The dealership principle, service writers, and others at the dealership were rude, unhelpful, and made mistakes repeatedly through 4 visits, $6500.00 paid in full to them but us being given back a vehicle where the problem wasn't fixed on the third visit.when we escalated our concerns to the dealership principle, Mike, he consistently interrupted, bemoaned how many times he had apologized to us even though he hadn't at all, and told us to go somewhere else as he couldn't guaranty anything. The only two people who seem to like what they do at MSA Ford was Tammy the Service Manager and Brian a mechanic.

Thank you MSA Ford for an overall good experience getting a set of new tires installed. From the first call for a quote, price AND to the quick and efficient service on install day you and your team “hit it out of the park”. I will highly recommend MSA Ford for tire purchases to friends and family.

I normally wouldn’t go out of my way to review a car dealership, but these guys were so fair and so professional, I can’t not give them a public shout out. They helped us order our Bronco Sport new from the factory. We took possession in March. Our sales rep was Russell Blaker, and he was patient, addressed all of our questions, and never once pressured us into something we didn’t want. I truly felt like he was working for us, not against us. A much better experience than other dealerships we spoke with. We’ll be back for our next Ford. Huge thank you to Russell

Hopping between three service counters looks like i was playing musical chairs. Service loaner vehicle wasn't ready. No communication skills.

Great Ford Dealership! Have travelled from the Okanagan for three F550 trucks now and really appreciate their service and expertise.

Extremely disappointed by this company. My car wasn't running for almost a year cause the new tcm that they put in they didn't program it. Yesterday I had my car towed to chilliwack ford they had my car for 4 hours and now it's running like new cause they programmed my tcm. So have a good one and thanks for the run around I have 3 children. Went for almost a year without a car cause it was covered under warranty and they still didn't fix it. I paid all together to get my car up and running about 500. That's less then I paid in tow fees to have my car towed to and from msa ford dealership. I'm grateful for chilliwack ford they know what there doing atleast.and no extra work had to be done to my car for it to be fixed and running just the tcm needed to be programmed

Great service, timely manner, very professional and polite, and very helpful. I would recommend MSA to anyone requiring service for their vehicles.

Brought our F150 in for an oil change, very Thorough Service disinfected all the high touch areas in my car and took a video before they took the car to make sure there was no damage. Jasmine, the girl who helped me was very helpful and knowledgable and nice! I just wish that someone would’ve called me when it was done because I had to call myself after waiting two hours for an oil change. Wasn’t able to get the car washed because by the time I picked it up they were on lunch it would’ve been a nice courtesy touch for them to wash it before they went on lunch but oh well overall good service.

Been here twice, Won’t be a 3rd time. Turning rotors. Messed that up. Truck goes back in. Putting new rotor on.

new rotors need new pads and then a break in process…. My 2 cent. Back yard mechanic going on 30 yrs.

They will tell you straight up and be honest with you. Great people in the service department and also the sales team. I'll be getting my next vehicle here.

Service department had had two of my specialty vans in there shop no parts available for over a month on both vehicles two totally different problems
One they miss diagnosed and I picked it up after 1 month and it didn’t even make it 2 blocks before it dies and they want to charge me labour to replace the second half of the part they already replaced

MSA Ford has been great whenever I bring my truck in for a service, they get you in quickly and do good work.

I would suggest everyone to deal with Simar and their finance manager Michelle they work wonders to get you your dream car.

Staff are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Not once I felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle.

During sales, They know their products, they’re patient, they made sure It’s the right vehicle for me and they answered all the questions and concerns I have.

During purchase, Michelle (business manager) is a rockstar! She’s awesome, she made it all happen for everyone!

During delivery, Jayden (sales) patiently went through all the system features of an F150 lariat (which is a lot of features). Day 2 after purchase, I received a follow up phone call from him which is great because it made me feel like they care.

Personally I don’t like buying a vehicle at a dealership because of the mind games and pressure they put on you. However, my experience at MSA Ford is the complete opposite. Not ones I felt pressured or uneasy.
I actually considered these people my friends which makes them great.

I am very happy with my purchase from MSA Ford. While we were having a bad time trying to buy vehicles we went to Ford not expecting much but the procedure was very quick and we got our vehicle the day we looked at it. The salesman, Jayden, gave amazing service and even when we were getting him late he still helped us with a smile on his face.

Absolutely horrendous service. Took my 2021 mustang gt there for its first oil change at 8000kms and then after picking it up it died twice in traffic and then went into limp mode when i went to get my manual out of the dash it had been stolen by the staff there. I spent a hour and a half on the phone with msa and then roadside assistance msa refused to help me and roadside assistance was tryn to make me pay for my tow to my house. Carlos the service rep was disrespectful and did nothing to help me in fact got angry and yelled at me. Today was valentines day i was supposed to drive to get my gf in hope from abbotsford i didnt even drive the car 10kms after the oil change. Do not take your car here absolute horrible service and worse staff. Something bout a car dealership with no cars to sell should have been the first hint i shouldnt have come there! Heed my warning do not take your car here!

Went here to get a part for my truck. I was surprised at the price they wanted even after showing th the price from another dealer online, they still wanted $60 more.needless to say I went somewhere else and got it for $60 less.

My husband and I drove around to several dealerships looking for an electric SUV with very little luck. Then we went to MSA Ford Jayden greeted us easy to talk to very helpful! Thank you Jayden for making our experience pleasant. It was our first brand new purchase off any lot!

MSA Ford If you like to be lied to you'll be right at home here. This place will not back the vehicle s they sell.my wife and I purchased A Escape hybrid Plug-in, every time we charge it we get less range, we're told if we had a problem we would have to take it up with Ford because they just sell the vehicle s, and guess what Ford won't do anything. Beware if you still want to buy a Ford still do yourself a favor buy it somewhere else this is one dealership that you want to avoid!

I really only have experience with the parts department but as far as parts people go the staff (Todd/Jamie & Brandon) here are very knowledgeable about parts they sell and warranty for parts is usually hassle free the only ford dealer I buy from for my powerstroke parts

Had an amazing experience here at MSA. I’ve been discriminated at other dealerships like Toyota Abbotsford and BMW Langley. Jayden didn’t judge me by who I was or by the gender I am. He took me through the vehicle, showed me how to actually work the technology so I could take it for a test drive and try those features out. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. He even worked with me on getting a deal and even helped me set up the vehicle at the end! If your looking for an honest and educational sales person ask for Jayden! Thanks guys!

Service had my van fir a month for warranty work, got it back and engine light came on 10k down the road, went back and needed a loaner, they said too bad they couldn’t get one and I said I’d wait and the general manager Mike McDonald threatened to physically throw me out of the building after swearing and belittling me. Outstanding customer service Mike!

Stay away from MSA. Disturbing news about very untrustworthy service dept. They were caught red handed abusing my 2018 Whipple Supercharged F150. They were charging me EXTRA for tire rotation and they weren't doing it. The avoided 'Oil Consumption" problems from when I bought my truck brand new. All the way through my warranty, they dodged the bullet. Now my engine dies, my truck has been sitting on MSA Ford lot for over a month. They avoided the problems when I had warranty. Now they say its going to cost 15,000.00 in repairs.
MSA has your back. They certainly do. Don't trust them. This is what you get for being a loyal customer! Thanks Ford.

Best place to get your Ford serviced. Have had various minor issues with them over the years, but nothing that has prompted me to look elsewhere.

Great service, courtesy vehicle/driver was appreciated, truck done on time and ready to go when I arrived, nicely washed and cleaned after the work was done. No problems at all.

The service was great. Every one was friendly and helpful. It took a bit longer than expected to rectify the alarm system on my car. I have to come back also because my cars horn wasn't reconnected. I like the fact that I didn't have to worry about getting a taxi since M. S. A. Ford has drivers to take you home and pick you up.

The customer service is very poor. I am not at all satisfied. I gave my care for service and picked it up yesterday after 2 days and there were scratches on my car bonnet. When I talked to the receptionist (Tayler), he started arguing with me and said it is because of rock chips. I asked him to call the manager but instead he called the mechanic. He totally denied that the car wasn’t damaged in their service centre whereas when I left the car, it was in a good condition. Nobody was ready to listen there and instead were arguing. Their customer service is worst, I would never go back to their centre and won’t recommend it to anyone.

I recently used Fast Lane for an oil change. Arrived at 7: 30am and a bay was free. The work took less than 45 minutes, and I was on my way. The service was fast and efficient, all was excellent!

I have to say Seth is a good sales from MSA ford. I used to thought MSA cheat me which they didn’t. I apologize to you guys. I will definitely recommend my friends from Vancouver to you guys.
