Drove up from Vancouver Island to Fort St John and arrived with what sounded like a hole in muffler. Went to Mulitia and luckily they could fit me in.
I left my car and got a call shortly that it was fixed.
When I arrived they showed me the part replaced and fixed another potential problem.
Cannot speak highly enough. Very reasonable price.

Huge shout out to the owner of mulitia. Going that extra mile to make it right. I am the type of person who just quietly walks away from a bad experence. Imagine my surprise when I did not get that chance. After experiencing less then stellar customer service at the front end the next morning they reached out to me and fixed it.
