MSK was recommended to me by a friend after a few weeks on a sprained ankle, and I’m glad I went. The front desk is helpful + friendly to book appointments and directly bill insurance, and Lucas has been a huge help in my recovery! He’s really supportive of his patients’ goals and is very enthusiastic about his recommended exercises, which sounds silly but it leaves an impact. I know I’ll be back running soon, so it’s nice to know there’s a great place nearby for the next time I injure myself ̈

I am so thrilled with Lucas he’s giving me wonderful additional exercises to help my body recover and he was so gentle and supervised every detail and explained every detail so I could understand the difference between soft tissue and bruising. I’m so grateful that he is my physiotherapist if anybody wants to see somebody fantastic go see Lucas.

Physio here has been great! Jen is awesome and has helped me a lot with my knee injury. The online exercises/app is super helpful in remembering what you’re to do after. MSK is run really well. It’s easy to book, staff is nice and the office is always very clean.

Been coming to MSK since they opened the Kits clinic. I received a personalized approach from Dr. Ali. He don't just treat symptoms; he aims for long-term solutions and overall well-being. I appreciate the holistic approach he took to address the root causes of my discomfort. My lower back has significantly improved, and I always look forward to my next session. I come in every 8 weeks for back tune up.

Always feel good coming away from a physio appointment with Jennifer. She has helped work through misalignment issues after having babies and with injuries. Life adds up in how our bodies carry tension and stress, and physio has helped gradually move those pains into manageable levels.

Got a cancellation appointment last minute after I was struggling with sudden neck pain.

Roman identified the issue immediately and found the areas to work on.

Whilst it was a tough experience for me in terms of pain. I was eventually met with profund relief because the 45mins session we had allowed me to move my head around again!

I saw Lucas today for an issue with my calf. He was very patient and goal oriented. After a thorough exam I feel we came up with a good treatment plan. He asked lots of questions to fully understand my issue and treatment needs and was thoughtful in answering all my questions. Highly recommend.

Excellent practitioner! Very pleasant demeanour. Very skilled in diagnosis: she conducted a thorough assessment of my shoulder pain, range of motion, etc, and identified the problem. One session of therapy has seriously alleviated the problem, but she has a larger plan for strengthening the joint to prevent future problems. Jennifer came highly recommended and did not disappoint!
