Please be advised I have been dealing with Multi Culture Travel for the past 15 years plus. To my knowledge this is one off our best Travel agent who we can trust n depend on. I had booked some emergency flights, holiday flights etc and never had any issues. Saloshna is very knowledgeable n professional in her role when it comes to helping others. We very highly recommend to visit her when it comes to booking your vacations. Vinaka. Keep up the amazing job Saloshna.

I have been using Multi Culture Travel agency for little over 19 years. The team of associates working at the Surrey, BC office has been very helpful specially, when my family members have to travel due to family emergencies. I can definitely count on them to arrange or book a last-minute tickets. And I can always count on them during the time I am away from home and there is some issues with the flight to return back home and I would have to rearrange my tickets to get back home. Saloshna and team thank you for your service.

No star for this place if I had a choice.
Very Poor customer service and worst place to deal with when it’s them who make mistake.
Salochna has no customer service experience and starts yelling for no apparent reason. No wonder people leave bad reviews.
She gave us wrong information when she booked the connecting flights and we had to pay extra, which she admitted was her mistake but refused to rectify it.
Told all my friends and families, never book from that place. Rip off place as well.
