deals. If your a bigger person this is a good place for clothes.

It's a fashion clothes for men. If you want to change your person style maybe you can find something new.

The staff is very helpful and super polite but a big chunk of their dress clothes are cheap imports that fit really poorly. I’m admittedly a really big guy. But I am mostly sized out of Big&Tall Canada and yet I can shop name brands in regular department store Big&Tall sections in the states. These stores have really gone down in quality over the years. Britches is a terrible quality house brand. Their T-shirts are very over priced and shrink 1-2 sizes after their first time wash. Never again. They should really look into better suppliers.

Big and Tall is not a store I should walk in and have embarrassing moments with the staff because they can’t accommodate my size. I’m a big guy but the fact that I can still shop in the US says this is a reasonable grievance against a store that specializes in dressing large men.

This Review is in no means a reflection of the store itself but the company as a whole in regards to their pant sizing. I have been shopping at this company for approximately 16 years and the inseam length of their 'TALL" person pants (jeans specifically) has dwindled down. They should rename the store from BIG AND TALL to BIG AND AVERAGE. Since when is a 32" or 34" inseam considered "TALL"? I don't understand. You can find those inseams in regular stores. Being a guy that has an inseam of 40" but can occasionally get away with a 38" inseam, it is kind of mind boggling. Us Taller guys are already limited in the pants that we can find. Please provide more of a selection of longer length inseams especially in jeans. When you have only 1 or 2 choices because all the other selections end in 34", it's kind of disheartening.

Excellent service. I gave four stars only because I believe the selection has lots of room for improvement. More brands will make a huge difference.

If you're a bigger fellow and need a few things to wear, this is your place. It's like suit shopping in Itaewon, Seoul without the aggressive sidewalk hawkers. Fashion forward and timely wardrobe for the more splendidly built gentleman. Go!

But the customer service was fantastic, the manager Robert, VERY helpful in directing me to many stores within the mall to fit my style requirements.

Wanted to buy a souvenir for my brother back home. Got the best and most professional customer service there. The sales gentleman was absolutely polite and supportive.
