Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

Today is cinco de Mayo. They have a special all day long of $6.99 for a burrito. I ordered a burrito. They didn't even asked me if I wanted the special. Instead they started making a regular mucho burrito for me. Didn't notice how much I paid until I got home.

I had a Barbacoa bowl with brown rice and black beans and all the veggies sour cream and a cilantro sauce and it was blah fresh but kinda blah the meat wasn't very seasoned

Food tastes fairly good, poor customer service. The lady was very rude and was very inpatient.

Items asked were wrong and the lady seems not care about the customers at all. She was informed by another employee to walk up and greet.

Generous portion sizes and friendly staff. They have a vegan protein option along with sauce and cheese.

I give the food 4.5 stars
But 2 stars for the service

Others employees were chill but the woman served me with an attitude that make me felt like i dont want to continue my orders anymore.

Mucho Burrito were my favorite place and today they disappointed me.

Mucho Burrito is my version of heaven. The best time to go is when a fresh new batch of beef or shrimp is made. I usually grab a burrito bowl and some churros. The bowls are really filling and taste really good depending on the type of combo for your burrito bowl you get. The service is great and really fast. The staff are nice and welcoming. The restaurant is clean and well- organized. The highlight of this place is the churros. The churros are well-made, tasty and warm. The churros are also made on the spot, so they are always warm. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. The experience is really on that types of meat and vegetables you like, keep experimenting for the best experience.

I absolutely love this place. The staff are friendly and always have good recommendations. The food is always hot and ready!

Food is actually pretty good. A big part of our delivery order was missing. Called the restaurant and they didn’t seem bothered. $50 for 2 regular burrito combos, not super impressed honestly.

Hit or miss at this location, sometimes you get a decent amount of meet sometimes very little, sometimes practically none.at this location you have to hope to get one of the good workers otherwise they chince out.

Best restaurant ever. This location does not skimp on ingredients and I'm shocked every time they manage to roll my mucho size

Food was good, more like Chipotle than authentic Mexican food. The service was quick and the prices were reasonable.

Bang-for-buck decent tasting food which is relatively healthy and quick. Have been many times and every time has been consistent in quality.

The Servers did a great job of understanding and preparing the order appropriately. P. S especially if you ask them for fresh cooked shrimp.its amazing.

I had a really good experience visiting this store last week. The staff was very professional and offered me different suggestions. The quality of the food was great and everything was fresh. The salsa was amazing!

First time eating here. The woman who helped me with recommendations was accommodating but the food was bland and, for the price it’s going for, not enough to tempt me to return

The meats (the chicken and both types of beef) were all dry, tough, and under seasoned. Seemed like every ingredient was lacking in flavour, from the corn tortilla to the salsas. One thing I did like were the mango bits in the mango salsa. Whatever other ingredients were in there were forgettable. Nothing about the food stood out whatsoever.

If you want something bland and filling, you’d be better off going to the nearby Subway for half the price

Had a veggie bowl. It tastes so bad. I would rather go to Chipotle. The guy in the green T shirt had a very bad customer service. No recommendations at all. He just wants me to get out of his face. Will never go there again.

I had a burrito, which would have been perfect, but I opted for the mango (chutney?), which was sweet and didn't go with the spicy stuff, imho. Great ingredients otherwise.

Mucho Burrito makes the best darn Mexican salads that are so filling and tasty. The crunch, the freshness is amazing on the pallet. What’s nice is I ate until I was comfortable then put it in my fridge and came back for more and it’s still amazing.

I just found it really bland… they were also out of lettuce and it was only in the afternoon on a weekend. When my partner and I was dining in, a customer had a pet dog (not a service dog) in the restaurant. I was surprised none of the staff said anything.

Had a chicken burrito and we were very disappointed, bland flavor. Chipotle and Los Dos Amigos (Coquitlam Center) are superior to Mucho Burrito.

Absolutely LOVE it, the price, the size, the flavour, the speed, everything is just amazing! I cant think of one bad thing about this place. The workers are really nice and polite and are very patient with the customers. You can come here alone, with friends or family or even on a date. I rate it easily a 5 star place

I am so grateful that my colleague drive me here for lunch! It’s really a good experience and their line up is FAST! Taste are huge and great as well:)

This place is overhyped for nothing. It is nothing in comparison with chipotle. Went there today, the guy making my bowl was literally counting the portions of all the ingredients he was putting in my bowl. Even the quantity of the protein meat is so tiny in one scoop, i counted, he literally put like 4-5 pieces of steak and 4 pieces of shrimp in my bowl. He seemed like be brought all that food from his home and was so miserable in everything. You pay 14 dollars for a bowl and get nothing in it. If you ask for extra veggies or chickpeas and other stuff except the meat, you have to pay extra for them as well. They are not serving the need of the customers at all. Never going back there

Food is ok, I am not trying to be mean or anything like that but I think the staff should work on their accent, I hardly understand them. Especially when they recite memorized script that makes no sense.

Almost every time I order a bowl, it comes only half full of food. It's ridiculous. You guys need to train your employees to actually give people what they paid for. I like this place but I probably won't come again as this has happened way too many times.

Usually if I don't like a meal but it cost $15 I'll eat it and think about how much of a waste it was later on, this place was absolutely inedible.bite, then bin. I reaaallly struggled to get through the few bites but I just couldn't, it was 10 pounds of wasted food stuffed into a burrito. Both my husband and I tossed out our halves of this massive log of wrapped up disappointment. Just thankful we got one to share. 0/10

Man the prices are almost double Chipotle. I don't know if I'll be back. I might have to start making my own.

Their food was not good at all, the only thing I liked was the quesadilla. Their tacos tasted really weird and the bowls even weirder.

So welcoming right when I come in the door.

The best customer service I’ve had anywhere in a long time.

My receipt said “served by manager” at the till but whoever was behind the counter wearing a bright green shirt was awesome at helping me choose what’s good with their recommendations!

This was my second time coming to this location. The customer in front of me and I both got bowls. The lady that was serving me skimped on ingredients and asked twice if my gf was going to order. (Gf wanted to get food else where). The female worker was rude and was tapping her finger as I was ordering. She also whispered in Punjabi to a male worker that I don't know what I want. I was taking my time since I am not familiar with the menu and ingredients, I usually eat at Chipotle.

The customer in front of me had a bowl much bigger than mine, and according to a male worker there.all bowls are the same size.

This is the last time I will be eating at mucho burrito.

Very good food and friendly service. The server was very helpful and had a good attitude even during the challenges presented due to the covid restrictions.

Super busy here at lunch time but thats good because the food is always fresh. The staff are couteous and get your order very quickly. The food is fresh, delicious and affordable. Because of the volume of customers at this particular Mucho I find the food better than other locations because the food doesn't have a chance to sit around.

The service is excellent. Employees treat their customers very politely with a charming smile on their faces and i love that.

Really good food and pretty fast service too. Bowls are even good then chipotle’s bowl and have more dressing and toppings.

Horrible customer service and crew.i asked for table salt at the counter and rudely asked me to go back to my seat.he said he would bring it to our table but never did.will never come back here.burritos tasted so blant anyway.but the pork is sooo salty

It’s a very unpredictable place to eat, if the employees are in a good mood it could be a nice place to have good food, but if you have to deal with people that are not in the mood of providing a good customer service then you are going to end up having a “not coming back ever” experience.
Ask for a Zesty chimichurri bowl, they didn’t even ask what food I wanted on my bowl except to when they asked me to choose a different sauce because they have no chimichurri. The protein portion was tiny and they loaded it with lots of peppers which are not listed on the ingredients.
I did ask them why they didn’t tell me before I ordered that there is not sauce, no answer was given just laughing and taking in a different language.

Never coming back to Mucho burrito the one on market crossing.

Good food but. I wish they had a 'build-your-own' taco or buritto available on the menu. In my opinion - it takes too long to tell someone what you want and they never get the portions right. Some places I've been to put rice, beans, tomatos everything on a plate- give you a couple of hot soft tacos and then you sit down and build it the way you want it.much faster and easier.

Ordered a company lunch for about 31 people!

Excellent customer service by the manager Arsh!

He made sure our order was delivered and packed keeping in mind the covid safety.

He followed up a day before delivery to check on the order.

It was a great lunch, food was awesome! Everyone loved it.

Update: Owner asked us to contact them. After a week and a half still no response. Why bother even asking in the first place?
