Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

Absolutely love me some mucho burrito. Staff is always friendly, and service is super quick.
You never wait long to be served and they usually have a good deal for a combo.

Mucho Burrito is an excellent choice for lunch or dinner.

My husband and I came here Monday December 5 2023 for a take out dinner. We got the chicken white rice bowl and chicken Quesadillae. First of all the lead girl who was working was rude. And was making some comments in the back and laughing. Also when handing my food she was using the same tongs for everything, the meats and toppers. My husband and I got serious food Poisoning. Still recovering. Do not recommend for the amount of money we spent and the quality of cs and food

I come here regularly and then I also get soaked by employee name Kirandeep she’s always so smiling. She also recommends the ingredients and her recommendations always so great and the food taste so good when she makes it I come here with the family and always welcome the way this team. Thank you for your hard work and great service.

This place was great when it first opened. Unfortunately it's gone downhill. Not sure whether it's due to new ownership/management or inflation, but the portion sizes are much smaller. There's another review on here also talking about the portion sizes. I usually get a mucho sized burrito with half chicken and half carnitas. I remember initially they would give a couple spoonfuls of each meat. Now it's 1 scoop and it's barely filled. Not only that, they cut down on how much cheese, guacamole, and sauces they put on your food. And yes, if you ask for even a tiny bit more, it's an extra charge.

Might have to find another mucho burrito in the area. May have better luck there.

Update: Been back a few times and they continue to provide good service and delicious burritos and tacos! Shrimp is made to order (7min wait for me) definitely worth the wait.

Old Post: Not going to lie, I had doubts about Mucho Burrito as it seemed like another typical fast food type but my colleagues convinced me to try this place and Wow.

I was surprised with a burst of flavors and my stomach was filled with generous portions. Regular size was enough for me and it was delicious! Lots of toppings, Vegan cheese option, variety of sauces.

Clean restaurant, Very fast service and they do not overcharge for those amazing Jarritos!

Wow the prices for the amount of food you get cannot be beat. The service is always excellent as well. Thank you guys

Came here after a hike with some friends. Great food, that totally hits the spot. Fun times. We will come back

I recently experienced a problem with my automobile, was without access to my phone, etc. The employees inside the store graciously allowed me to call for a mechanic by using their phone. I can't thank the personnel enough for that day; they were really helpful. Please thank your staff for being so courteous, polite, and professional; I cannot recommend this store enough.

The food is starting be low quality and not fresh. I was impressed when it 1st opened. They need to know this so they can get back to the same as when they started.

Got there at 9 PM. The Quality was just not there.
Major issue for this business given that Chipotle is so near.

Had a vegan burrito and it was delicious. Plant based crumble and vegan mozzarella with roasted chickpeas for extra protein

This place still delivers good quality burritos- sure it's changed. They count the toppings now, but it's still a delicious burritos and good salsa.

Pretty good $10 combo deal for burrito, chips, and drink. While the combo price was nice, I wouldn't go there otherwise. It's just too pricey for what I consider a fast food joint.

Every time I get burrito I didn’t get enough quality. Just two of the guy employes who do this. Before I get burrito everyday with my friends but now we don’t. I pay $12 for just half bowl. That’s unacceptable.

They've been doing a great job lately with taking more care in how they fill your burrito. And I didn't even contact them so this review is based only on my last several experiences there and they have been great. Their choices of ingredients have always been very good and very tasty.

I go to Mucho in Langley 4 times and week and 9/10 times my bowls is packed to the MAX and Ive NEVER EVER had to pay for extra toppings. NOT ONCE. But this dump in Poco always does. AND THEIR BOWLS ARE BARLEY OVER HALF FULL. I only go to this location if I can't get to the Langley location but that ends today. NEVER AGAIN. Ill just go to Five Guys next door instead

Staff didn't give me options to mix and match the toppings on the trio tacos. Food was good bang for the bucks, but not the freshest.

Worst experience. Got quesadilla and asked for shrimps they said it'll take 10 minutes to prepare. I refused and went with veggie. It was soggy and tasted bland. I would not recommend this place.

This was our first time coming to the restaurant. Even though there was quite a big line they served us quickly and were very friendly. The food was delicious and they have a big menu selection. The restaurant is clean and everyone was social distancing.

Been twice to this location and all I ordered was the nachos, both times they didn’t include all the toppings listed on these nachos, I had to ask them to put the rest of the toppings on.

Bought three beef borittos here on August 18 and all three of us had food poisoning! I will never go here again. The health authority should be contacted.

Store asks us to email them and we do but they dont bother to respond! Terrible!

The best location I’ve been to yet. Customer service was excellent. The “burrito creator” absolutely nailed my order. Everything was fresh and they take their time. Covid friendly, well organized and made for an awesome experience.

This place is amazing, the portion of food you guys offer. Amazing and fresh taste. I love mexican food but yours is something else. I wish you had one branch under my house

I like their burritos but sometimes they don't have meat ready so I have to wait and then all ingredients in the burrito are cold. They don't have salt nor pepper.

There is a reason we keep coming back. After work, we all come around 9: 30pm because the night staff is extremely friendly to the point where the night manager knows our orders. We will keep coming back for more!

Very friendly staff that created a meal to my extreme liking. The food was delicious and fresh, and has managed to become my new preferred go-to for burritos and/or tacos. A strong preference over Chipotle.

Food was alright till the end if your looking for a messy meal this is your place would not advise using the male restroom, the staff clean the female one better (my aunt told me)

Every order is just about 2 meals in 1. Good value for price. The seats could use some padding but I usually take mine home for a comfy seat.

Fast food, quality Mexican dishes, and a cold beer. Not bad. The steak chimichurri bowl is fantastic

The food is good but they are afraid to give you a spoon full of ingredients. They give you 3/4 of a scoop of rice and same goes for the toppings. The cheap out on everything.

We prefer this place over Taco Del Mar and Chipotle. The steak is sometimes charred or overcooked and tough at Chipotle, but the steak pieces are always cooked perfectly here! Best Steak Burrito!

Service is fast and efficient, plenty of staff. Also not stingy with the toppings. Mucho is also cleaner than most fast food places.

No sour cream when selected with either burrito or quesadilla. I have ordered using Skipthedishes for delivery and each over the last 6+ times, Mucho Burrito has never added sour cream. I assume they want to save money on their sour cream. Otherwise their food is great. I suggest you to write notes on adding sour cream as they do not comprehend their own menu enough to add it. The chicken is usually fresh. Sometimes here and there I would have burnt chicken with my order.but otherwise the food can be really great once they cook the meat properly.

But seriously. ADD THE SOUR CREAM PLEASE.

I took my niece here and we both very much so enjoyed it.mind you the combo choices are a bit weird.and overload. BUT the burritos were absolutely delicious! Will def be going again

Always a relaxed chill atmosphere, fresh food consistently impressive, and always leave full. And there is plenty to choose from whether your a carnivore, herbivore or vegan

Really good mexican style food, most authentic experience I've had without a full sit down restaurant experience. Menu revisions in the last year have bumped up prices across the whole menu, which would be fine if there wasn't also a noticeable reduction in portion sizes. Might be just this location, but I suspect due to the timing that it's a corporate initiative. Still a great meal, but given the other options in the area now and the price point, I don't eat here as often as I used to.

Best fast food burrito around. I like this place better than chipotle. The flavours are quite rich and they make everything from scratch on site except for the tortillas as far as I can tell. If you order a shrimp burrito expect to wait 10 minutes as they don't keep shrimps cooked.

Usually is a pretty good place to eat but frequently customer service has not been the greatest, I find my burrito bowl put together sloppy and the guy at the till is always on his phone not really paying attention, kinda disappointed

I used to come here often as it is a quick and easy place to stop on my way to work. However, I have been very disappointed with the portion sizes the last few times I’ve been, which has resulted in me no longer wanting to eat at this establishment. For a $12 burrito bowl I should be FULL! Every other mucho burrito I’ve been to fills the bowls to the brim and today my burrito bowl is just over HALF way filled! (yes I have a photo) ; if you comment on the small portions or ask for anything additional they say it’s an extra charge! Today I was only given 5 small pieces of green peppers as my “vegetable”! 5! Very disappointed

Everything was great, the burrito was massive and delicious but the reason for the 4 stars was due to the chips and salsa / cheese. It was literally like getting a bowl with 10 chips a splash of cheese with a side of salsa.

Good burritos but staff need to get it together. Was great when they first opened. Always come here for a regular burrito and its usually kind of small so i decided to go for the mucho and was extremely dissappointed as the girl pretty much made me a regular burrito with a lot of salsa.could barely wrap it right and forgot it on the toaster for way too long.too bad because i really liked their burritos.

Go here multiple times a week for lunch as i work close. Have never had to wait and is always good. Staff always are working super hard.

This is the absolute worst mucho burrito I have been to. I unfortunately go here quite often cause it is closest to my house. But I have had enough.the portion sizes are ridiculously small compared to other mucho burritos. Wish I could give zero stars
