We had MultiServices in for a steam cleaning of our gym floor. All we can say is that it was the best experience we've had with a cleaning company to date. Not only was the technician extremely professional, he went above and beyond to do an immaculate job even though we don't have hot water access in the gym. He had to make numerous trips down the hall to refill the cleaning machine which made the job really difficult. Above all else, he was simply easy to work with: polite, well spoken and had a great sense of humour. Highly recommend!

MultiServices have cleaned my condo a number of times over the past year or so. Each time the friendly cleaning crew have shown-up on time and done a great job, within the time they promised. It's so nice returning home to a clean and shiny place. Occasionally, I have asked the crew to focus on a particular area and they have always been efficient and thorough. I will be using this company again in future.a very happy customer.

MultiServices cleaned our office and production space. It was so clean when we came in to work afterwards. All our machinery and floors have never been cleaner! That old building smell was gone too! Highly recommend their services.

I've referred Multiservices Vancouver to many commercial clients of mine and they have always done an amazing job! I've also used their services personally for residential cleaning and they have always been on time, very professional, polite and have exceeded my expectations. Didn't use this company for cleaning, but ran across one of their cars on the road. The two women were driving the company car, so as far as I'm concerned, their behaviour on the road represents the company as much as their work does.

I was driving along in the right lane and they were in the left. They started slightly drifting to the right and didn't see me, but swerved back when they finally noticed me. They then did that again 2 more times, no signal whatsoever. It looked like drunk driving! So I sped up so they could change lanes behind me. As I passed ahead of them, they gave me the finger and continuously gave me the finger as we went along the road.

The whole reason you plaster the company name all over your car is to advertise. That means your car is representing your company whenever the car is on the road. Doesn't seem like the type of people you'd want to do business with.

We have used MultiServices for the last two years and they have always done a wonderful and professional job. We had our last cleaning a couple weeks ago (one of the only cleanings we've done during the pandemic) and the team that came to do our cleaning was exceptional (Moacir and Gladys). We've had a great experience with Moacir before - he is very thorough and makes sure everything is cleaned well, including above the doorways! I believe this is the first time Gladys has come to clean our place but she also did a great job. All in all we are always happy with the job that is done and will continue to use them.

This is a consistently excellent service. I get them every couple of months for a serious clean, and they really go to town. Today I got back to find they had tackled an extra task because they had some extra time!

To invoice me for 2hrs when I was home with a 12: 00pm start and a 1: 30 finish is a total fraud. I had this company doing both my residence and business and am very disappointed.

Excellent service! They are very professional, puntual, very friendly and accesible. And the office looks great!

Not very good at all, post construction clean up is horrible they don’t clean properly they don’t use bleach, basically they don’t do much other than dust and vacuum.
Move out clean up, they don’t clean blinds the don’t do ledges and they didn’t even get the floor tiles clean
This place is for light cleaning not for when tenants move out for for post construction
I would not waste my time ever again with this company
They keep your credit card on file and charge it the same day they clean even before you get to see the incomplete job, then they don’t even come back to finish off the job

Then they argue and don’t want to come back at all and not even offer to finish it.
And when you complain their excuse is we are only humans

But to take the $$$ they are on top of it
To double check a job, forget about it
Alexandra is the head crook, she’s on top of taking $$ ASAP take your $$ and for missed places she makes excuses

For a 1200 sq ft unit They charged 10.5 hrs for deep cleaning and they couldn’t even clean brand new tiles the tile ledges or the corner of the floors.

I use MSV for my business and my home because they are so easy to work with and do a great job. When the cleaners are done they ask for feedback and are willing to retouch if needed, no questions asked. Thanks for your hard work MSV!

I contacted Multiservices because we needed carpet cleaning ASAP and they were able to accommodate me and come in the very next day! I have used two other companies in the past and this was the best service so far. They were very friendly and on time and did a very thorough job on our carpets. Our carpets were also not left very wet like it happened with the last company we used, they dried within a few hours after the cleaning. Our white area rug also looks like new! Their pricing is also very reasonable. This will be the company I use for all future carpet cleaning, highly recommend them.

As a Realtor, there are lots of moments when possessions happen and the property is far from clean. When this happens you have a very small window (usually 24-48) to get the unit cleaned before your clients take possession. This has happened to me a number of times, and Alex from multiServices has come through and delivered every time. Not only are they incredible with tight schedules, the service they provide is tremendous and priced competitively. I never consider using another service because they have never left me in a situation where I had to. Highly recommend!

I have MSV coming to my home, a service that was recommend it to me. They came in on time, were very professional, polite and absolutely did an amazing job. A deep cleaning on my home that I can never possible do on my own. I recommended MSV to my friends and family and Im happy to say that my family are clients of MSV. Thank you for your comments and thank you for giving me the opportunity to further explain my reasons for reviewing your company poorly. It is true that you sent me the same team on several occasions. However, there is an important difference between getting the same team at random and getting the same team on consecutive weeks. Your company almost never sent me the same team on a consecutive basis and this made it nearly impossible to ask for services specific to my house. It also made it extremely frustrating to give instructions on how to use appliances and other delicate household items because each week different people came and had to have the instructions given to them again. When a team that had been to my house did finally come back they had forgotten the instructions and needed to be given them again.
I never once disrespected your team members, if by disrespected you mean yelled at, swore at, verbally or physically abuse, or berated them. If you mean that I politely asked them at the completion of each job if I could show them a few specific things that I would like done differently whenever they came next, then yes it is true I did that.
It is also true that I suggested you fire one of them.the one who when I first asked her if I could show her a few things I would like done differently in the future, like not putting my garbage cans too close to my floorboard heaters or not having my recycling thrown in the garbage, refused and told me that the things I cared about were irrelevant and not necessary. That would be the same one that you claim is part of your best team and later refused to put the dishes back where they belonged. Also, she lied to my face saying she didn't understand what I was asking of her, which was clearly false since she was able to tell you the problem over the phone without any prompting. For those reasons I recommended you fire her. It is not unreasonable to expect your employee to do the simple basics of her job and if she is unwilling to do so then let her go.
As for the issue over needing more time to do the dishes by hand and put them away properly, I was unwilling to let them use the dishwasher because as I stated earlier that would have required me to show them how to do so every single time they came to my house and with their track record of breaking things I did not wish to risk my machine or dishes. It is also true that you asked me to pay for an extra half hour for your team (an additional $30) and I refused. This is because they had never needed more time to put away the dishes before and contrary to their claim there was not an unusual number of dishes to clean that week. Every other week they had the time to put the dishes back in the wrong place. It does not take longer to put the dishes away properly once you know where they go, but this was impossible with a different team each week. Also, I was not convinced that given extra time they would actually succeed at putting the dishes away properly since they seemed completely unwilling to do so. In the end I was right since even after the free extra half an hour most of my dishes were still not put away.
Again I cannot recommend your company for household cleaning as they are completely incapable and unwilling to provide personalized cleaning services which many people would agree are just the simple basics of household cleaning.

Recently we contracted the Multiservices Vancouver team to do the janitorial regular service for the Tattoo shop, at the beginning we were nervous because there are delicate equipment in the shop and we use a especial product to disinfect surfaces, we are very concerned about avoiding crossed contamination, but Sonia and her team are very experienced and she took a tour first with us to know our needs and then she came back with her team and explained every single detail, additionally she created a plan of frequency according with our needs. We are very happy with the service and we strongly trust and recommend the MSV team.
