Can't say enough about the friendly, fair and kind service I have had dealing with Al at MST - He's been my mechanic for 10 years and I can always count on him.

I can’t believe I just met an angel mechanic! Called about headlamp replacement for B200. He said come on down! I was quoted $140 plus bulb minimum at more than one shop. This angel did it in minutes for basically the cost of the bulb. So glad I found you! Thank you thank you THANK YOU

Owner Al Mawji, his right-hand mechanic Raj, and their team are professional, efficient and highly-knowledgeable, not to mention, they have competitively priced parts and labour. I've been looking for years to fill the void that Port Moody's German Motors left when they closed up shop, and MST checks all the boxes. The reason MST automotive has been around for over twenty five years is because of Al’s honesty and standard of excellent service.

Al passed my out of province vehicle inspection without a single comment, GOOD NEWS! Brought the car back 2 days later for an oil change and they noted over $3000 of needed repairs. I don't understand how it passed inspection one day and then a couple days later was found to need considerable work. A second opinion confirmed the problems which only leaves me wondering how Al was so incompetent during the initial inspection. The second me mechanic was utterly appalled that the vehcile passed inspection.

Find a mechanic you can trust should not be this difficult.

I have been going to Al at MST Automotive for 8 years and I would never use anyone else. We are moving all the way to Ladner out by the Ferry Terminals and will still be driving to Port Moody just to have them work on our cars! Al and his team truly care about their clients and treat them as family. I can't begin to count how many times they have accommodated me and my young kids with our ridiculous schedule. They are hands down the best out there and ALWAYS 100% honest!

This guy Al helped my wife out many times as I am terrible with cars. He is economical, kind, genuine human being who helped our new little family out. The dealership turned us away as they didnt not want to deal with the problem - other mechanics took her car for the day and gave it back 8 hours later at no charge because they couldn't fix it. Al takes it in for 1.5 days - fixes it - charges us for parts and the tiniest amount of labor i have ever seen from a mechanic. I do not write reviews but he deserves one and he will continue to get ALL of our business and referrals until the day his shop closes which i hope never happens
