Came to see Dr. Amanda Zeleschuk today after throwing out my lower back. I was in a lot of pain and couldn't even stand up straight. She has a very calm bedsides manner and took the time to really listen and understand my symptoms and past history. The treatment was not as aggressive as some other chiropractors, and was very effective. Even after one session, I would say my pain was reduced by half with a 30% increase in mobility. I have another appointment booked on a few days to continue treatment.

Expert level physiotherapy from Tin-Lok! After 1 session I feel hopeful that I can fully recover with the effective plan he has implemented for me.

Highly recommend Brendan for all your RMT needs. He’s got an athletic background and knows how and where to help you so that you’re back to your much needed athletic body.

I've been seeing Francois for 20 years and he's been an excellent RMT. Spends time explaining what's going on and why, and gives "homework" to work on in between sessions. Highly recommend.

OMG Brendan is amazing. I had a deep tissue massage and Brendan dug deep into the tissue and muscles, exactly what my very tight back and glutes needed. As soon as my session was over, I booked a further massage with Brendan. I would highly recommend him.

Brendan is a really a great RMT! Very professional, very personable and offers a very strong massage. I feel like a new person every time I leave. I am sure he can adjust to required intensity but anyone looking for sports related massage therapy should definitely check him out.

Dr. White is a god damn saint. I've seen 10+ physiotherapists in my life and I've never met someone as knowledgeable about the body. He's able to explain concepts in a way that's super easy to understand. I really enjoyed learning from such a brilliant man during my 1 hour session to discuss a lower back injury.

I met with Tess Kruspe yesterday to treat a stretched MCL. This was my first experience with a physiotherapist and I didn't really know what to expect. Tess was very patient with me and took the time to thoroughly hear about my injury before examining my knee. Then she explained what the problem was in a way that was very easy to understand.
She treated my leg with some movements and massage and then showed me some exercises to do at home and at the gym to help me heal faster.

I’ve been going to MSK for about two years. I‘ve been treated by Dr John, Andrew and Megan. They are very professional and attentive. They take the time to listen and to provide a personalized treatment.
The reception team is so kind and friendly. It’s always a great experience there.

Rob Morris knows his stuff. Excellent well mannered RMT who listens and communicates very well. Gets in there deep and has been an integral part of getting my mobility back.

I started going here for chiro a few months ago and it’s been incredibly helpful for me. I work from home so my back can definitely have issues if I’m not taking care of it. John was amazing and instantly gave me tips that worked. If you can even go once every few months, I think it would be worth it. I love this place so much that I also signed up for physio here with Andrew and so far it’s been great!

I’ve been seeing Dr John White for nearly 8 years now and I always feel so much better after getting an adjustment done. Megan is always so welcoming and open to discussing the my needs for the treatment. The massage itself is great and she gives really good feedback and recommendations for movement afterwards as well. It's always a really good experience.

I went in for a massage after I pulled a muscle in my back and Megan was great. The massage provided pain relief and helped to improve my range of motion after the injury. After seeing several RMTs here I would definitely recommend MSK. All of their practitioners are friendly, professional and capable.

I’m getting chiropractic and physiotherapy services here. In other places the chiropractor just took 10 minutes to make adjustments and that’s was all. Here the chiropractor takes time to check everything in my body works well and the improvements with the treatment. Physiotherapy is also a good experience and I’m very comfortable with the treatment. The place is tidy and I find the decorations very pleasant, also the location is pretty convenient. The recommend these place.

I enjoyed a very relaxing pregnancy massage from Megan. She paid close attention to my extra sore areas and made sure I was very comfortable throughout my treatment.

Dr White is the best chiropractor I’ve ever had. I used to be a pro skicross racer and he treated me while I was on the World Cup. He has since helped me repair and recover from old lingering issues. He is very practical and has all the latest tools including sending you home with videos of the exercises you are to do to help with your healing - best way to help support a recovery with making it easy to follow!

I went to phsyio and chiropractor Both Ashly and dr white are great and so helpful. They know what they are doing and they are so patient and honest.
