Visited because of all the good reviews.i guess the ownership has changed.

Disappointing portion with a mediocre taste. 22 dollars for a small portion of pho served in a fancy pot.

There are too many places nearby that sells better pho. Would not visit again.

This place used to be wonderful, but now I won't bother going back. It's become terrible and overwhelming. It's so luxurious that I almost thought I had walked into the wrong place. The servers were dressed in suit-type uniforms, and there was even a lady wearing a flight attendant-style hat. I wanted to leave right away. There was a guy who followed us wanting to have pho, but he left immediately after stepping in. I'm sure he must have thought, "What the heck? I'm just here for a bowl of pho. "

Who wants to go to a fancy restaurant like that just for pho? Definitely not me.

Let me tell the new owner something. I'm from a very small town in an Asian country, and whenever someone starts a new business, they always renovate everything to have a luxurious feel. They change all the dinnerware and make it seem like people come not only just for the food but also can take nice pictures of it.

But it doesn't work that way, especially in this location. If I want luxury food, I can simply go downtown. Plus, I work downtown, and I've never paid $21 for pho. It's outrageous! We wouldn’t be paying for your renovations.

I definitely won't go back ever again, and I won't recommend it to anyone anymore.

Really nice people and service but the pho is lacking depth. You can tell the broth isn't cooked very long and msg is used quite a bit.

Place is ok. Nothing really stood out for me. Price for side dishes is a bit pricey. Didn't realized i'll be having just 6 pcs of small okra for $10.

The food there are always fresh and tasty. They keep the place clean and tidy. But almost all the restaurants are short of staff, sometimes they can't clean up the table after the customers leaving.
The space of this restaurant is comfortable. The staff are friendly.

Busy for a Wednesday night. Almost all the tables were full. Service was quick and friendly. They promptly took our order and we didn't have to wait too long for our food. We got a small #16 (rare beef) and #18 (rare beef and beef ball) pho. The broth was savoury and not overly salty. The portion was pretty good with plenty of noodles and good amount of beef. Overall the meal was pretty satisfying.

Good broth! Not just hot water. The meat wasn't chewy either except it was really thinly sliced. It tasted great! Service was good as well, and everyone else loved their food / drinks. Portion size was filling.

Had a craving for Pho and wanted to try a new spot close to home.

Mui Ngo Gai restaurant is a nice size restaurant that's clean, open and has plastic dividers separating tables. Nice touch.

Staff was very friendly and communicated very well when we were ordering.

Food was delicious. We ordered 2 of their appies along with some other dishes. Deep fried tofu and steamed pork and shrimp tapioca wrapped in banana leaf were tasty items. All the dishes we ordered were very tasty. Can't list the other dishes because I'm too full to bother.

We'll definitely be back.

Such a lovely family style restaurant. Not because you eat family style, although sometimes we do, but because come here enough and you feel like family. Plus the food is great. This is one of our go-to restaurants. Yum!

We had the caramelized pork and tofu, very tasty. Pho and Bun Bo Hue were great too.

It might just be my visit but they seem a bit under staffed. Both ordering and serving took quite a while. And they didn’t have time to redo tables. The service was still decent, though.

Again, food was great. You can’t go wrong with anything!

Great vegetarian selection, I come here regularly for the cabbage and papaya salads. The family is very friendly and remembers my order.

I had been eating at this place since i was young and it is one of the best places ever. I love their pho bo vien with their fried chicken wings. Even as a child i had an incredible experience as they were very kind! One of the best places ever

The best bánh xèo we have ever had. Super crispy even after you have wrapped in lettuce and dipped in the sauce. The grilled pork skewers were delicious and the caramelised pork is so freakin' good! We will be back to try more dished next time!

I came with my Vietnamese in laws. This is as close to authentic Vietnamese as you'll get. The dishes are eaten by viet families at home. Thit kho was excellent! Rau Muong is exceptional!

First time eating here. We ordered 2 large pho dac biet and a chicken rice dish. We found the pho overly salty and portion size was on the smaller side. The chicken dish was just okay.

I have just discovered this gem of a restaurant, lost between many unimpressive signs on Kingsway. From the moment you walk in, you are warmly and genuinely greeted by staff. The place looks cozy and beautiful inside. The food is excellent. Perfection! I will be back for sure and bring more friends with me.

2018: The food here is fantastic; it tastes authentic and delicious. The prices are fair and the staff are friendly.

Great service. Very accommodating, I'm a fussy b. Sally ordering in the restaurant in the movie 'When Harry Met Sally'? That's me. Extensive menu with some more unusual fare added to the usual favourites. Best ban xeo I've had in town. Crispy, not greasy, nice compliment of herbs and lettuce. Extensive vegetarian/vegan menu as well.

Super friendly service, and clean restaurant. Free small parking lot in the back. Food was authentic and had many options. Portions were decently sized but not huge. The taste in my opinion was average for the pho, the meat portion was less than average.

Been coming here for about 6 months now, been about ten times and it's been solid and consistent every time!

Staff is super friendly and courteous. Meal is always ready within ten minutes of calling it, and is still piping hot by the time I get it home. Highly recommended!

Very friendly services. Location is central with bus stops in front of the restaurant. Many choices of Vietnamese dishes compared to other Pho restaurants, some are very special. Quality is very good. Staff also stick to COVID-19 protocol by wearing mask and sanitize frequently. Much better than other Pho restaurants where masks were not worn by servers. We will be back.

Being a Vietnamese food lover and seeing some good reviews of this place I decided to give it a try. Extensive menu featuring two of my favorites Bun Bo Hue and Bun Cha Cha. Neither dish was as good as nearby places I frequent but both were respectable. The restaurant and restrooms were spotless and comfortable. Next time I will try some of the other dishes I love.

Before I took my uncle into long term care -this was his favourite place on the while world! The Ladies who work here would make him feel special and treasured!

So this was the place we came for his last lunch before he had to move into long-term care!

Sadly Uncle Bruce passed away 6 short months into care.

But what we will remember the most is how special they made him feel in his last day outside! How generous and kind they were to us! Treating us to lunch and making us feel so special!
