Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

UPDATE: So very impressed with Vic at Mucho Burrito for taking the time out to hear what my complaint was and offered to rectify the mistake. He went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. Mucho Burrito will always be my first choice for healthy, fast food. Thank you, again, Vic.

Not impressed with Mucho Burrito at all today. I'm currently in the hospital and my husband said he would go pick up my favorite food as a treat. So, I ordered online for pick up at 11: 15 am, today. I did not get anything that I ordered that came to over$22. This was supposed to be the highlight of my many days of being in such a depressing place. What am I supposed to do with food I can't eat? !

Worst mucho ever been. She put very little amount of cheese and when i ask this is standard cheese amount. She replied we just received email from mucho regarding cost cutting so just putting tiny little amount.
Also chips taste little off.
Very bad experience.
I had burrito last week in Penticton and it was awesome.
I do not recommend this location.

Didn't ask for paperwork or force me to wear a mask. Served good food. Top notch people.

This is the first time i have got worst food to eat. The girl named ***preet was very rude while she was preparing food. Corns were burnt out and beans didn’t tasted good at all.

The person dropped our trays on the ground then put them on the counter as if they were still clean and then the worker asked if I wanted cilantro, I said no then they closed up my quesadilla so I couldn’t get anything other than chicken and cheese. Highly don’t recommend.

Did a online order and walked in to them not knowing of my order when it was right in front of them on the counter. Personal Music blasting from the back room over powering the music that mucho plays over the speakers in other stores. Cheap on ingredients also. Very disappointing.

Absolutely love this place. Sometimes it seems like the meat is getting a little dry but over all everything is always fresh, the service is super friendly and quick and it's usually pretty clean. I will return often.

Been here twice first time was excellent nice full tacos, second time not so great very little in the tacos.

New girl working is making the bowls half the size of normal. Bowl was filled half way. Left the restaurant hungry after paying 16$ and went and ate somewhere else. Wont be going back

Harpreet was excellent She made a great burritoes, was very professional and friendly. This is my 4th time and I'm loving the service and food. I'm coming back Harpreet.

Amazing taste and selection. Been here 4 times and every time the sitting area is dirty and every table needs wiping down. Floor normally dirty too. Garbage and recycling always overflowing. With 3 staff there each time this shouldn't happen.

Ordered through Skip so it arrived after a little while. Ordered some mucho burritos, quesadilla and gorillas and salsa.
Despite the wait for the delivery, the food was absolutely amazing! Delicious ingredients, amazing aroma of the grilled tortillas, Pico de Gallo was fresh and delectable.
Very happy with my food, will definitely be ordering from them again.
And the mucho burrito is a good meal for 2 people it and of itself!

Edit: autocorrect decided to use gorillas instead of tortillas. But I'm not changing it!

Absolutely one of the best burritos I have eaten in Canada. All the ingredients were super fresh staff was very lovely to work with and burrito taste amazing. I will be coming back.

My husband and I absolutely loved the quality of food! Not to mention, great service and environment. Quick & efficient. Delicious fresh ingredients. Great value. Absolutely worth the stop for lunch! Harpreet & staff gave us excellent service! We will definitely be back.

I’ve never wrote a review about a business before, but the customer service here is subpar. Asking what you’d like on your order then completely ignoring it to talk to other staff, then proceeding to ask again.making weird faces when taking orders from customers.people leaving because it is so disorganized.poor attitude from staff. Burrito was great! Customer service was yet to be found or understood.

Bought a burrito the other day and it was cold. Went in on another day and couldn't even get a burrito because the health inspector made them remake the food because it was cold. New staff do not care.

Among faster food places, Mucho Burrito is definitely among the best for quality, portions, and flavour. We’ve never been to any place in this chain we didn’t like, and the Kelowna location is also great. Friendly staff. Epic portions (double meat, regular size burrito is more than enough for a very hungry adult- the large would feed even an active teenage version of me). So tasty.
Overall: Would recommend. Like subway but Mexican, and with protein options that are far superior.

The staff was lovely, but the tacos not so much. The soft shell corn tortillas were cold and my tacos fell apart. But the toppings were delicious!

One way to win me over is with fresh guacamole and they did that for sure. Great new items to choose from all the time.

Wow this place is fresh! I work nearby and have eaten here several times. I feel stupid eating anywhere else now as Mucho Burrito is the best tasting and best value for my dollar.

Very limited menu options for building your own burrito. No tomatoes as option. No salsa without raw onions. The burritos are nothing special and cost more than other Burrito places that have more options and better selections. Only one type of cheese. Only 2 sauces allowed. 4 toppings allowed is ok though.

I enjoy mucho burrito, I found this restaurant while on a trip and now drive an hour to get there and have the food there. Staff are courteous, clean and well mannered. Food is fresh and well prepared. Restrooms are clean. Dinning area is clean and well organized.

Food always tastes so good and fresh here. I was particularly impressed with the customer service today, the gentleman named Gagan was professional and extremely helpful. Well done, young man!

I currently work part-time for a food delivery company that I won't name, and I spend a fair amount of time in restaurants waiting for orders. The behavior I have seen from too many customers this past year is appalling - from the extremely impatient customer to the man-child who yells at a 15 year-old hostess about mask mandates (your beef is not with the teenager in front of you). And my profession is no better. I often see delivery drivers glaring at staff while waiting for orders – like it's gonna make the food appear faster. Many restaurants need to hire foreign workers because Canadians like me are too spoiled or lazy to work in a restaurant. And then customers have the nerve to complain that their English isn't perfect! I guess I'm old-school, but if I don't like the food or service, I give the staff another chance or I simply take my business elsewhere. I don't have a complete meltdown, go online and post a negative review to try to cancel a business or make staff lose their jobs because the service was sub-par or my meal was not up to usual standards. Constructive criticism? Sure. Whining, cancel-culture verbal diarrhea? Do the planet a favour and cook at home. Service is slow? Drop off a resume and pitch in! Almost all restaurants are understaffed. But getting a job in a restaurant would necessitate hard work and mental strength. Much easier to criticize from our iphones while sitting on our couches. I have picked up many delivery orders at Mucho Burrito and received excellent service. The staff continues to do a great job of keeping us fed and served DURING A PANEDMIC. Staff are facing risks and challenges that many people (especially those working from home) do not. Keep up the great work, and happy holidays!

Food is generally always good, unless they run outta stuff (steak& queso). It always tastes fresh and delicious. But with times being what they are, and it being hard to find staff there's a lot of trainees in there that make the service slip a little bit.

Difficulté de communication avec les employés et leur masque. Il avaient mis des ingrédients dans les mauvais tacos, ceux des enfants au lieu des miens. Sinon c'était bon mais on pouvait choisir que quatre garniture alors que leur compétiteur ne limite pas les choix à quatre.

Decent place and good food but the staff are extremely difficult to understand and quite often put the wrong ingredients on because they can't speak english

One of my favorite lunch spots in Kelowna. Always great service, and huge portions. Last time I brought it home for dinner, my daughter exclaimed "it was the best taco" she's ever had.keep up the great work!

Best service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant! We frequent this location a few times a month and it is very consistent.
